"ACTION!"
As the bike drove off the ledge, the sound of gunfire filled the air, each shot hitting its mark with precision. The goons were dropping like flies, their bodies collapsing to the ground. As he expertly navigates his bike, the hero effortlessly bashes the villains, each strike landing with a satisfying thud. Whenever the goons tried to attack him, he would effortlessly defend himself by delivering swift kicks with his legs. Finally, when all of them fell to the ground, he screeched his bike to a halt, feeling the vibrations reverberate through his hands.
Sarfaraz removed his helmet and showed off his pearly whites to the camera. The director's face cracked into a wide grin. He then gestured for the heroine to run into the hero's arms.
Sarfaraz was ready with his lines and immersed in the scene. He placed the helmet on his bike and heroically got down the bike. When he looked in front, expecting his heroine to walk to him. He was surprised to find Dania walking gracefully towards him. Sarfaraz froze.
In the breathtaking glow of the setting sun, she appeared like an ethereal being in a stunning white off-shoulder gown with a high slit, gracefully gliding in high heels. Her lustrous, straight hair danced in the artificial breeze. With an alluring smile, she exuded confidence as she approached him. A smile played across her face, radiating a sense of sensuality.
Chandan bit his nails, waiting for Sarfaraz to say his lines or even move a muscle.
Dania loosely wrapped her arms around his neck, staring lovingly at him.
"Oh, Advay! We did it. We fought the goons." She leaned closer, their faces inches apart.
"There is something I desperately need to confess." She lowered her gaze to his lips, then looked into his eyes.
Sarfaraz smiled a little. Dania tilted her head and breathed against his lips, - "I love you."
He gently wrapped one arm around her waist, and with the other, he brushed off strands of hair from her face. She bit her lip.
"I love you too. I love you very much."
Chandan and the cameraman gape at each other, - "What is he blabbering?"
Sarfaraz leaned in closer, completely captivated by the magnetic allure of her rich, chocolate-brown eyes and the irresistible temptation of her full, enticing lips. With a gentle smile, Dania entwined her fingers behind his neck, drawing him nearer, and slowly parted her lips. Sarfaraz hesitated for a moment, his breath catching, before tenderly brushing his lips against hers. As she smiled shyly, her warmth and encouragement enveloped him. Closing his eyes, he inhaled the delicate floral scent of her perfume, feeling a rush of excitement. Their faces perfectly angled as Dania leaned in even closer, their breath mingling as their lips met. Responding to her unspoken invitation, Sarfaraz hesitantly parted his lips, feeling the soft curve of her smile against his. At that moment, his heart raced with a mixture of nervousness and joy, a first-time fluttering sensation in the pit of his stomach. Despite his hands turning cold, he maintained a steady, reassuring hold on the curves of her waist, cherishing every moment of their lingering embrace.
The soft kiss, send him over the moon. His nerves relaxed as the kiss deepened and he melted in her arms.
Chandan kept screaming, - "Cut, cut, cut." On top of his lungs, but his actors were busy kissing each other.
Dania slid her hands, resting her palm over his leather jacket, fisting it tightly and pulling him even closer. Sarfaraz let her take the lead, subconsciously taking her words from a few days back.
I am a dominating personality. So, I kind of dominate him.
Finally, the director sent a spot boy to separate them.
Sarfaraz got more confident. Holding her firmly, he leaned forward while she leaned back. Her one hand cupped his face, and the other held the zipper of his leather jacket. The spot boy tapped a few times on Sarfaraz's shoulder until, finally, he broke the kiss. Slowly, he opened his eyes and found another woman in his arms. The actress of the movie, Eshana. She straightened, passing him a naughty smile.
"Wow, Sarfaraz." She touched her lips, - "This was the best kiss we ever shared. I ever had. Interesting." She winked at him. Sarfaraz's jaw dropped, and he blinked at her. Too stunned to offer his apologies. Another spot boy hurried to the actress, and she turned to leave. At some distance, she turned back to him and winked again.
Sarfaraz kept staring dumbfound, not believing what just happened. Chandan slapped his shoulder.
"Are you smoking weeds? Be glad Eshana consented to the kiss, else—" He ran his hand across his throat.
Sarfaraz turned around and rushed into his vanity. He locked himself inside and dropped on the chair facing the lighted mirror. With heavy breaths, he stared at his reflection. A voice rang inside his brain.
