In the forest of a rather unimportant floor, Kazugo and Balefire were hunting to see if they found anything worth selling for money. At least that was the case until Kazugo spotted a rabbit behind a log. Reaching for two darts he activated a skill for the first dart and threw it at the log scaring it into jumping into the open where he promptly threw the other dart killing the rabbit.

Looking at the item his eyes widened. "Holy son of a motherless goat!" Balefire walked over to his friend slash partner in crime in all things sassy, to see what was the big deal. "Kazugo man I swear if it's another squirl I will shove an acorn up your ass and holy shit is that an S Class ragu rabbit?!"

Looking up from his menu Kazugo nodded. "Yeah but the thing is, our stats are all in combat both offence and defense." A frown made it's way on Balefires face. "I'll have you know that I got points in cooking too." Kazugo just shrugged. "Yeah but I doubt it's high enough to cook up an S Class ingredient like this."

Balefire sighed and leaned against a nearby tree. "I guess but if your gonna sell it make sure you do it right. Unlike LAST time." Kazugo glared at Balefire. "The guy I usually went to wasnt there that time and I walked half a mile to get another buyer! This time I know a guy on Floor 50 who would buy it off me for a good price, that or I run into a master chef and cook it up for me to eat and I'd bring back a plate or a two page review." Balefire glared at Kazugo. "If you do get it cooked up then you had better bring me a plate or I'll take my fist and shove it down your throat."

Kazugo smirked, ready to spike back a joke. "Well I gotta warn you, its much first time so it might be a little tight." The twig Balefire picked up snapped and he sprinted after a disappearing Kazugo who had a headstart. "COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT! ILL BEAT YOU WITH AN INCH OF YOUR VIRTUAL LIFE!"

Kazugo turned around and laughed. "WELL YOU CAN KISS MY ASS!" and teleported out of the forest leaving Balefire. "Huh, this is a new feeling, pride in someone else."

.........Floor 50..........

"H-how did you get this man!?" Agil exclaimed in shock upon seeing that Kazugo wanted to sell an S Class ingredient. "What's there to say I found a rabbit I threw a dart at it and it died."

"You disappoint me man."

"I disappoint myself sometimes to."

Kazugo felt a hand tap his shoulder lightly. As he turned around he was greeted with Asuna's chestnut hair, hazel eyes, white sleeveless shirt with red trim, red skirt, white thigh high socks with white shoes and a rapier at the waist. He clasped her hands and whispered quietly "I found my chef." Some guy in the same color scheme with black hair and dark eyes cleared his throat indicating that he did not like what Kazugo was doing.

Straightening up Kazugo decided to kick things off. "So uh Asuna, what brings you to a dump like this?" Agil scoffed from behind the counter. "Well I wanted to make sure that you were alive and there's a boss raid commin up soon." Kazugo raised an eyebrow. "You have me on your friend list. Couldn't you have checked that instead?" Asuna huffed in irritation before crossing her arms. "Well now I know. Oh and did you say something about a chef?"

"Yeah, if you dont mind me asking what your cooking level is at." Asuna smirked. "Totally maxed it out last week." Kazugo brought out his menu clicked the trade menu then selected the Ragu Rabbit. Asuna's face went from calm to shock in exactly two seconds. "W-w-what? H-how did you?" Smiling Kazugo decided to try his luck, which, wasnt good all things considered. "Tell you what, if you cook this up for me I'll let you have a bite."

Asuna grabbed his coat and got in his face. "Half. Got it." Kazugo put his hands up feeling very attracted to her at the moment. "Yeah, sure, ok, whatever you say." Asuna smiled and jumped a bit. "Alright!" Kazugo turned to Agil and shrugged. "Well you heard the lady. Looks like I'm keeping it."

"Y-yeah but you'll let me have a bite right?"

"I'll write a review but only two pages promise." With that Kazugo and Asuna left with the extra looking dude behind them.

"And do you have anything to cook it with?" Asuna asked makeing Kazugo stop walking and start thinking. "Uuuhh." Asuna stepped in front of him and smiled. "Ok because the main ingredient is special I'll make an exception just this once and we can cook it at my place ok?" Before Kazugo could say anything she turned to the other guy. "Kuradeel you may go."

