It's been two days since that incident took place and Avni decided to keep distance with Neil. Since two days she was in her house. Though Neela tried to ask her the matter but Avni didn't reveal anything. She was lost, completely lost in her thoughts. She was trying to find out the reason due to which she surrendered herself to Neil. She was trying to think why she did this but wasn't getting any solution. She was lost in her own scribbled thoughts where she can't claim their intimacy as a mistake neither she can deny that she somewhere feels for him. The Avni who is buried deep inside her have some attraction towards Neil but the fierce Ananya Verma isn't ready to give a chance to these soft feelings.

The innocent Avni is trying to make her realise the love she has for Neil while Ananya is forcing her to suppress her feelings. This clash of thoughts and inner selves equals to torture for her. She wants to talk to Neil about the same but is trying to maintain distance from him.

Neil on the other side is trying his best to somehow contact Ananya. Neither she is receiving his calls nor she is giving him any chance to catch her small glimpse. Since two days, he went to Mehta house atleast 4 times with different reasons, not only this he tried to ask Riya about Ananya's  whereabouts indirectly but she also don't know anything regarding her, she is not receiving Riya's calls as well. He even went to chamko cafe but received nothing else but disappointment. Ali found his behaviour quite weird and tried to ask him about the same but Neil didn't disclosed the entire matter infront of Ali. Though, he knew Ananya's house address still he didn't have enough courage to go there as it may increase tensions between them. He is damm sure that Ananya wouldn't have disclosed the entire situation infront of her family.

He was just waiting for the moment when he would be able to talk with Ananya regarding this matter. He was hoping that soon they both will decide what's best for them.

Next morning, a new day came with a new ray of hope. Avni was getting ready for facing her nightmares i.e Mehta family yet again. The intensity of the fire which she carries in her eyes with elegance have lost it's charm cos she is broken from inside. Ketan Mehta's words were ringing in her ears, she still remember the day when he came in their house with a briefcase full of money and termed her mother with the most disgusting words like s*x slave who was only giving service to his brother Ashish Mehta.

Her mind was trying to drag her towards the borderline which separates her past and present. She was standing in the middle and was thinking as if the past was repeating itself and she was the next Ayesha Haider who will suffer this time due to this so called society. Though deep inside her heart she knew that Neil is not like her father still childhood wounds are the deepest and have worst impact on our lives.

She shrugged away her thoughts and left for Mehta mansion as she can't afford to stay quite at this time especially when her brother is returning back.

Soon she was welcomed with tons of questions when she entered inside her enemy's house and she somehow convinced them that she wasn't well that's why she didn't visited them.

She was trying to find some information regarding Aman as she don't want them to ruin Aman's life just like they ruined her life but her efforts were going in vain. She was sitting in the living room with Dayavanti and Riya who were discussing regarding wedding preparations and all but Avni was lost in her deep thoughts she wasn't paying any heed to their gossips as she herself is going through some inner struggle.

Soon her trance was broken when she saw the person she didn't want to face entering inside the mansion. She became shocked and the holi party incident was revolving in her head. She was only thinking one thing that she have to run away from there as she don't have guts to face him and his questions, she know very well that he won't leave until and unless he have a proper conversation with Avni.

Fortunately, no one saw Neil other than Avni so he hid behind the pillar as he know very well that she will run away from here and he wouldn't be able to talk to her. Avni immediately made some excuse and left the house, all these while her eyes were bowed down.

As soon as she came out, Neil held her hand and pulled her towards him. She crashed on his chest while he held her hand tightly so that she won't be able to free himself from his grip.

Avni - Neil leave my hand. ( sternly )

Neil sighs as he know that she is very stubborn so he made her sit on the passenger's seat of his car and swiftly sat on the driver's seat. Avni was too shocked to react but soon came into her senses.

Avni - What the hell are you doing ? ( sternly ) I am going.

She was about to open the door but Neil held her hand and made her wear the seatbelt, their eyes locked with each other, their faces were very close to each other while some unusual sensations were conquering them. Neil broke the eyelock and settled himself on his seat and started the car. While he was driving, Avni was trying to protest against his actions but he didn't listened to her and continued his driving. At last, Avni became silent and accepted her defeat.

