Anamika and Vineet rush to Ishika's room and find her lying on the floor. Anamika rushes to hold her, they make her lie on the bed. It seems like her head spun, letting her  fall on the floor. There's a light scar on her forehead. Anamika gets the first aid box and cleans her wound. Ishika whispers something in her unconscious state, and it leaves anamika surprised.

She looks at Vineet, who asks her to take Ishika to hospital. Anamika sprinkles some water on Ishika, and the girl grimaces in pain. She opens her eyes, but she closes them again in an instant, feeling a scorching pain in her head. She keeps her hand on her head, while Anamika looks at her.

"Bahut dard ho raha hai, Ishu!! Chalo hospital chalte hain!" Anamika says softly.

"No!" the girl says instantly.

She tries to sit up, but the shooting pain in her head leads her to fall back on the bed and unconscious for the second time. This time, Vineet lifts her in his arms and they move out. They need to take her to the hospital, and it is urgent.  Anamika picks her purse and they leave the house.

City hospital

Vineet calls for a stretcher while Anamika asks for the doctor, the one who treated Ishika. The doctor comes and he takes ishika into the emergency room asking Vineet and Anamika to wait outside.

The doctor does the check up and treats her wounds, and gives a seductive injection to the girl. After that, she is shifted into the normal ward. As the doctor comes out of the ward, Vineet asks him about Ishika.

"She's fine. Lagta hai unhe kuch yaad aaya ya fir  chakkar aaye, jis wajah se unhe chot aayi." the doctor says.

"Is she fine, doctor? I mean, darne ki toh koi baat nahi hai na doctor??" Anamika  asks.

"Don't worry, Mrs. Dobriyal. The girl is fine. I've just given her sedatives, so that her mind can rest. By the way, did she tell you anything that's disturbing her??"  The doctor asks.

"No! Infact, I was taking her to my workplace. I mean, before this accident, she worked with me. She was Happy that I allowed her to go out." Anamika says remembering her conversation with Ishika.

" maybe, something in her unconscious mind triggered her. " Vineet says.

" Yes yes! This can happen. But we will get to know once she wakes up. "  the doctor says and takes his leave.

Anamika looks at the girl through the glass door, and then turns to Vineet. She asks him to go for his meeting. Vineet is doubtful, he knows Anamika cares for the girl and seeing her on the bed is painful for her. He can't leave them alone. He begins to deny but Anamika asks him to go. Meanwhile, someone barges in the conversation. It's Naman.

"All good?" Naman asks while looking at Vineet.

"Naman, ab tum hi samjhao apne dost ko. Main keh rahi hoon ye meeting mein jaye, par he's denying." Anamika looks at Naman.

"Main kya bolu? Par hua kya hai?" Naman asks.

"Ishika isn't well, ab kaise jaun in dono ko akele chod ke? I'll postpone the meeting." Vineet says, concerned about his wife and also the other girl.

"I can stay here, agar aapko thik lage toh. I know aapke kahe pe har koi chalega, par agar kaam ki baat hai toh aapko zaroor jana chahiye." Naman says.

Vineet looks at Naman, who smiles lightly. Vineet knows it, he's a superstar, everyone would happily go according to him, but when it comes to work, he should go behind the people who are asking for his time. Also, he knows, that Naman would take care of both the girls. He also asked him earlier, but at that time, Vineet denied. Now, he can take his help. Vineet agrees, and after telling Anamika to call him, if there is any problem, he leaves for his meeting. Naman stays with Anamika as they wait for Ishika to wake up.

Some time later, Anamika is sitting on the bench, when Naman brings packaged juice for her. Anamika denies it at first but takes it.

"Agar sir ko pata chala maine aapka khayal nahi rakha, toh he'll get angry!" Naman says jokingly.

"Aisa nahi hoga, Naman." Anamika says.

"Oh yes! You will save me then, from his wrath." Naman  says and his words only make Anamika smile.

Meanwhile, a nurse comes and informs them that Ishika is gaining consciousness. Anamika sighs in relief and moves to see Ishika. Anamika keeps her hand on Ishika's head, and the girl opens her eyes. Her head is still hurting, but with less intensity.

"How are you feeling, Ishu?" she asks Ishika.

"I am fine! Thank - -thank you for the help." Ishika thanks Anamika.

"Help toh karna hi tha Ishu!" Anamika says as she eyes the girl.

"Aapne help toh ki, meri family ne toh jaise mujhe akele hi chod diya hai, and ab toh mom bhi chali gayi." Ishika says.

Her words hit Anamika, did she realise the present? She looks at Ishika and holds her hand.

"Kya kaha tumne??" she asks.

"Meri mom ke jaane ke baad kisi ne mujhe contact nahi kiya. It seems like they forgot me. But thanks, you helped me." Ishika says, it seems like she's unaware of the past days.

The doctor comes in to check up on Ishika. He checks her report and then tells Anamika that  Ishika is fine. Her breakdown in the morning has led her come out of her trance. Anamika looks at Ishika.

"Tumhe kya hua tha subah?" she enquires.

"I was watching television when you asked me to get ready. There was some action sequence, and it felt familiar. Aur fir achanak chakkar aa gaya." Ishika says.

The doctor is now sure of what happened with Ishika. He assures anamika that she will be fine soon. Anamika finishes the formalities and informs Vineet that she is taking Ishika home. Naman helps her and sets to drive towards Anamika's home. On the way, Anamika glances at Ishika and finds her silent. Also, her eyes are teary. Anamika places her hand on Ishika's head and the girl breaks into tears, her further words leave Anamika surprised and pained at the same time.