Clearly kuradeel didnt like it because he glared at Kazugo. "Ma'am I dont think that's a good idea. He's a shady character." Kazugo didnt like that and immediately thought of a response. 'You want shady? Let me take you to a couple info brokers and floor merchants I know then we can get as shady as you like.' Unfortunately he wasnt able to say it out loud because Asuna stepped in. "I dont know the extent of his shadyness but I do know that he's stronger than you by at least ten levels." Kazugo could see Kuradeel's eye twitch before glaring again.

"Oh I see, he's one of those beaters isnt he?!" Kazugo's left eye twitched in annoyance. He may have been the one to coin that term to take the heat off the other beta testers but that didnt mean he didn't like being called a beater. "Yeah so what if I am."

"You shouldn't go with him ma'am! His kind are nothing but cheaters and liars! I implore you to decline this beater anything he asks!" Kazugo's hand was on the verge of reaching for his sword. "Kuradeel as second in command, I am ordering to go back to the guild." Her tone left no room for argument as she spun on her heels and started dragging Kazugo away from the gathering, whispering crowd. "Come with me."

"A-are you sure this is okay?" Kazugo frantically asked as he was dragged away. "Yes." It was a short answer which ment he was comming along even if he didnt want to.

Kazugo had to admit one thing, Asuna had a nice pad comming in at four million col not including furniture, decorations and a few other miscellaneous things here and there. "Make yourself at home, I'll be right back." Asuna walked off to what Kazugo only assumed was her room before sitting down on the chair. "I might be able to afford a place like this if I grinded monsters and quests non stop but that would be a pain in my ass."

"Sorry for the wait. I hope I didnt make you wait to long." Kazugo looked and his brain shut down. Asuna had changed in to a white blouse with green sleeves and red straps, and light blue shorts. "Are you gonna put your sword away or are you gonna stare."

That snapped him out of his mental shut down and he took off his sword, coat, and gloves. Then after walking towards the kitchen Asuna got some trays, a knife and brought out the S-class meat. "So how do you want it cooked?" Kazugo put up his hands in a 'It dosent really matter to me' way. "I figured I'd leave that to the chef."

Asuna thought for a second then her face lit up. "Here let's make it into a stew with a few side dishes." She started taping the ingredients with her knife and put the necessary ones into the big pot for the stew. Asuna lit the lid on the pot and stuck it in the oven then set the timer. "Cooking here is so easy here. In the real world there would be a lot more steps involved to prepare the meat and vegetables." She cut up some lettuce, tomatoes, and onions putting them in a bowl. She then got some other ingredients into a smaller bowl to make the salad dressing and a couple sauces. "While on break during a dungeon raid I've seen how you and your friend eat. And you could stand to at least eat healthier foods, we may be in a virtual world but that dosent give you the excuse to not eat healthy."

While Kazugo thought Asuna wasnt looking he slightly rolled his eyes. "Its enough to keep me going unti-"

*WHISH*

Kazugo suddenly found himself at knife point with said object centimeters away from his face. Asuna had a menacing glare on her face. "You are going to eat better mister. Am I clear." Kazugo had never in his entire life, been more scared and yet so aroused at the same time. But at the moment he decided to shove those feelings down for the moment. "Yeah crystal." Asuna flipped the knife and in a split second went to scary to happy as an angel. "Good. Now its time to eat."

Asuna brought out the stew and tea while Kazugo helped bring the salad bowl, sauces and utensils. Then they began eating the delicious food while Kazugo managed to get some for his buddy Balefire.

"Ahhh. Man that was good. Thanks for agreeing to cook this up." Kazugo said as he sipped some more tea. "I'm just glad I survived long enough to eat it." Asuna said as she leaned back into her seat. "So I was thinking, we should party up and it so happens that black is my lucky color." Kazugo shot up from the chair befor quickly sitting back down. "Hold on dont you have stuff to do for your guild!?"

"We dont have any leveling quotas to meet."

"Well what about your bodyguard!?"

"I'll just ditch him."

Asuna stood up and started twirling a knife in her hand. "We should also party up." She sent the  request to party with Kazugo, but he wasnt done yet. "Party members usually just end up getting in the way usually."

*WHISH*

Once again the knife was in his face and scary Asuna was back. "Right, everyone but you." She pulled the knife back and Kazugo drank the last bit of tea in his cup. "The front lines are dangerous though." And quick as a cat, Asuna thrust the knife back in his face. That was all it took for Kazugo to accept the request. "Ok, ok, fine." And with that they continued to enjoy the peace and quiet while they still could because tomorrow would be trouble, he just knew it.