After sometime, Neil stopped the car and Avni immediately moved out and here comes another shocker for her. They both were on the cliff where they first met. Neil came out and tapped Avni's shoulder, Avni came out of her thoughts.

Avni - Why are we here ? ( sternly )

Neil - Do you really think that running away is the solution to any problem ?

Avni - Listen Neil...

Neil - You listen Ananya, I know whatever happened between us wasn't right but we both need to talk.

Avni - I don't want to talk about that day.

Neil - But I have to. Ananya I know our lives have become complicated after that day but ignoring each other won't help us in this situation. Please try and understand.

Avni - What you want to talk ? Huh !! That how am I feeling after sleeping with my friend's fiancee or....

Neil - Shhh !! ( he keeps his finger on her lips ). Please calm down and think what you want me to do now. I mean is there any way, I can correct all this mess. We need to derive a conclusion Ananya or else our minds will remain disturbed throughout our life.

Avni - I think the best option to tackle this situation is, we both should stay away from each other.

Neil - Believe me that won't help us.

Avni - If we won't do that then it can create problems between your and Riya's wedding.

Neil - I don't want to marry Riya. Marrying her even after knowing  whatever happened between us equals to betrayal and I can't commit this sin.

Avni was both happy and worried. At one side, she was happy that Neil is breaking his marriage with Riya as it will mark an end to the deal which is signed between Prakash and Dayavanti but at the same time she is worried. If Neil will break his  marriage due to this reason then she won't be able to get Aman back. She was stuck between two conditions but finally arrived on one conclusion.

Avni - If you will break this marriage then it will plant a seed of suspicion between the family members and I don't want anyone to know about all this. If you want to do something for me then please forget that day and marry Riya.

Neil - But....

Avni - Please Neil try and understand.

Saying this, she ran away from there leaving Neil alone in the pool of guilt and pain.

That evening when Neil returned home, he told his family members to postpone his wedding as he needs sometime to cope up with these new situations. His family members agreed as they don't want to force their decision on him.

One month passed, still there was no progress in avneil's equation. Whenever Neil tried to talk to Avni, she used to ran away. They both were feeling helpless. Mehta family was in huge debt and due to delay in marriage, Dayavanti's frustration was increasing day by day.

After getting fed up, she asked Riya to get physical with Neil so that he can't escape this marriage. Riya told about the same to Avni who was very shocked and told Riya that this is not the right way but Riya being Dayavanti's puppet didn't listened to her.

Avni felt bad for Neil as she know that he is already stuck between the mess and now Riya will try to make him more guilty, so she was determined enough to fail Riya's plan and save Neil from more guilt and regrets. Riya invited Neil to Mehta mansion and added some sleeping pills in his juice for executing her plan. As per Dayavanti's plan, Mehta family went to some hotel and only Riya was there in the house. Avni secretly came inside the house and switched the juice glasses when Riya was getting ready. Avni hid in the mansion for preventing any mishap.

Soon, Neil came and Riya served him juice. Though, Neil was upset due to Ananya's ignorance still he masked a fake smile on his face. As soon as they finished their juices, Riya became unconscious. Neil became worried and patted her face, Avni came from behind.

Avni - She just consumed sleeping pills. Don't worry, she is fine.

Neil looked behind and saw her standing there.

Neil - What ?

Avni told him the entire plan of Mehta family and how she swiped their glasses. He was really angry on Mehtas for this disgusting act.

Neil - I don't understand, how can they do this ? ( anger )

Avni - Now what you will do ?

Neil - Why you saved me ?

Avni - I don't want you ..........

She wasn't able to complete her sentence as her head was spinning and she held a chair for some support. Neil became worried after seeing her condition and gathered her in his arms.

Neil - Ananya ..... Ananya .... ( patting her cheeks )

Avni became unconscious and Neil became worried so he lifted her in bridal style and walked out of the mansion. He drove towards the hospital.

In hospital

Neil was waiting outside while doctor was doing some tests.

After sometime, doctor came out with some reports in her hand and a wide smile plastered on her face.

Neil - Doctor how is Ananya ?

Doctor - Congratulations, she is pregnant. ( smiles )

Neil was flabbergasted after listening doctor's words. He just rushed inside the room and saw Avni sitting there with blank expressions.

She looked at him and .........
