(Y/N) laughed softly catching Yui by surprise,
"That look, it's quite amusing."

Yui's lips quivered,
"Y-You don't have to keep pretending anymore. I am here for you."

Her words didn't affect the (H/C)-haired girl and it only made her smile. Before she could answer, the door opened.

"Kaichou, Vice. I need your assistance!" Hisakawa exclaimed.

Everyone looked at Hisakawa, while Yui hid his face from him.

"Was I disturbing a discussion?"

(Y/N) shook her head,
"You weren't Hisakawa-san, I'll dismiss them immediately. Could you please wait for me and Haru at your office? I have to say a few words to them."

Hisakawa nodded and grinned,
"Why certainly, Kaichou."

After Hisakawa was out of their ear-shot, (Y/N) smiled at them.

"All of you are missing your classes right now. Please head back to your respective classes. As an excuse, you could say to your teacher that I called you in here."

She didn't bother hearing their responses and when she reached the door knob, Yui grabbed her by the shoulders,
"I can't let you finish it like that! How about your dream?!" She cried out.

"I was only a mere child when I said those words. But I realized that dreams are loathsome, because they drown you in the things that will never happen."

Yui stayed silent and the girl continued,
"Peace will never happen. As long as there's someone living with their own selfish desires, it can never be achieved."

(Y/N) backed away from Yui and left the room with Haru, who stayed silent the whole time. Yui turned to face the brothers but they were all gone.

The Mukami's were staying in an empty classroom. Ruki was deep in thought and surprisingly, Yuma isn't eating his sugar cubes. He's only observing his treat.

"Kou, were you able to read (Y/N)'s heart?" Ruki asked and glanced at the blonde who's staring blankly at the window.

"Usually, I couldn't read her heart. But what I saw before, I was able to read her emotions a bit. She's in pain but she's also... confused."

Kou's words caught everyone's attention including Azusa.

"Confuse, you say?" Ruki raised one of his brows at Kou.

"She's feeling pain, how wonderful." Azusa smiled softly as he cut himself again.

Kou mused,
"It's probably because she doesn't know what love is."

Yuma clicked his tongue,
"That sick word? You've got to be kidding me."

Ruki has his chin on his hands.
"So she knows about us. Yuma, you never told me you knew (Y/N)."

"I didn't expect it was actually her because she's very different from before."

Yuma's bangs covered his face.

Even though she's different now, it doesn't change the fact she's the first one to accept me.

Ruki shook his head,
"It's not my business on what she's been through, she's still a mortal."

He brought out his pocketbook and he saw the horse key-chain dangling around the end of his book.

The eldest Mukami stared at the key-chain, he never knew why he kept it.

That's because she's the first one who gave you something out of kindness.
A voice said in his head.

"Who's there?!"

Ruki stood up from his seat causing his other brothers to stare at him weirdly.

Kou raised one of his brows,
"No one is in here except us Ruki. -He laughs- you should've seen the look of your face!"

Yuma chuckled,
"That's something you don't see everyday."

Azusa blinked at him,
"Is something.... wrong Ruki?"

Ruki shook his head and sat back down on his seat. He shot Kou and Yuma a glare which caused them to laugh more.

"Oy Azusa, I'm bored, entertain me." Yuma said.

Azusa's eyes sparked,
"Please hurt me."

"Forget I ask." Yuma's answee caused Azusa to frown and he resumed with his business.

Kou was staring at his two brothers but his mind wandered to (Y/N).

Chesha neko-chan wanted to help me..

He clenched his fists,
She said it herself, yet she didn't do anything.

Azusa kept a straight face.

(Y/N), cried for me.

Yuma noticed Azusa's expression. Before he could confront Azusa, the boy mumbled,
"Why did she cry?"

It looks like he's also thinking about Hakucho.

Subaru stayed at the empty hallways with his arms crossed, he was staring at the window. The male closed his eyes for a second and he remembered when (Y/N) gave him cookies when she stayed at the mansion.

He clicked his tongue.

Why am I thinking about her? It's not like I care about her and her past.

The albino felt a slight tug on his cold heart and he clenched his fists.

But why did I felt my blood boil when her insane father abused her?

He frowned.

Tch. I'm not going soft on a mere mortal like her.

Subaru heard a chuckle at his left side. He glared at Laito who's smirking at him.

"You're thinking about bitchy-kaichou aren't you?"

Subaru scoffed at him,
"As if I would think about that girl."

"You're denying it. I've always observed on how you act towards her. You secretly care about her don't you?"

Subaru glared at him,
"I don't care about her."

