-No One's P.O.V-

After vacation has ended and the next day came..and so, everyone woke up in the morning to eat breakfast.

Yuuki/(Y/N)/Pecorine/Karyl/Kokkoro: Let's eat!

Karyl: A lot happened, but it was a pretty fun vacation.

Pecorine: We have Kokkoro to thank for winning that lottery.

Kokkoro: I'm so happy that all of you enjoyed it.

Karyl: That aside...These squid sandwiches are actually pretty good.

(Y/N): Indeed. It's quite amazing to taste, I must say.

Pecorine: Shall we go catch another one?

Karyl: Good luck finding another monster squid like that.

Kokkoro: It feels like we're really starting to fulfill our goal of exploring different foods, too.

Pecorine: It sure does! Our Gourmet Guild is starting to feel like a guild now!

(Y/N): We're all working hard nowadays, so let's all do our best, okay?

Kokkoro/Yuuki/Karyl/Pecorine: Okay!

-Mini Time Skip-

Kokkoro: Miss Karyl!

Karyl: What's up, Koro-ster?

Kokkoro: We're going to take this to the restaurant owner as a souvenir.

Karyl: Pecorine didn't take it when she left for work?

Kokkoro: She said that she was going to the market to shop today with (Y/N). Since it's perishable, we wanted to get it to the chef at the restaurant as soon as possible.

Karyl: Okay. I'm still kind of tired, so I'll stay here.

Kokkoro: Okay. Please take care of things here.

And just like that, Kokkoro and Yuuki went off to town, leaving Karyl all by herself.

-With You-

Back to you and Pecorine, the two of you were strolling around in the shop together.

Pecorine: You know it's quite wonderful that I get to spend time with you today, (Y/N)~!

(Y/N): I was just bored so I didn't really have anything to do other than go on out on quests or to train or just meditate.

Pecorine: I see.

(Y/N): So, what are we shopping out here today?

Pecorine: I've got some ideas!

-Time Skip-

(A/N: As much as I would like to write down Yuuki and Kokkoro's perspective on what's going on, it's best if you watch the entire 10th episode (of Princess Connect Re: Dive) to see what's going on while Pecorine and (Y/N) were out shopping together.)

Time has passed for a little while as you and Pecorine still continued shopping until the two of you hear a commotion between the two men in front of you both.

Man 1: The theater's been torn down again!

Man 2: An official notice from Eustiana herself.

Man 1: It's one of the few pleasures us commoners have...I don't understand...

You then noticed Pecorine who seemed...a little down.

(Y/N): Pecky, are you okay?

Pecorine: A-Ah, it's nothing!

Pecorine says as she puts up a forced smile, but you easily noticed it until you and Pecorine heard familiar voices.

???: Hey, you two!

(Y/N): Hm?

You and Pecorine turned to see Ikkachi, Charlie, and the Chef.

Pecorine: Charlie and Ikkachi! And the boss, too! How unusual to see you all here.

You then noticed the chef who seemed traumatized.

(Y/N): Hey, is the boss okay?

Ikkachi: Man, today was a rough one! Boss was possessed by a ghost!

(Y/N): Wait, what?

Pecorine: A ghost?

Charlie: Don't worry about him, though. Yuuki was able to exorcise it for us.

Pecorine: Yuuki did that?

(Y/N): What happened exactly?

Charlie: You see... the boss was possessed by a little girl who is a ghost and she seemed to be a spoiled one and would force the boss to make pudding because it was her favorite, if he didn't do it, he would be possessed and turned into pudding!

(Y/N): Excuse me?!

Ikkachi: Yeah, but the crisis was averted! So, we're drinking to celebrate his recovery!

(Y/N): (So...this ghost girl who possesses people and forces them to make pudding. However, they will get turned into pudding if they didn't make the pudding tasty?! Jeez, that ghost girl that they mentioned reminds me of Majin Buu!)

Pecorine: By the way, where are Yuuki and Kokkoro now?

