Anamika and Vineet go for Anamika's checkup. She tells the doctor that she wants to take another test. The doctor is surprised but agrees with her. She also asks her(Anamika) not to be sad if the results are not in her favour. She agrees about the same. Vineet assures the doctor that he will take care of Anamika. The doctor does Anamika's tests and they leave the hospital.

As Anamika and Vineet leave the doctor's cabin, she finds two ladies entering the room. Vineet asks Anamika to wait while he goes to fill the amount for the tests done. She agrees and waits near the cabin. Vineet leaves and Anamika sits on the bench which is placed near the door. She is scrolling her phone and calls Ishika. The girl's cheerful voice makes her smile. She tells Ishika that they will reach home in an hour. The girl chuckles and tells her that she is on the verge of finishing the designs. Anamika agrees and disconnects the call. At the same time, Anamika hears something that startles her. She turns inside the cabin where the two ladies saw a while ago, are still sitting.

Anamika is surprised to know that the lady who is pregnant is the sister of the other, and she(pregnant woman) is carrying the child for her sister and sister's husband. Anamika is astonished when she hears that the other one is doing it willingly. The other lady couldn't conceive and so her sister comes to her help. Anamika is thoughtful and her trance is broken when Vineet calls her name. He is done with the formalities and they leave the hospital. All through the way, Anamika is silent. Her doctor's words are echoing in her mind. Vineet notices her unusual silence, but thinks that maybe she is sad for the fact that she can't conceive, as they both saw that pregnant lady together. He lets go of all the things and they reach home.

As they reach home, Ishika opens the door and greets them with a smile. She tells Anamika that she has finished her designs and she can take a look. Anamika smiles at her but doesn't reply. Ishika also gives an envelope to Vineet, telling him that it got delivered after they left the house. Vineet thanks her and pats her head, and when she asks about Anamika.

The lady is now seated on the couch and is lost in some thoughts. Ishika looks at Vineet and asks him the matter but he denies knowing anything. Ishika sits beside Anamika.

"Kya hua? All good? Jeeju, what did you do to my sister?" Ishika asks, raising her eyebrows at him.

"What? Maine kuch nahi kiya. Apni behen se pucho, wo chup hai main nahi." Vineet exclaims, looking at her.

"Noo! You did. Aap dono sath mein gaye they na!! Mujhse wo gussa nahi hai, iska matlab aapne hi kuch kiya hoga." Ishika says, mocking anger at Vineet.

"Arey! Ye kya baat hui? Tum dono behenein mujhe pareshan kyun karti ho? Main toh pyar karta hoon na usse, main kyun kuch kahunga." Vineet says playing along, he knows, it is Ishika's play to make Anamika speak.

" Han toh! Pyar toh hai meri behen ko aapse. Lekin aapne kya bola unko jo wo chup hai. Di, kya hua? " Ishika asks Anamika, holding her hand.

" Kuch nahi."Anamika breaks her silence and then turns to Vineet and asks him to make coffee for her.

Vineet agrees and Anamika moves to her room. Ishika is astonished as Anamika didn't talk to her and has moved to her room. Ishika looks at Vineet, he knows what is bothering Anamika. He asks Ishika to make coffee and he moves into his room while Ishika walks into the kitchen.

Vineet enters the bedroom and finds Anamika sitting on the bed. He sits beside her and holds her hands in his. She looks at him and he asks the matter. Anamika is a happy girl and when she turns silent, it means something is surely bothering her.

"Vineet, maine sab soch liya hai." Anamika says.

" Kis baare mein? Dekho, maine kaha tha na ki chaahe jo bhi results aaye, hum dono kafi hai ek dusre ke liye." Vineet says, trying to convince her.

"Jaanti hoon. Tum se hi toh main hoon. Lekin mere pas ek raasta hai, in fact hamari doctor bhi agree kar lengi." Anamika says.

"And what is it?" Vineet asks.

Anamika begins to speak but at the same time, they are interrupted by Ishika as she brings two cups of coffee. She places the tray on the side table and turns to leave as she knows that Vineet and Anamika are talking, so she must leave them alone. But, Anamika holds her hand and asks her to sit beside her. Ishika is surprised but climbs on the bed and sits beside Anamika, keeping her head on her shoulder.

"What happened? Is anything serious?" she asks.

"Han! Apni behen se keh do ki uski koi faltu baat main nahi maanunga." Vineet says.

"Han han! Aap toh meri baat bhi nahi maante. Meri behen ki kaise manoge." Ishika says.

"tumhari kaunsi baat nahi maani?" He asks.

"Autograph nahi dete. Batao, aapke ghar mein hi aapki fan hai fir bhi nahi dete. How mean! You are khadoos and kanjoos! Jaane meri behen ko aapse pyaar kaise ho gaya. " she says dramatically and it causes Anamika to laugh.

Vineet glares at them, but the girls continue to laugh.

He ends up smiling to see them laugh. He opens his cupboard and takes out a packet and hands it to Ishika. Anamika signals her to open the packet and Ishika is left touched to see the gift inside.