Laito chuckled and shook his head,
"Whatever you say then." He began walking away from Subaru.

When Laito turned around the corner, he stopped and his fedora covered his face.

"She lost her ability to love..."

He laughed lightly,
"Unbelievable, she told me that love isn't about 'eloping with someone.' Yet she doesn't even know what love means."

Ayato was laying casually on a sofa with his eyes closed, he was thinking about the events that happened earlier.

"Heh, I never knew Chichinashi has the guts to speak to Mochi-chan like that. I'll suck her blood later as a reward."

He reopened his eyes,
"I finally knew the reason behind her smile, but why am I not satisfied with it?" He mumbled.

The red-head sat up and put his hand on his un-beating heart,
"What have you done to me Mochi-chan?" He felt something stir in his heart and a voice spoke.

You feel bad for (Y/N) right?
She went through the same thing as you. If not, worse than you.

Ayato widened his eyes and looked around.

"Ayato, you're slacking off again. Get to class right now." He turned to Reiji who was staring coldly at him.

Ayato scoffed,
"Mind your own business table-ware otaku." He turned away from him.

What was that? I'm sure I herad a voice before.

Reiji walked up to him and grabbed him by the collar,
"This is not the time to be a brat, get to class right now."

Ayato clicked his tongue,
"Fine, whatever." He bumped his shoulder harshly on Reiji's and walked off.

Reiji glared at Ayato's retreating form.

He walked through the empty hallways when he heard voices.

"Haru, leave me alone."

Reiji stopped in his tracks and eavesdrop behind a wall.

"(Y/N), you can talk to me about it. You don't need to hold it in longer." He heard Haru's frantic voice.

"I said, leave me alone!" (Y/N) snapped at Haru.

Reiji's eyes lit up, he smirked.

Seems like they're not getting along.

Haru widened his eyes at (Y/N)'s tone. She never raised her voice at him.

"Give me some time alone Haru, please..." The girl looked at him with pleading eyes.

Haru's eyes softened, and nodded understandingly.

"Thank you..."

(Y/N) turned away from him and walked away. Haru stared softly at (Y/N)'s retreating form.

After all this time, she managed to smile and acted normally towards Hisakawa, you're really something (Y/N).

Reiji was about to face Haru when the surroundings turned black and white. He narrowed his eyes, then he heard a voice.

"Haru Tsukada..."

Reiji stayed behind the wall and watched a white orb floating in front of Haru.

"Who's there?" Haru said without showing any fear.

The white orb giggled,
"I do believe we had met before."

The orb shone brightly and a figure started to form. A girl with long blue hair and purple eyes appeared, wearing a long white dress with a white veil on its head. Orbs of light surrounded her body.

"It's been awhile, Haru."

The male narrowed its eyes at her,
"Who are you?" He summoned his katana and pointed its blade at her.

The girl sighed and shook her head,
"Is this how you treat someone who saved you from your fate?"

Haru widened his eyes and he withdraw his katana.

"Goddess Celestia..."

Celestia giggled,
"Correct."

Haru stared at her in disbelief,
"I never knew you look this young."

"I look young physically, but if you asked my age, you'd be surprised."

Haru asked,
"What are you doing here?"

The Goddess smiled again,
"Before we get to that, can Reiji Sakamaki come out from his hiding place?"

Reiji walked out with a blank look and Haru glared at him,
"What are you doing here filthy vampire."

Reiji glared back,
"I was just passing by."

Celestia cleared her throat catching both attention of both males.

"Since Reiji is also here, he should know what's going to happen."

Haru clenched his fist,
"It's not his business nor the other filthy vampires."

Celestia shot him a look,
"Whether you like this or not Haru, Reiji and his brothers, including the Mukami's cares about (Y/N). Yet they don't realize it."

Reiji raised one of his brows,
"You must be mistaken. That kind of emotion doesn't exist within me."

Haru sneered,
"I don't think their kind will know that feeling. Even Reiji said it himself."

Celestia shook her head,
"You're the one who's mistaken Reiji, I am a goddess who can read everyone's hearts. It's true that you're a vampire, but vampires have emotions too yet they chose to hide it."

Haru said,
"So you're saying that this vampire, -he pointed his katana at Reiji- has emotions? Unbelievable."

Celestia nodded,
"I only speak the truth." She stared at Reiji who's looking away from her.

"Now then, I'm here because it's about (Y/N)."

Haru blinked at her,
"(Y/N)? You could've just speak to her then."

"It won't be that easy, and this is why I decided to speak to you and Reiji."

The two males stayed silent and Celestia continued,
"Her emotions are unstable. She's hurting but at the same time she's confuse."

