🌟 Best Friends to Soulmates ∞

The Chapter contains *** parts.

Knowing Fareeha was in their room, and will not be ever be leaving him. Sarfaraz was in no hurry with the shower. He took time to drown in a perfumed bath to smell good for her. After a shower, hurriedly he wrapped a towel around his dampened waist. Running his fingers through his wet hair, Sarfaraz walked out of the bathroom.

Fareeha inhaled the overload of the musky scent and slowly rose from the edge of the bed. She grinned at him.

"Dude, are you planning to burn my nostrils?"

"Sorry, sorry, I was just." He gave her an embarrassed look.

Fareeha grinned, slipping her dupatta off her shoulder, - "I don't mind." She winked.

Sarfaraz's face instantly lit up. He walked to her, and she turned. Pushing aside the hair from her back, she gestured at the zip of her dress. He smiled, carefully pulling down the zip. Fareeha inhaled deeply, closing her eyes as he slid the Kurtha off her shoulder and glided his hands over her smooth skin.

Fareeha wriggled out of her Kurtha, turned to him, and, looking into his eyes, unknotted her trousers. Pulling it down, she boldly stood in her lingerie. Sarfaraz grabbed her hand, pulling her for a mind-numbing kiss.

Fareeha gripped his broad shoulders, responding eagerly to the kiss. One day without him, made her restless to be close to him again. Sarfaraz lifted her, and she clasped her legs around his waist. Continuing to kiss, he carried her to the bed and dropped her.

"Hadi," she breathed against his lips, - "I--" smooch, - "love--" smooch, "You." Smooch, - "I--" smooch, - "want--" smooch, - "you."

He nodded, touching her over her panties, - "Same." He whispered, realizing the built-up was quick. Showing her eagerness.

"I just--want to be in your arms forever." Fareeha panted.

"Same." He winked and kissed her chin, traveling his mouth through her throat, collarbone, and towards her cleavage. Fareeha breathed in deeply as he kissed her breasts, his hands gripping her panties tight. Impatiently, he yanked them off her. She kicked it, grabbed the back of his head, and pulled him up for the kiss.

After a brief kiss, Sarfaraz carefully turned her. Fareeha sighed, burying her face into the bedsheet. She moaned as he hungrily kissed her back, and in an instant snapped the hooks of her bra with his teeth. She gasped, but he didn't stop kissing her lower back.

Her skin was so velvety soft, and their reunion made him more impatient.

"Hadi!" she moaned, turning to him. Lovingly, she held his face and kissed his lips softly. His hands found her breasts. Fareeha closed her eyes, arching her back, responding to his mouth pleasuring her sensitive nipples.

"Can--you--get--in--already." She shuddered.

"What's the hurry, my love? This is the best part." He spoke with his lips clasped around her nipple.

"Dude, we have-- much time--to do--this--later."

Sarfaraz rose, coming face to face. Fareeha heaved untying the knot of his towel, - "Everyone is waiting for us downstairs." She spoke breathlessly.

He leaned, removing the last piece of garment off him, and got back over her. Fareeha slid her hands over his back, gripping him tightly.

"I love you." He pecked her lips.

She smiled, tilting her head to the side, - "I love you too."

Admiring each other, Sarfaraz pushed into her. She winced, then smiled. He, too, smiled at her as he got deeper. She took in a deep breath, pressing her breasts against his muscular, rugged chest.

"Dude, are you seriously growing your chest hair?"

He grinned, - "It's back in fashion." With that, he kissed her mouth.

"I love you."

"I love you too, Ass."

They shared another kiss before he resumed moving his hips. Fareeha embraced him tight, her face buried into his shoulder. His robust, tall frame engulfed her. Every moment brought her closer to him. She kissed his neck, gliding her hands up and down his back whilst he firmly pressed her against the mattress, moving smoothly in her. She brushed her lips over his shoulder, gripping his biceps, and the other hand gripped his lower back. She felt his dampened, strong muscles flex with every thrust.

