Ishika realises her mistake and seeks forgiveness from Anamika and Vineet. Later, she asks for Vineet's autograph and agrees to Anamika to stay home for another day. Anamika and Vineet leave for their work on Ishika's insistence.

The day passes in a blur and Anamika is the first one to return home. She straightly moves to Ishika's room but the girl is not there. She looks around the house but Ishika is nowhere to be seen. Meanwhile, Vineet returns home and gets to know about Ishika. They move into their room, Anamika opens the door and is left surprised.

The whole room is beautifully decorated. There are red and white balloons decorated in every corner of the room. The bed is decorated with red roses, red balloons on and around  the bed and also, the room is fragrant with rose fragrance. The whole room is decorated with dim lights. The room is decorated beautifully, Anamika chuckles seeing it.

"This is so beautiful!" she says, twirling on her feet.

"It sure is!" Vineet says, admiring the room decor.

"So, you two liked it! Yay!" They hear a squeal and Ishika appears in front of them.

"Where were you? Pata hai main kitna pareshan ho gayi thi."Anamika scolds her.

" Arey! Why are you scolding me? I was at home only. " Ishika pouts at Anamika.

"Jab ghar mein nahi dikhogi toh tension hogi hi. Abhi thik nahi hui ho, lekin shaitani shuru ho gayi hai tumhari." Anamika looks at Ishika.

"Main toh ye bana rahi thi." Ishika says innocently and places a card in Anamika's hand.

Anamika stares at Ishika for a few seconds while Vineet looks at the card, it has a heart imprinted on the first page. He looks around the room as well, and he's impressed.

"You did it??" Vineet asks, looking at Ishika.

"Of course ! I did it. But sirf apni behen ke liye, okay!! Aapse main gussa hoon abhi tak!" Ishika says, maintaining a firm look on her face.

"Arey! Maine kya kiya??" Vineet asks innocently.

"Aapne mujhe autograph nahi diya. Par fir bhi maine aapke liye bhi kiya. Kyunki meri behna toh aapse pyaar karti hai na. Toh this is for you two." Ishika says and then glances at Anamika, who's looking at the card by now.

It's a beautiful card. There is a heart on the top, with their initials in the middle of the heart. Upon opening the card. There's a sketch - - that is, a picture of Anamika and Vineet is sketched on the card where they are hugging each other. Below the picture, there is a love note. Towards the end, there's a thank you note. Anamika observes that the picture is of their wedding. She is touched while Ishika is looking at her intently.

Anamika looks up  at Ishika, who asks her about the card and Anamika pats her cheek, telling her that she loved the card. Anamika places it on the side table beside the bed and Ishika chuckles with happiness. She hugs Anamika and then leaves the room, letting the other two spend some quality time.

Anamika sits on the bed looking at the decorations and is smiling. Vineet takes his seat beside her.

"Kya soch rahi ho ab?" he asks her.

"Kuch nahi. Main toh bas soch rahi thi ki main bahut lucky hoon, jo tum mujhe mile, aur Ishika bhi. Mujhe nahi laga tha wo hamare liye itna sab kuch karegi." Anamika says emotionally.

"Dil ke Rishtey hain na, bahut mushkil se milte hai. Sambhalne bhi padte hain." Vineet says softly.

"Janti hoon, aur main inhe sambhal ke rakhungi. Tumhe  khona main afford nahi kar sakti, aur na hi Ishika ko kho sakti hoon." she says.

"Wo kahin nahi jayegi. Don't worry." Vineet says.

Anamika keeps her head on his chest while he embraces her in his arms. They stay in the same position for some time. Anamika takes her own time, and then looks at him.

"Vineet!" She takes his name.

"Kya hua? Ab kya sochne lagi?" he asks softly.

"Wahi baat jise main Ishika ke aane se bhul gayi thi. Ya ye kahoon ki  bhuli nahi thi, par Ishika ke aane se wo baat chhup gayi thi." Anamika says and parts the hug.

"Ana! Aren't we enough for each other?" he says, looking at her.

"Hain na. Tumse hi toh main hoon. Lekin main ye bhi jaanti hoon ki we crave for it. Itne saal ho gaye, lekin ab tak…" she says, but pauses in between.

"Ab tak jo na hua, wo kabhi toh hoga na, Ana. Tum udaas kyun hoti ho!! Sab thik ho jayega." Vineet says, trying to convince her.

"Lekin main toh kuch kar nahi pa rahi." Anamika says hopelessly.

Vineet cups her face and begins to speak, but Anamika says something that leaves him surprised. He looks at her in awe while she assures him about her decision.