"Why is she confuse?" Haru asked.

"When her past played again, Terra said she loves (Y/N). I took that love away from her and when (Y/N) heard her mother say it. She grew confuse, and this is the dangerous part. She might lose her sanity just because she didn't know what's love. (Y/N) would keep finding the meaning but she wouldn't know it because I took her ability to love."

Haru gritted his teeth,
"So you're saying that (Y/N) will lose her mind just because she didn't know what's love? You shouldn't have taken away her love in the first place!" He snapped.

Celestia froze Haru at his place,
"Her love is the price to save you. She didn't care, as long you stayed alive. So don't tell me it's my fault human." She glared coldly at him.

Haru tried to move but his body wouldn't budge,
"Then take mine instead! I don't care if I lose my sanity, as long (Y/N) doesn't lose hers."

"I can't do that."

Haru look devastated, Reiji averted his eyes from the two.

This is sickening, human emotions are so pathetic.

He sighed and said,
"Then how will we stop Ms.(Y/N) from losing her sanity?"

Celestia smiled and un-froze Haru,
"Her fated lover will be the one who will stop (Y/N) from losing her sanity. He will be able to return the love that I took away."

Celestia turned to Haru,
"I've read your heart, you wanted to be the fated lover of (Y/N)."

Haru's cheeks grew warm and averted his eyes away from the goddess.

"Y-You shouldn't be reading hearts all the time, people have their own privacy in their hearts you know!"

Celestia laughed softly,
"Well at least you weren't denying your feelings towards (Y/N)."

Reiji stayed silent and the goddess stared at Reiji,
"Haru, I believe that you're one of the fated lovers (Y/N)."

Haru stared at the goddess,
"R-Really?" He disguised his happiness in his tone.

"But, it's also possible that one of the Sakamaki's or one of the Mukami's can be her fated lover." She continued without leaving her eyes on Reiji.

"Are you being serious right know?! (Y/N) won't love a monster like them!" He pointed at Reiji.

The vampire pushed up his glasses,
"The goddess said its possible for a monster like me, to be a fated lover. I could make a move on Ms.(Y/N) to get on your nerves Haru."

Haru glared at Reiji who smirked at him,
"You wouldn't dare."

Reiji chuckled,
"Oh I dare to do it Haru."

Celestia said,
"Haru, if you're wondering why it's possible, both households have took an interest on (Y/N). And vampires have their ways to get what they want."

Haru scoffed,
"I still doubt that (Y/N) could fall for a filthy vampire."

The room slowly started to gain back its colors.

"Looks like I wasted all my time in this timeline, I have to head back. We might meet again soon." Celestia smiled at both of them and disappeared.

When she disappeared, Haru shot Reiji a cold look,
"(Y/N) will never love a disgusting vampire like you. I won't let you and the others get to her. "

Reiji smirked,
"I'll take that as a challenge then Haru."

(Y/N) took deep breaths as she walked to the garden of the school. She ended up sitting on a bench in the gazebo.

I love you so much (Y/N), always remember that.

Terra's voice echoed in the girl's mind and she gripped her head tightly.

What does love means? It hurts a lot when she said it. I must find out what it means.

She dug her nails on her head and she gritted her teeth,
"It hurts... It hurts..." She repeatedly muttered.

Suddenly, someone grabbed (Y/N)'s shoulder and the girl blinked when she felt her head collide someone's chest. She heard a sigh and a voice said.

"If it hurts that bad, just sleep."

(Y/N) looked up and saw Shuu staring down at her closely.

"Shuu-san, what are you doing here?" She tried to move away from the male but the grip on (Y/N)'s shoulder tightened.

"Stay right here and sleep."

The girl blinked, she's not surprise when Shuu's body is cold. But it's actually comforting, like it gives reassurance that everything will be alright.

(Y/N) sighed,
"Fine I'll sleep, but just this once Shuu-san."

The male nodded, he put the girl on his lap and wrapped his arms around her. (Y/N) is surprised at his actions and she flinched at first, but soon relaxed on Shuu's arms. She looked up slowly and saw Shuu with his eyes closed.

(Y/N) began to feel drowsy and slowly closed her eyes,
"Arigatou, Shuu-san."
The girl mumbled and her head rested on Shuu's chest.

Shuu opened his eyes, he pretended to be asleep so the girl can't protest against his actions. He lifted his hand and caressed the girl's cheek.

"You never cease to amaze me more (Y/N)." He mumbled.

His eyes softened at the girl's form. She look so innocent when she's asleep.

"Why are you touching my doll like that?!"

Shuu looked up and saw Kanato glaring at him.