Charlie: Oh, some purple-haired woman with horns asked for a favor so she and that ghost girl led Yuuki and Kokkoro to their guild house known as Diabolos.

(Y/N) & Pecorine: I..see.

Suddenly, we hear the sound of a woman's war cry coming from the right until you see a woman in her 50s smacking Ikkachi's head using a frying pan.

Woman: What're you doing out here drinking during the day, you nincompoop?! I can't afford to let a fool like you eat for free!

Ikkachi: S-Sorry, Mama!

(Y/N): Eh?!

Pecorine: Mama?!

...

A few minutes later, all of you except the chef was dragged by Ikkachi's mother to her shop.

Ikkachi: Come on, come all.

Charlie: We got some good stuff.

Ikkachi had red bumps on his head and his right eye by his mother and the people around the shop were freaked out upon seeing it.

(Y/N): Oh dear...

Ikkachi's Mom: You two are Pecorine and (Y/N), then. My fool son has told me all about you. Sounds like you two come through for him quite a bit. Thank you.

(Y/N): Ahaha, it's not a problem, ma'am.

Pecorine: Mm!

Store Owner Man: Hey, you've got yourself a pretty little poster girl now! I've gotta hire a young'un like her at my place.

Ikkachi's Mother: Back off! If you've got time to sprout off here, why are you keeping your own customers waiting?!

Store Owner Man: Sure, sure. I'm not a match for you, Yasuko.

And just like that, the store owner left as Ikkachi's mother known as Yasuko continued to speak up.

Yasuko: By the way, (Y/N), I heard that you've been helping out a lot of people and fighting crime.

(Y/N): Yeah, and I've heard that I've my reputation has gone popular, which is my surprise, but I'm still a teenager.

Yasuko: It may be hard once you get through life is just by being a "Hero" if that's what you call it., and you're doing a great job, young man.

Yasuko then turns to Pecorine and speaks to her.

Yasuko: Pecorine, you've traveled to lots of places. Sounds like a fine way to spend your youth. I wish my fool son could be that resourceful.

Pecorine: Really...My parents taught me all I know. I've had all kinds of experiences, thanks to them.

Yasuko: Is that so? And you came home so grown-up and dependable. Your folks must be thrilled.

Pecorine: I do hope so...

(Y/N): I'm pretty sure they're really proud of you, Pecky.

You said with a smile on your face as Pecorine didn't seem to be smiling at your words. You could honestly feel something was wrong with her.

Suddenly, a bunch of customers started getting in line after seeing you and Pecorine.

Man 1: You got a new poster girl?!

Woman 1: Wait, is that Superboy Junior!?

Man 2: And he's working with the cute poster girl?!

Man 3: Oh, man!

Man 4: Oh my...

Woman 2: You're going slack-jawed. A monster radish-please!

Man 5: I'd like three island leeks.

Yasuko: Would you look at this? We sure got busy all of a sudden. If only it was always like this.

(Y/N): Alright, let's get to work, y'all!

Pecorine: Okay!

-Time Skip to Sunset-

Yasuko: Thanks for your help today. Maybe I really will hire you both as my poster people.

Pecorine: Ehehe~!

(Y/N): We can get to that sometime.

Ikkachi: Don't be unreasonable, Mama...

Yasuko: Shut your mouth! You need to take your work more seriously!

Ikkachi: I-I know, Mama!

Yasuko: Now then...

Yasuko then hands you the paper bag filled with ingredients inside.

Yasuko: Consider this my thanks for today. Go on, take it home.

Pecorine then takes the bag and a happy expression appears on her face.

Pecorine: Thank you so much! Alright, (Y/N). Time to fly us home!

(Y/N): You got it.

You then grabbed Pecorine's arm as she grabs onto your arm.

(Y/N): See you around, everyone!

And just like that, you started ascending into the air before flying off back to the guild house as you and Pecorine can hear the people waving goodbye at you two.

