Anamika and Vineet bring Ishika home and Anamika aids Ishika as she gets a fever. Making sure, Ishika is asleep, Anamika spends a few moments with Vineet, before he leaves for his shooting. Once he leaves, Anamika calls up Shipra and asks about the condition in the office and after instructing her with work, she moves into Ishika's room. Ishika is awake and she smiles as Anamika sits beside her. She checks her temperature and it's fine. She helps Ishika to sit up and then offers a fruit chaat. Ishika makes a face.

"I don't want this!!" She says.

"You have to finish this!!" Anamika says firmly.

"Noo!" Ishika makes a face but Anamika glares at her.

"You're not well! And you have to eat this. Okay! If you'll not do so, I  - - I will…" she pauses and is cut by Ishika.

"Noo! Don't be angry." Ishika almost shouted.

"I'll eat it up! Okay! But you don't get angry.. Mumma is already angry." Ishika says sadly.

Anamika looks at her and feels a pang in her heart. She's still thinking that her mom is there and she is angry. She's taking her as her elder sister. But the  truth is, that both her mother and sister aren't in the world. She has lost them all. Now,  her name resembles that of her sister, she takes her the same. She's fearful, everytime, Anamika puts a condition. She does not want Anamika to leave her. But, it is important to bring her out of the trauma. She has to realise that she is alone now. Her mother and sister aren't by her side.

Anamika's trance is broken as Ishika sets the empty bowl on the side table and looks at her.

"Happy? Kha liya maine. Gussa nahi ho na?" Ishika asks while looking at her.

Anamika smiles at her question. Ishika is  just an innocent soul. She should learn the reality soon. Ishika clears her throat to grab her attention.

"Hmm! Missing Jeeju?" Ishika asks cutely.

"What!" Anamika is baffled at the sudden question.

"I'm asking about the guy. Must be jeeju! You married and didn't even tell me! Very bad!" Ishika makes a face.

Anamika gets the gist of Ishika's words. She takes her as her sister and now she's assuming Vineet as her husband. Anamika knows by now that Ishika's sister was unmarried and that's why she asked this.

" He's sweet. You tell to Mumma about jeeju, okay! I knew you love someone, that's why you didn't say yes to that alliance! Hai na!" Ishika looks at her excitedly.

Anamika sighs. So, she remembers the past. Maybe, her sister eloped with someone and that's why she's asking her to tell their mother about Vineet. She's taking Anamika and Vineet as her sister and brother in law. Though Anamika is fine with it, she wants Ishika to realise the reality soon. Ishika nudges her out of her thoughts.

"where are you lost?" Ishika asks grumpily.

"Nothing! You should take your medicines." Anamika says as she gives the medicines to Ishika.

The girl takes them, she can't deny the lady who's doing so much for her.. Also, she's feeling weak. She falls asleep due to medicinal effects. Anamika covers her with the duvet and kisses her head softly. All she can do is to pray for her wellbeing. She eases on the bed beside the girl and falls asleep.

Anamika wakes up due to sudden vibration. Oh! It's her phone that's vibrating. She picks it up making sure that Ishika  isn't disturbed. It's Vineet.. As she picks the call, he begins to question.

"Ana!! Where are you?? Kabse call kar raha hoon! All good? Ishika thik hai na??" he asks all the questions in one go.

Anamika smiles at his concern. She checks the time, it's 5 PM.

"Relax! All good Vineet. Tumhare hote hue mujhe kya hoga!! I was sleeping. Are you done with the shooting?" she asks.

"Thank god! I thought something happened with you two." Vineet replies, heaving a sigh of relief.

"Everything is fine. Ishika is asleep. When are you coming?" Anamika asks.

"By night, Ana! Some scenes are yet to be shot. I have the spare keys." Vineet assures her and then they disconnect the call.

Anamika moves into the kitchen to prepare coffee for Ishika and herself. Also, she instructs the housemaid to prepare the dinner. She prepares the coffee and moves into Ishika's room. The girl is sleeping. She chooses to not wake her up until she wakes up by herself. She fills the hotcase tumbler with coffee and places it on the side table. She then moves into her room and  begins to check her phone. Something strikes her mind and she calls someone. She's having a smooth call but it comes to an immediate halt with a loud sound.  It's Ishika. The girl is shouting. Anamika runs in the room and  finds Ishika murmuring something. She sits beside her, comforting her. But, the girls' words leave her baffled for another time. She shook her to bring her back to reality, but the girl faints, while, Anamika is worried.
