Heeey there! After a long period of time, I FINALLY managed to get the chapter written. I do want to inform y'all that this chapter is slightly confusing. Enjoy!

Mari/Ladybug's POV

I jumped out of the roof of my house and scanned the city. Then I saw Chat Noir on his baton, taunting whoever the new villain was, over by the Canal. I grabbed my yo-yo and swung my way over to him to get a better look of what's going on. I saw the akuma attacking with ribbons in each hand. Chat kept taunting the akuma every time they missed.

"Give me your Miraculous!"

"I don't seam to get it. Does Hawkmoth want them, or do you think my miraculous goes with my outfit?"

At that moment, Chat knocked a ribbon out of her hand. I watched as the akuma reached for her bag beside her and pull out another ribbon whip. 'So the akuma must be in her bag...' I was still out of sight and whispered so no one could hear me. "Lucky Charm!" A small object fell back down into my hands and I recognized it almost immediately. 'A seam ripper? Well, at least it kinda makes sense this time...'  I looked back at the battle and saw what I had to do. It was tricky, but I could do it.

I swung out on the scene, luckily blocking a ribbon aimed too close for comfort at Chat Noir. Unluckily, that ribbon found a new target, me. I grimaced in pain as I felt the fabric whip against my calf, causing a throbbing pain in my leg. I tried to hide a whimper, but Chat's keen ears picked up on the noise.

"M'lady, are you okay?"

I nodded, trying unsuccessfully to hide the pain. "Yeah, I should be fine. Don't worry about me. I need you to Cataclysm the sign to distract her, okay?"

He looked at me like he wanted to argue and help me, but then he just nodded. He jumped across the buildings and taunted the akuma. While she wasn't looking, I threw the seam ripper by her feet so she would notice it. 'This is either going to go really wrong or really well...' The Lucky Charm eventually catches her eye and she bends down to pick it up.

"Cataclysm!"

The sign began falling and she dropped the seam ripper and used her ribbons to protect herself from the falling metal. I threw my yo-yo from behind and grabbed her sewing bag. I ripped it open and saw a black butterfly emerge from it. The villain takes one last look at me, after taking care of the falling metal, before they de-evilize. I extend my yo-yo and capture the akuma.

"No more evil doing for you little akuma." I open up my yo-yo and let the while butterfly free. "Bye Bye, little butterfly!" I swing my way down to the ground and get my Lucky Charm and I prepare to fix everything.

"Miraculous Ladybu-AHHH!"

My injured leg cramped and I lost balance and fell backward into the canal. I kept a firm grip on my Lucky Charm, but I felt the transformation begin to take place. I quickly turned invisible before the bubbles of the splash went away, just as I grew my tail. I heard Chat's buried voice, coming nearer to see what happened. I was about to swim away as fast as I could, but then I realized his keen ears would pick up on that noise. All I could do was quietly wait until he passed. Then I heard a ping on my yo-yo. I looked closer at Chat's blurred image and realized he was trying to text of call me. I didn't know what to do and I can't silence my yo-yo without making movement. So, I did the most risky think possible.

"Tikki, Spots Off."

Chat Noir's POV

I left Marinette's house and headed toward the akuma. I arrived at the scene, where the newest akuma was transforming people's outfits into fancy attire. I saw her aiming at another civilian, deciding to reveal myself ans deflect the beam of light. I looked up and faced the newest akuma, waiting for the all too familiar speech.

"I am Fashionista! Everyone will love my designs better than that lame Chloe!"

She pulled out ribbons from her bag and began to advance on me. I taunted her, waiting for Ladybug to arrive on the scene.

"Personally, I think I have better tastes in fashion than you. I look great in black."

"Give me your Miraculous!"

I deflected another one of her ribbons. "I don't seam to get it. Does Hawkmoth want them, or do you think my miraculous goes with my outfit?"

She growled in frustration and I used that distraction to knock a ribbon from her hand with my staff. I was about to tease her about already loosing the battle, but then she just pulled another deadly ribbon from her side bag. I groaned in frustration, knowing now the akuma would be more violent. I kept blocking blows and became more and more on the defensive side as Fashionista cornered me in. I saw a well aimed ribbon coming for me, begining to brace myself for impact, but I never felt it. Instead, I saw Ladybug swing in front of me and take the hit. I immediately felt guilty, knowing I should of tried to be more offensive so she wouldn't get hurt.

"M,lady, are you okay?"

She nodded and tried to force a smile while she spoke, but I could tell it was forced and she was really injured. "Yeah, I should be fine. Don't worry about me. I need you to Cataclysm the sight to distract her, okay?"

I wanted to argue, but I knew that would get nowhere, so I just nodded. I began jumping across the scene, taunting Fashonista to distract her. When the akuma wasn't looking I could see Ladybug throw something, 'Wait, was that her lucky charm?'

The akuma took its eyes of me to grab the random sewing tool of the ground. I saw Ladybug signal me, so I touched the sign and shouted out.

"Cataclysm!"

The sign began falling and the akuma quickly discarded the newfound tool and whipped her ribbons out to destroy the falling hunk of metal coming for her. Ladybug threw her yo-yo from behind and snatched her sewing bag. The akuma, after taking care of the fallen metal and realizing it's bag was missing, took one last look at Ladybug as she ripped open the bag and released the akuma. As the villain transformes back into a civilian, Ladybug extends her to-yo and captures the akuma.

"No more evil doing for you little akuma." She opens up her yo-yo and lets the purified butterfly free. "Bye Bye, little butterfly." She swings down to the ground to grab her lucky charm to repair the damage as I began to descend to her level.

"Miraculous Ladybu-AHHH!"

I looked towards her to just barely see her trip backwards into the canal. I rush down as fast as I can and look over the edge for anything at all. I decided to use my staff to try and contact her and after a few seconds, I heard something right below me in the water, followed by ripples of waves from where the noise came from. I prepped myself for the worst and jumped in, breathing with my baton in my mouth, trying to get a hold of whatever it was. I knew I was successful when I grabbed some invisible mass, trying unsuccessfully to escape my grasp. Then I heard someone speaking through the water.

"Chat, it's me, Marinette. Can you please let me go?"

Stratch that, it's really confusing. I was gonna go longer, but the next somewhat good stopping point was too far ahead. Welp, I have to go now, I have some online assignments due today.
