Anamika has a conversation with her colleague instructing her about the work. Meanwhile, she hears a loud sound from Ishika's room. She rushes to her room. The girl is murmuring something in her sleep. It seems like she is witnessing a nightmare again. She sits by her side rubbing her palms.

"Don't do this! Leave me!!" she murmurs.

"Di!!! Mat jao!! I will take care. They are not worth it!" Ishika murmurs.

In the next moment, Ishika shouts in her sleep, and wakes up. Anamika is astonished. She hugs her.

"Don't worry! I am here. Kuch nahi hoga."she says softly.

Ishika holds Anamika's hand in fear. The latter can understand her fear and pain that she is going through.

" Relax Ishu! " she says caringly.

"They will come and take me - - coz they don't want me." Ishika says fearfully.

"There's no one ,Ishu! No one will come here. I'm here by your side." Anamika says softly, trying to convince the girl.

Ishika looks at Anamika and then hugs her in another instant. Anamika embraces the girl, and she can feel the girl is crying. She pats her back. She knows it's something to do with her past because her family has abandoned her, post her sister's demise. Her father even remarried.

" Relax Ishu! There's no one here. Just you and Me. Now, stop crying." she says.

Ishika parts the hug and looks at Anamika,who nods her head affirmatively. She makes her drink some water. Ishika calms down a little while Anamika brings some strawberries for her. Ishika chuckles seeing it.

" How do you know that I love strawberries?You remember it!! " she asks.

"I do! And I also like them."Anamika says.

" Really! You never touched them before!! " Ishika looks at her.

"choices change Ishu!" Anamika says with a smile.

"You have changed a lot." Ishika says staring at her.

Anamika looks at her. She can't tell her that she(Anamika) is not the one that Ishika is assuming her to be. She is another person who is being the one Ishika is seeing her as. But she has to wait until Ishika gets better and realise the reality.

Anamika's trail of thoughts is broken by Ishika,who's looking at her keenly.

"Where are you lost? I mean when I talk, you wander in another world. Call jeeju home  now!" she says.

"Arey! No! That's not the thing." Anamika retorts.

"That's it. You miss jeeju! You didn't miss me!" Ishika makes a cute hurt face.

Anamika laughs. The girl is not the one she met. She's back into the past and behaving like a teenage girl. Anamika pats her head and gives her the medicines. Ishika makes a face.

" this is bad! " She says.

"Have it! And then we will work." Anamika suggests.

She got this idea while talking to Shipra that she should make Ishika work a little. Maybe,she will realise the  reality.

"What work? I am not doing!! You do it. It's your department." Ishika chuckles.

"Noo! You will do. We will make designs." Anamika says and gives her a sketchbook.

Ishika flips the pages of the book and finds many designs. It's Ishika's book, which Anamika got in her bag. Ishika chuckles, she recognises the book and opens a new page.

" Thank you! I was bored.. Now I'll sketch." Ishika says.

"Design an offshoulder gown." Anamika says.

Ishika looks at her but begins to draw. Anamika is thrilled as she finds her working. Maybe, she will realise the reality soon. As Ishika draws, Anamika is surprised to see that she has designed a beautiful gown, as per her expectation. Ishika shows her the same and Anamika praises the girls' efforts.

"Yay! I had this in my mind since a long time." Ishika chuckles.

"Really! Show me what else do you have in mind." Anamika says.

Ishika nods but as she moves a little, her strained ankle pains. A whine escapes her lips.

"You okay?" Anamika asks.

"Yeah! But my ankle hurts!" Ishika says.

"it'll be fine. You have strained your leg. For now, you should rest." Anamika says.

Ishika nods and meanwhile, Anamika's phone rings. She excuses herself. It's a client and Anamika assures them that their order will be dispatched soon. After ending the call, Anamika enters the room and finds Ishika busy in sketching. She takes the chance and moves to prepare for dinner. She's tired, but she wants to prepare some good food for Vineet and Ishika,more for Ishika's sake.

The day passes, Vineet comes back home at 8 pm. He tells Anamika that they have wrapped up the shoot and he's on a break. So he'll take care of Ishika. Anamika nods and hugs him for his offer.

"That's sweet, Jeeju! She was missing you." Ishika chuckles as she walks out of her room.

"Jeeju!" Vineet is astonished.

"Of course! You married my sister, so I'll call you that only. Mujhe kisi se maar nahi khani." Ishika says looking at Anamika.

Anamika signals something to Vineet and he tends to understand. He plays along with Ishika.

"Yeah! I almost forgot. Mujhe bhi tumhari behen ka gussa nahi chahiye." He says.

"She loves you. She misses you. Why  would she scold you? She always scolds me! She gives me warnings too. " Ishika scoffs making a face.

"When did I scold you?" Anamika rolls her eyes at Ishika.

"I'll tell him!" Ishika says recalling when Anamika almost warned her to go away if she doesn't take the medicine or eat the food..

Anamika sighs, meanwhile, there's a ring on the door. Vineet opens the door and it's the doctor who treated Ishika. He came to have a look at the girls' recovery. He does the checkup and asks Ishika to take care.

He then talks to Vineet and Anamika and says something that leaves the couple in thoughts.
