"Nothing... Nothing really happened."
Nao clutched his bag tightly with his hand.

"Why are you so curious...?"

Toru scratched the back of his head while he laughed.
"I kinda saw you talking with her a while back.
For someone who rarely smiles, you looked really bright."

Nao loosened his grip on his bag.
"I'm sorry...? Bright?"

Toru nodded.

"You know, you looked so sad before you met her.
Now I'm sure that former sadness of yours has been replaced with one thing."

"One thing?"
Nao asked, oblivious to his own feelings.

"Yeah. Er... rather, two."

He put his hand up in front of Nao,
and extended two of his fingers in what seems to show the "peace" sign,
or more fitting to this situation, two numbers.

"First off, happiness."

He beamed as he said these words to Nao.

"In the past, you never seemed to care about anything...
Now, you sometimes smile in class."

Toru laughed as he spoke.
"But I bet you don't even realize it."

He paused.

"Do you know what the other thing is?"

Nao solemnly shook his head.
He was unaware of his own actions lately.

Toru waved his finger in front of Nao.

"It's love."