During mid-flight, you decided to speak up.

(Y/N): Hey Pecorine.

Pecorine: Hm?

(Y/N): Can we...talk for a minute?

Pecorine: Sure, what is it?

(Y/N): Let's just go down on the ground so we can talk on the way home.

You said as you descended down back to the ground.

Pecorine: So...what is it that you want to talk about?

Pecorine asked as you paused for a moment until you spoke up.

(Y/N): It's...about your name.

Pecorine: My...name?

Pecorine asked out of surprise.

(Y/N): Yeah. You didn't tell us your real name was when we first met you. Kokkoro only gave you the nickname "Miss Starving Peckish Pecorine" which we called you "Pecorine" as a nickname. I wondered what your real name was from the very beginning and none of us in the Gourmet Guild really asked what your name was until now. So...what is your real name?

You asked with a stern look on your face as Pecorine lowered her down in silence as if she doesn't want to speak.

(Y/N): Hey, whatever what's going on, you can tell me.

You said in a reassuring voice.

Pecorine: Alright...It's about time that I should tell the honest truth about myself...

(Y/N): Take your time if you want to spill it out.

Pecorine: Do you still remember that the big castle is where the princess Eustiana lived there, correct?

(Y/N): Yeah, I heard that a while ago. Plus, I asked one of the civilians what the princess looked like and they said that she has long-white hair, fox ears, and a white foxtail.

Pecorine: Well...that wasn't the princess.

(Y/N): Huh? What do you mean by that?

Pecorine then looks at you straight in the eyes and said...

Pecorine: The real princess Eustiana...is right in front of you.

You were shocked at what you had just heard.

(Y/N): Wait, YOU'RE the real princess!?

Eustiana: That's correct. My real name is Eustiana von Astraea. I'm the princess of Landosol. However, that fox woman, the one with everyone called "Her Majesty" at the big castle in Landosol is named Eustiana, too.

(Y/N): What? Everyone would've recognized you so easily!

Eustiana: That's what I thought, too. I'm someone...everyone has forgotten about. Including my parents. I got to experience all kinds of things while traveling around the continent of Astraea. But when I completed my journey and returned to Landosol...

Eustiana shortly explains in her perspective view of what had exactly happened and you were listening in closely.

(Y/N): So...to summarize everything...this fox woman manipulated everyone using her own power stole everything from you just for fame and made you an "imposter" to turn everyone's back on you, correct?

Eustiana: That's right. I managed to get away from the person who was using my name and set out on another journey...a journey without end. That's when I met you, Karyl, Yuuki, and Kokkoro. I was so happy. Life was wonderful. I met all of you, ate delicious meals with all of you...But I was always worried everyone would end up forgetting me again... the happier I felt, the more you'd distance yourselves from me.

(Y/N): ...

Eustiana: If I'd told you the truth, that I was really Eustiana...I thought...

Eustiana then falls to her knees as you begin to thought to yourself.

(Y/N): (Hmm...I see...the way you affectionately gave us hugs as if we were important to you. The bonds of our friendship wouldn't go away.)

Eustiana: Because I didn't tell the truth...Because I only looked out for myself...Because I'm the way I am because I'm so selfish...

(Y/N): Hey...

You then kneel down at Eustiana's level and placed your right hand on her left shoulder.

(Y/N): It's okay to be selfish sometimes, and it's not your fault for being on your own. I, too, know how it feels like to be all alone and forgotten, but we crave companionship in our life. We've made so many good and bad memories that we've all experienced, Pecorine. I'm sure everyone in the Gourmet Guild feels the same way as you do and it's like a home to you, and once we take down that fox woman someday, we'll bring you back to your rightful place, Eustiana.

Pecorine gasped in surprise at your words as she quietly sobs. You then gave her a warming embrace. Pecorine then returned the embrace as she rests on your left shoulder and cried her eyes out.

(Y/N): There, there.

You said as you gently stroked Pecorine's back to console her and this goes on for about a minute until Pecorine calmed down.