Fareeha sighed happily. The heat of her body rose, and the now familiar feeling began brewing. She clenched him, expecting the flood of oxytocin release, sending her to the edge.

"Hadi!" She gasped, convulsing with the euphoric feel of emotions. Her toes curled, and she stilled for a moment before falling apart under him.

"Fareeha!" He rasped near her ear, and she trembled. He gripped her hips, and she wrapped her arms around his neck. Both gasped together as he burst inside her.

"Uff!"

"Ah!"
Sarfaraz buried his face into her heaving bosoms while remaining still. She caressed his hair and shoulder.

Fareeha gulped, her body flushed.

"I am so lucky. You will be with me forever." He confessed and planted a lingering kiss on her forehead. Before he could slide off her, Fareeha held him.

"No. remain like this--with me for a while."

Sarfaraz grinned, - "But this way--we could--are you ready for round two?"

"Maybe--" Fareeha drew a circle with her index finger on his chest, over his erratic beating heart, - "I want that." She winked.

"Ah, someone is getting naughty. And what about people waiting downstairs?"

"Never mind them."

Some kissing and a little foreplay later, they made love for the second time and then cuddled naked for some time before getting into the shower together.

Hadiya was over the moon, knowing her kids had reconciled. Almas had given her heart attack when she talked about Khula papers. She scolded Sarfaraz, but Fareeha interrupted; siding with her husband.

"Why do you keep protecting this brat?"

"Aunty, because I love him." She confessed. Hadiya's scowl turned into a blush. Haya grinned. Fareeha was unabashed. Sarfaraz held her shoulders and kissed the side of her head.

"I love you too."

"I am glad things are sorted, Chote."

Sarfaraz and Fareeha's smile faded.

Adil and Dania walked in, a butler behind them with their bags from the beach house. Dania didn't spare a look at the friends, instead held Adil's arm and tugged on her pink shirt with her other hand.

Sarfaraz glanced at Fareeha, but she stared at Dania's hand on Adil. It relieved her to see, she was comfortable with her husband.

Hadiya gasped, rushing to Adil, - "What happened, beta?" She stared in horror at his bandaged nose.

He passed a glance at Sarfaraz, who gulped softly.

"Ammi, I am fine. I fell and--"

Fareeha looked up at her husband and whispered leaning against him, - "You did that, right?"

Sarfaraz bent, - "Then what? I was frustrated, so I bashed your favorite Adil." He teased.

"Not fair. You should apologize to him."

"No way. I think I helped him achieve what he couldn't on his own." Sarfaraz gestured at Dania standing close.

Fareeha nodded.

"You were right. I am glad, Dania's chapter is closed from our lives. You know, I told her about our kiss before the double date."

Fareeha gaped loudly, taking everyone by surprise.

Hadiya looked at her with concern, - "What happened, dear? Hadi, are you troubling her?"

Sarfaraz shook his head, making an innocent face, - "Why will I trouble her in front of you all?" He shrugged. Fareeha covered her face with one hand out of embarrassment.

Haya snickered. Hadiya blushed shyly at first, but quickly turned her fake stern at her daughter.

Later, at lunch, Adil informed everyone that they would be flying to London by tonight's flight. Hadiya became emotional, fearing she wouldn't be able to see her son again. Haya had to control her to not spew anything against Dania. Fareeha and Adil together assured her that it wouldn't happen.

"Waise bhi, Aunty, we will be here with you. Always."

"Yes, Ammi. I am your son. Nothing can part us. I promise." Adil charmed her with his sweet voice and dimpled grin. Hadiya reluctantly let go of his hand but twisted her lips at Dania. She was busy with her food.

Fareeha felt bad for her. If everyone, especially Hadiya, is so hostile to her, how will she accept them as a family?

Fareeha stood at the sky deck and enjoyed the night's pleasant weather and the open sky. But the thought of Dania made her dull. She must be feeling so suffocated here.

"Hey, you are here. I have been looking for you all over the place."

