Ishika agrees to be the surrogate mother for Anamika and Vineet. The small family of three people is happy. It’s another day when Ishika and Anamika are at the boutique when Vineet visits them. He finds Ishika working in the cabin who asks him to wait and moves out to inform Anamika.

A little while later, Anamika enters the cabin and finds Vineet standing by the window. She hugs him and asks him the reason for his arrival. He reminds her that they have to visit the doctor and talk about Ishika. They have to get her health checkup done. Anamika is astonished that Vineet remembers that. She looks at him.

“Tumhe yaad tha?” she asks astonishingly.

“Of course, Ana! Maanta hoon jab Ishika ne kaha tha ki wo surrogate mother banne ke liye ready hain toh pehle maine socha ki wo ye sab paise ke liye kar rahi hai. Par aisa nahi hai. Wo jo kuch kar rahi hain, pure dil se kar rahi hain. Toh hamara bhi farz banta hai ki hum uska pura dhyan rakhe.” Vineet says.

“Lekin kya hume usey batana chahiye?” Anamika asks.

“Abhi nahi, Ana. I mean pehle humm Ishika ki reports dikhayenge doctor ko. Jab wo approve karengi tab hum Ishika ko taiyar karenge.” Vineet says, a little concerned about the young girl.

Anamika is touched by his response. Okay, she felt that he may doubt Ishika but he didn’t. Well, he’s not like that. He trusts Ishika and Anamika does it too. Why’d anyone do what Ishika is doing for them, where she herself is weak on the basis of her health?

Anamika thanks Vineet for his concern and the two decide to meet the doctor. Meanwhile, there’s a knock on the door and its Ishika. Anamika allows her in. She enters the cabin and looks at her sister.

“The order is ready to be shipped. Do you have any last-minute checks?” she asks.

“Nope! Just get it shipped, Ishu!” Anamika replies as she picks her handbag from the chair.

“You’re going somewhere?” Ishika asks while looking at both husband and wife.

“Han Ishu! Aaj doctor se appointment hain. Isliye hum wahan ja rahe hain.” Anamika replies.

“Okay! I hope everything is fine!” Ishika says rolling her eyes at both Vineet and Anamika.

“Dekho, aise aankhen nahi dikhao. Maine toh bilkul pareshan nahi kiya tumhari behen ko.” Vineet glares at her playfully.

“Maine kab kaha ki aapne kuch kiya. Par aapke alawa koi aur kaise kar sakta hai kuch? Meri behen ke sath toh aap rehte ho, all the time.” Ishika clicks out her tongue at Vineet.

“Acha shaitani tum karo, aur mujhe blame karo, very bad, Ishu!” Vineet rolls his eyes.

“Maine toh pehle hi kaha tha aapko mujhe jhelna padega. Fir chahe meri shaitani ho ya fir meri zidd!” Ishika winks at Vineet.

“Why me? Tum apni behen ko kuch kyun nahi kehti?” Vineet asks, making a face.

“Kyunki wo meri behen hain. Aapko satane mein zyada maza aata hain.” She ends her statement with a giggle.

Anamika smiles at this cute banter but before Vineet can reply, she barges in between and looks at both of them.

“Shant! Vineet ab late nahi ho raha? Chalein?” Anamika looks at her hubby.

“Han chalo! Ishika, main mere driver ko call kar dunga, wo tumhe lene aa jayega. Tum uske sath ghar chali jana.” Vineet says.

“Okay! I will manage. Abhi aap log jao.” Ishika says.

Vineet and Anamika leave the boutique while Ishika finishes the order and after checking up all the tasks, she locks the boutique and checks the time. It’s almost 7 PM. But there’s no sign of the driver. Ishika feels that he might have missed the call. She walks out of the building and begins to look for an auto.

Luckily, as she's looking for an auto, a car stops by her side and a familiar face pops out of the car. It's Naman.

"Want a lift?" He smiles at Ishika.

"Oh yes! Only if you don't annoy me." Ishika makes a face.

"Arey! Muh kyun bana rahi ho? Ek toh bina maange lift de raha hun!" Naman says.

"Toh maine lift maangi! Aaye ho tum apne number badhvaane!!" Ishika makes a face again.

"Vahi toh! Bina maange tumhe lift de raha hoon. Mere alawa aur kaun tumhe lift dega!" Naman says teasingly.

"Han han! Ek tum hi akele ladke na ho duniya mein. Par, ab tum keh rahe ho! Toh chalo! I won't like it if jiju scolds you."Ishika smiles teasingly.

" Why would he scold me? " Naman asks, he knows Ishika is talking about Vineet.

" Arey! Itni sundar ladki ko lift nai doge toh he will scold you na! " she giggles.

Naman rolls his eyes at her, he smiles as he finds her laughing. He starts to drive and says something that leaves Ishika surprised.
