Anamika and Vineet are worried after learning about Ishika. They are tensed as they don't know how to help the poor girl. Anamika is sad to learn that she lost her mother and is taking her as her elder sister. She's in a trauma state, they can't leave her alone. Vineet suggests that they should take her home, and Anamika agrees. Vineet moves with the doctor to get the discharge papers ready, while Anamika helps Ishika to change her dress. She is surprised when Ishika holds her hand. Anamika looks at her.

"Don't leave me alone now, okay? Do you know, how much dad scolded me. He said that you weren't willing to go to the market and I took you forcefully. And he said that I only thought about myself, not you. " Ishika says tearily.

Anamika is stunned, so, it's right. Ishika is considering her as her sister. The doctor says that maybe there is a name similarity. Ishika cries holding her hand, and Anamika gets emotional too. She cups Ishika's face.

" I'll not leave you alone. Okay!! Now, stop crying. You're coming with me and we will be together." Anamika says and wipes her tears.

She helps Ishika to change her dress and makes her sit on the bed. Meanwhile, Ishika's phone rings, which is with Anamika. It's her friend, Stuti. At the same time, the doctor enters the ward. He begins to do Ishika's checkup,  while Anamika calls Ishika's friend and she learns that Ishika lost her sister in an accident, and her name was also Anamika. Now, Ishika is taking her as her sister in her traumatised situation. Anamika thanks Stuti and enters the ward. The doctor asks both Anamika and Vineet to take good care of Ishika. The duo agree and as they move out, Vineet stops on his track hearing a familiar voice.  He turns around only to find his new Co actor, Naman. He comes by his side.

"Sir!! Everything fine!! I saw you on the counter. You alright? " he asks, concern dripping in his voice.

"I am fine, Naman! But, you here??" Vineet asks.

"Came for a monthly checkup. But you look worried. All okay?" Naman asks with a  light smile.

Vineet glance at his wife and the other girl. He tells Naman that his wife's friend met an accident, that is why he is worried. Naman asks him if he needs any help, he can tell him. Vineet agrees and they part their ways. The ride towards  home is silent, the only conversation has happened when Vineet told Anamika about Naman. They reach home and Anamika takes Ishika into the guest room, it's a room opposite to Anamika's room.

Anamika asks Ishika to take a shower and gets a few dresses for her. Ishika silently follows Anamika's words. She moves to take a shower and Anamika arranges the things she will need and moves out of the room. She instructs the maid to cook a light meal for ishika and coffee for the three of them. She then moves to her room, and finds Vineet reading a file. It's Ishika's medical file.

"What's in it?" Anamika asks.

"We have to be careful, Ana. I know she's taking you as her sister, but we have to make sure, she gets fine. Usually, traumatized people tend to hurt. And she's not well." Vineet says.

"I'll take care, Vineet. I don't know, but she feels home. If I had someone, a sister or a freind, Ishika is that kind. I don't know why, but her condition is affecting me too." Anamika shares her feelings.

"Because you believe her, you look at her as if she's your friend , you're affectionate towards her, Ana!" Vineet says.

"I am. She's honest and sweet. Hard working too. Why all of this had to happen with her!!" Anamika says dejectedly.

"It's life, Ana! Truly, life. It's full of surprises. Did you know you'll be caring for someone like this? No!! She's our responsibility, also, she's your colleague. When she has no one, we have to be the family she wants." Vineet says.

Anamika looks at Vineet. He's so right, always. They have to be her family as she wants. They have to make her fine, because they can't lose her and let her dream flow away. Anamika takes a deep breath, and hugs Vineet, his arms have been her safe place, always. She feels peaceful in his arms, and they find solace in each other. Vineet comforts Anamika, he knows she's disturbed, more by the behavior of Ishika's family. They're so indifferent towards Ishika, and also, she's worried about how will she manage Ishika. She can't take her to boutique, since she's not in the perfect state. They stay in the hug for several minutes, when the house maid's voice startles them. They rush out and she points towards Ishika's room.

Ishika is lying on the floor, maybe because of head spinning. Vineet lifts her in his arms and make her lie on the bed. He touches her forehead, and it's burning.

"Ana, she has fever." he tells to his wife and it only makes Anamika restless.

She orders the housemaid to get a bowl of chilled water and a clean towel. She sits beside Ishika, and begins to smear her head. Meanwhile, the maid comes with the bowl of cold water. Anamika begins to keep cold water cloth on her head, to get down the fever. As her fever diminishes, her murmurs get clear, but her words leave Anamika surprised, for another time.