Sarfaraz called from inside. Fareeha turned and watched him walk to the sky deck, flipping a small cup of ice cream.

"Here, kesar pista." He tossed to her. She caught it effortlessly and smirked at him. He looked at her, impressed.

Sarfaraz stood next to her. Fareeha eyed him suspiciously, - "Why are you in your banyan?"

"Seducing you." He teased.

She rolled her eyes.

"I can say the same about this sexy satin night dress?" He eyed the flimsy thread knotted at the deep neckline. Fareeha pulled the straps closer.

"Woh, mummy changed all my wardrobe." She said defensively.

He chuckled, - "Cool, we can get new dresses. Then?"

"Whatever, Ass, let me eat my ice cream."

Sarfaraz nodded, looking front, and opened his ice cream tub. Fareeha watched him, wondering if she should bring Dania's topic. But why? They had such an ugly fight because of her. Sarfaraz was over her, so what was the point even? To distract herself, Fareeha talked about their childhood memories. Sarfaraz kept brushing his hand against the bare skin of her arm, whilst chatting casually about their memories.

They sat against the parapet, conversing until Fareeha fell asleep. Sarfaraz carefully moved her head from his shoulder and stood up. Cautiously, he picked her up in his arms and carried her to the bed. Resting her, he placed a duvet over her. The next moment, she kicked it. Her lips parted, and she began snoring lightly. Sarfaraz got to the other side and rested his head on the bedpost.

Admiring her, he knew he was the luckiest man. Not only that, his best friend was his wife, who was gorgeous, but also good at heart. She thought of everyone. Such selflessness bowled him over.

Sarfaraz folded his arms, a serene smile on his face. His eyes fixated on her. The thought that he almost lost her made him more possessive about her. Admiring her with love, he fell asleep.

The next morning, Fareeha woke up and lazily pulled herself up on the bed. For a moment, she searched for her husband, but he seemed to be not in the room. Sliding down the bed, she heard his whistling getting louder and closer. Fareeha turned her head. Sarfaraz opened the door and walked in.

"Hey!" He huffed, sweating heavily from the gym. Swiftly he wiped his arms and neck with the hand towel in his hand and tossed it, perfectly aimed, into the laundry bag. He grinned at her, and she simply stared.

"What happened? Are you alright?" The next garment off him was his soaked black banyan. Sarfaraz decreased the AC temperature, enjoying the coolness on his skin.

"Nothing." Fareeha pricked her nails, walking behind him into the walk-in closet, - "Just happy to have you as my husband." She confessed.

Sarfaraz turned, keeping his hands still amongst his clothes, - "Waah! Subhe hi? Got some dream or something." He teased.

Fareeha walked up to him and wrapped her arms around his bare abs. Sometimes she feels like murdering him, and many times feels like she can't live without him.

Sarfaraz chuckled, - "Dude, I already burned too many calories. No energy left."

Fareeha frowned and slapped his back. This--this was what she meant.

Hadiya was upset the whole night, and at the breakfast table, Haya and Fareeha tried to cheer her up. But she lamented as though she lost her son forever.

"Aunty, see, I have prepared your favorite Onion besan paratha. Extra spice and Hajra Aunty has prepared garlic chutney, the way you like. Please, don't cry. I can't see you like this," Fareeha said softly.

At the other side of the table, Sarfaraz rolled his eyes and continued to eat his poha.

"Ammi, don't mind," Haya huffed, shaking her head, - "You aren't upset, because you are missing Bhai. You are upset because he is with Dania. And what do you want? Them to divorce? Ammi, please accept that they are married."

Hadiya cried harder, blowing her nose into her hanky.

"No, I can't accept her as my bahu." She sniffed.

Haya face-palmed.

Fareeha jumped in for the rescue, - "Aunty, I can understand. But don't worry, Dania will grow on you. Abhi toh bahut lambi life hai."

For some reason, Hadiya sobbed harder. Fareeha looked at Sarfaraz but he was unmoved by the drama.

