Part 2
Alzu was telling the boy so much of how for nearly thousands of years, the Dragons were the guardians of peace and full of pure good heart, and while most see dragons as evil, Alzu saw them as peaceful and somewhat loving Animals to say the least, and he knew that when he was just a young boy he thought that dragons were the most amazing things he's ever seen, and always wanted to be like the legendary Dragon riders of ancient times, after all who else when a young boy at a very young age would want to dream of such a thing, as all young boys dream, he was smiling at the thought of that, but now in his old age telling this child about his story was or must have been a very tough time indeed "Mister Alzu?" The boy said calmly as he knew Alzu was old and needed time to think before coming with a proper response "yes child?" He said slowly as if he was hearing a horse kicking a bucket of sorts "you mentioned about your family and... while it is horrible to hear that your whole family decided to kill each other must have been a very bad experience in your life including your own wife right?" The boy asked and Alzu did wish at times he wasn't telling this child his stories about his life, but he felt it is his responsibility to learn and teach the young as he saw fit.
"Yes It was a very bad time" he admitted and although he felt real pain in his heart, he also felt so sad when he killed the last dragon of their kind, and how much he was called the Dragon Slayer, a title he hated so much for the rest of his days, like a Hammer hitting your skull and making you feel with rage in your heart and with a poison making you feel with hate for the world he lives in, But that was not the time for such old haters as he knew humanity failed it's test, but with this boy he hoped to make a difference "tell me" he said to him with somewhat calm and rushed voice " why do you think humans have failed the test" he asked him, a simple question " because we hurt a lot of people" and while he was definitely not wrong there as human wars have left scars on everyone even the civil war itself had killed more people and dragons then any other including his own family, he also knew there was another reason "well your not wrong" he said first while quickly added " it is emotion and these feelings that made us fail, not because we were innocent but because our unstable Emotions were the cause of everything" and he was not wrong, he knew in his mind, power,Greed, ambition and arrogance and god like behaviors were the reason Humans fail the test, because of their emotions and their corruptible nature lead them to the path they are in now.
He then told the boy when he got back home and saw his home in ruins and saw most of his family killed except his wife, the Flash's Of memories were hitting him all at once like some magic spell hits him hard to his core.

MANY YEARS AGO
CIVIL WAR
Alzu was walking back home to the town to see a war that is tearing the Country apart from its main goal as Many Dragon lords began their plans of crushing the rebels, Alzu was sent by his Lieutenant to go back to his town of Nihil and gather peasants who would fight for the Republic, but when he got there people were killing each other and he fought his way through town but also saving Children, he saw people being burned alive and people killing others only because of power, but he did not care, he only wanted his family out after realizing it was all coming down around them.
When he got back home he saw his family fighting each other because one side supported the rebels while the other supported the Loyalists "Hey! What's going on Here!?"
He asked in a fit of rage as they looked at him " farther! These people are traitors to the Crown!" His Son said "no farther! They are the Traitors" his other son said, Alzu then realized when he was about to talk, one of his sons was show with a bow and was killed then all Hell broke out as cousin fought cousin and farther against son and others joining a hellish fight that made no sense to war, this fight had no honor nor any concept of love or compassion, it was a dishonorable and dishonest Conflict between the family as this civil war torn his family apart, once everyone in one hour was dead only him and his wife remind "Honey you support the rebels?" He asked in a true heartbreaking manner that only a True man would have understood or simply understand by heart and honesty, his wife betraying him and this family being torn was too much, they both argued and both had their reasons "You should join us!" She said to him with a fit of rage "you think it's Honor that's keeping the peace!?" She started to him "its fear honey! It's fear and Blood!" She said to him with honesty at that moment "and our family was torn because you joined the loyalist Forces with their Mad ruler behind your backs!" She said to him before her own honor, but it was an honor that was false behind it, like a skeleton behind closed doors with heir pretentious honor "then you think supporting Phillip would bring this country peace!" He told her as he knew Phillip the General All too well, as he Used to know him as he once served in his army, he knew Phillip cared only about power rather then others, "he has no honor, no compassion, and no sympathy for the poor or the weak Sidney!" He told her that sad but very truth behind the General And his past crimes " and he does not like sharing power!, only because he wants to bring back slavery and kill all the Dragons!?" He said that with sadness but his wife charged at him with a knife but he kill her with his sword to her stomach, as he held her in his arms, she looks at him with disappointment in her eyes "you think you... ever feel lov... love again" she said to him with broken words only pain could describe "y... yo.... you have doomed us all!" She said before dying in his arms, he was crying as he placed his forehead against hers feeling that true sadness, that weak boy he used to be when he met her, all that pain and sorrow began to fill him in and all he could think about is failure for the rest of his life.

TO PRESENT TIMES
When Alzu was finally done telling him about that part of the story he saw the boy crying on his laps and he was too as the boy felt so sorry for him at that one human Moment of understanding simple knowledge that the past can leave scars on people even if it was only a tiny one, but this was a big scar that could never heal and he knew it never will as he still feels that same shame, that same weakness that all men shared that simple fate of failure that was to be carried in everyday life including all men, as life was never fair to anyone nor to even the Gods themselves, as Alzu understood, as did the Dragons, but he knew the Dragons were pure and did not suffer this fate like the Humans have, Dragons have more simple lives and are more intelligent then Humans themselves, but he knew the biggest crime humanity has ever committed was about to being in his next story of how he killed the last dragon of their kind.