These shitty plans always backfire.
Sarfaraz took some time in the bathroom, washed his face, and sat on the beige double leather sofa. Just as he placed the towel down, there was a hard knocking at the door of his vanity. He sighed exasperatedly and hurried to blast the person on the other side to leave him alone. Opening the door, he stilled. Fareeha pushed past him, climbed into the van, and closed the door.
"Dude?" She held her head, aghast. Sarfaraz turned around.
"Leave me, please." He was about to sit down when she grabbed his arm and stopped him. Fareeha craned her neck up to look at his face, scowling hard at him.
"Fumbles happen." Sarfaraz darted his eyes away from her.
"Fumble? Hadi, you were eating her face, you idiot," Fareeha snapped at him.
Sarfaraz's cheek turned brick red.
She eyed him, folding her arms.
"I saw in the final cut. Hadi, I told you—"
"Stop it, I know,"- he pointed a finger at her, - "Don't try to be my Amma."
Fareeha adjusted her blue net dupatta, - "Dude, now I am scared being with you."
"Why?" Sarfaraz shook his head.
Fareeha eyed him suspiciously, turning a little away from him, - "What if you hallucinate me as Dania too? Touba, Touba." She touched her cheeks.
Both looked at each other, then spoke in unison with disgust, - "Yuck!"
"I am not that mad. I don't want upper-lip hair stuck in my teeth."
"Hadi, I will twist your neck." She gestured with both her hands, barring her teeth.
"Chal, chal! Leave me alone." Sarfaraz pushed her.
"For your information. You always tease me, but everyone was and is impressed by me and calls you chomu." She fumed, then turned around and marched out of the van. Sarfaraz let out a breath through his mouth, holding his hair, and flopped at the edge of the sofa.
Later in the evening, Sarfaraz walked through the carpeted lobby towards her room. He dipped his hands into his pocket and clenched the key card. He thought for a moment, gripping the surprise he brought behind his back. Sarfaraz cleared his throat, knocking at the door.
Fareeha chilled on the bed, lying on her stomach rocking her locked ankles and intensely reading the romance novel. A shy smile on her lips, her thumbnail between her teeth. Just then, knocking at the door spoiled her mood. She blinked, frowned, and dropped the book. Clicking her tongue, she got down the bed and grabbed her dupatta. At the door, she was stunned to find Sarfaraz grinning at her. Fareeha rolled her eyes and was about to slam the door in his face.
"Hey!" He stopped the door with his hand and winced. She turned around and walked in.
"Why did you disturb me?" She ranted, then turned and gasped.
Sarfaraz brought forward the large boutique of yellow tulips. Fareeha clasped her open mouth with both her hands, her doe-shaped eyes widened in amazement.
"For my sweet monkey." He forwarded it to her.
Fareeha smiled and took the boutique.
"Your favorite." He smiled. Then, Sarfaraz held his ears and apologized, - "Sorry, I was not in my right senses."
"Woh toh hai." Fareeha smirked, then playfully hit his arm. She smelt the fresh flowers and smiled with her eyes closed.
Sarfaraz placed his hands on his hips and was relieved that his friend was happy with him. A ting of text messages from his phone interrupted them. Fareeha noticed him frown and discard the message. He shoved the phone into his pocket.
"Eshana?" She teased him.
"Ya, man." He massaged his forehead, - "Even with the slightest things, you girls become so chep." He commented, shaking his head.
Fareeha rolled her eyes, - "Like you men don't, even for a sillier reason. And if we talk nicely, you guys think we are interested."
"Don't assume."
"You too."
There was a pause, and they shared a laugh. Sarfaraz requested Fareeha to help him shake off Eshana.
"It is your fault." She replied, playing with the petals of the flowers, - "Sort it out yourself."
Sarfaraz whined, but Fareeha enjoyed his desperate state.
How was the Chapter, my lovelies? Sarfaraz ka popat ho gaya. But Chandan is keeping that scene in the movie ;)
Fareeha and Sarfaraz's bond is really lovely. But don't you think, he is taking her for granted? What do you suppose he will react when he or she realizes this? Should Fareeha draw a line? She forgives him too easily and fast. Excited to see, Sarfaraz's desperation to woo his friend.??