In the studio, Sarfaraz, followed by his stylists, walked into the make-up. He had just finished an intense confrontation scene with Akshay. Later, they decided to share some light moments in the studio's café.

Fareeha was already in the room, sitting on the single sofa with her laptop. Her brows furrowed. Looking at her, working so hard and the cute expressions, melted his heart and eased him. Sarfaraz dismissed his staff and closed the door.

Hearing a small click, Fareeha looked up.

"Hey," She got up with her laptop and walked to him,- "See, these are your meet--" Fareeha blinked as he pulled the laptop from her hands.

"You know I am tensed."

"Why? Because of Aun--"

He placed a finger on her lips, - "What stupid novels have you read? Always Aunty, uncle, work, Haya, Adil, Ammi, Abbu--" He clasped his large hands around her palms,- "Think about your darling pati-dev also?" He winked.

Fareeha smiled, moving her hands from his grasp, - "Dude, we are at work."

"So?"
"Work."

"No."

"Haww. I don't--give my laptop--" She attempted to take it, but he raised it above his head. Practically too high for her, even in heels.

"What do you want?" She huffed, placing her hands on her hips.

He smirked, - "You."

Fareeha's cheek turned red, and she fidgeted with her dupatta corner, - "I don't have--have--time for this." She turned but stopped when he held her hand.

"Come on, we are all on a break."

"Hadi, but--"

"Shh! Just kiss--I promise, I will only kiss." He pinched his throat.

Though Fareeha was eager to kiss him back, this was a workplace, and-- she paused her thinking as he held her arms. Gently, he pushed back the hair from her shoulder and leaned. Admiring her from close. Their foreheads touched, and Fareeha's body loosened. She tilted her face, closed her eyes, and parted her lips.

Inhaling softly, she twitched with the feel of his lips on hers. After so many kisses, still the butterflies in the belly feel like the first time. Sarfaraz smooched her softly, then parted, keeping their faces closer.

"I wish I had kissed you earlier, Fari."

She smiled, - "Fari. I like it."

Both kept their eyes closed. Sarfaraz kissed her briefly, and parted his lips again, - "Fari." He whispered. She breathed, still smiling.

"You have no idea how addicting you are, Fari." He bent, kissing her hard this time. Fareeha hummed into the kiss, placing her hand on his shoulder and holding the back of his head with the other. He held her against the make-up table, continuing to kiss her without any breaks. She reciprocated, slipping up to sit on the table. Sarfaraz held her face. Ignoring the storm of butterflies, Fareeha clenched his muscular upper arm, deepening the kiss.

After kissing for a long time, even with the small breaks, both were breathless. They looked at each other. Fareeha kept her hands on his chest and arm, and Sarfaraz securely held her waist. Flushed, they laughed together.

What could be better than having one's best friend as a soulmate? Someone who gets every atom of the other. Someone with whom they can spend eternity not being judged and questioned. Someone who doesn't need any explanations. Someone with whom the connection is instant. Their love, passion, the friendship would only grow stronger and the rest of their life filled with comfort, fun, and some banter.

"Ass, you spilled juice on my wedding dress."

"Why did you keep it there, Bandar?"

"Why are you so clumsy, idiot? My dress--"

"Don't cry, Shawty. Dry-clean will fix it."

"It won't. I was to give this to my daughter--"

"Oh my God, you are such a drama--wait a minute--Daughter?"

Fareeha blushed.

"Are you serious?"

She blushed harder.

"Oh my God. Wow!"

Sarfaraz lifted her, twirling her around. Fareeha gasped, then relaxed when he placed her down.

"I can't believe this."

"Seriously?" Fareeha raised her eyebrow, - "You couldn't leave me even for a minute, tharki bhediya."

"Hawww. Like you could?" He pinched her cheek, - "Dude, I was thinking--we are going to have an Ass Monkey."

Fareeha frowned, slapping his arm, - "You are an ass."

"And you are a monkey. Khaalis bandariya."

"Shut up."

........ To be continued for the rest of their lives.