Pecorine: Thank you.

(Y/N): No problem. Honestly, I just can't call you Eustiana because that would be your noble name, so I'll just call you Pecorine instead because....you know.

Pecorine: Ehehe, I know.

As you were about to back off, Pecorine uses her right and cupped it on your left cheek, to which you took notice of this.

(Y/N): Hm? What's wrong?

You asked as you and Pecorine stared at each other eyes until Pecorine closes her eyes and leans in for a kiss.

You smiled at her boldness, but you put your hand on her mouth, stopping her from kissing you.

(Y/N): Ehehe, that was quite bold of you, but I'm not ready for a relationship yet.

Pecorine: O-Oh, ehehehe...

(Y/N): Come, let's go back to the guild house.

You said with your hand offered out to her as Pecorine wipes her tears before smiling and accepts your hand as the two of you continued walking back to the guild house.

-Mini Time Skip-

(Y/N): Ayo, we're home!

You said until you see something that is shocking to see in front of you and Karyl.

Karyl: No! Don't eat me!

Kokkoro: Welcome back, Miss Pecorine, (Y/N). There are several reasons for this.

(Y/N): So your asses got turned into pudding, huh?

You questioned as you see the purple-haired woman with horns named Shinobu while the other was a little girl with the sky-blue hair color named Miyako.

Shinobu: Pardon our intrusion.

MIyako: Who are you two? If you interfere with me eating my pudding, I'll turn you into pudding, too!

(Y/N): Calm down, Majin Buu.

Miyako: My name is not Majin Buu! I'm Miyako!

Pecorine: You turned them all into pudding?

(Y/N): Charlie, and Ikkachi already explained back a while ago. So you should've known that by now.

Miyako: I gave them all this time, and they still couldn't make delicious pudding for me!

Pecorine: Wait a minute! I'll make delicious pudding for you! Would you please turn them back to normal?

Miyako: I don't think so. I've waited long enough today.

Pecorine: You can look forward to it! I'll make a pudding that's better than any you've ever had!

Miyako: Y-You mean it?

Pecorine: Of course!

-Mini Time Skip-

A couple of minutes passed until Pecorine finally finished making the pudding as she placed the pudding on the table in front of Miyako.

(Y/N): Ooh, that looks pretty good!

Pecorine: The Gourmet Guild's special velvety pudding! I'll try it right now!

Miyako then scoops up the pudding with a delightful smile on her face.

Pecorine: The key to making this pudding so velvety is the temperature of the hot water bath.

Karyl: Th-The temperature makes that much of a difference?

Pecorine: Go on, eat up!

Miyako then eats the pudding until she had a satisfied look on her face as if she tasted the best pudding in her life.

Miyako: This is the best pudding ever! It's so velvety soft and rich...I'm so happy, I feel like my cheeks are melting off!

Suddenly, heavenly lights appeared from the ceiling as Kokkoro and Karyl turned back into their normal selves while Miyako was floating in the air as if she is now resting back in heaven.

Miyako: I finally...I finally found it...My pudding...

Shinobu: You've finally found your perfect pudding...Now you can pass on with no regrets.

Everyone in the room prayed until...

Pecorine: I'm so glad. I got to use the gifts Yasuko sent home with me right away!

Pecorine says as she pulls out two brown bugs from her back pocket to which Miyako sees them until she puked out and faints to the ground.

(Y/N): Get pranked, bro.

Shinobu: I apologize for all the fuss.

Karyl & Kokkoro: D-Don't worry about it.

Shinobu: Farewell.

Pecorine: Come visit us again sometime!

(Y/N): By the way, where's Yuuki?

Karyl: Oh no! In the middle of everything, I forgot all about him!

Pecorine: Yuuki!

Karyl: Yuuki!

Pecorine: He's not in the living room, either.

Karyl: Maybe he's out in the bathhouse?

Kokkokro: My lord!

Pecorine: Where is he?

(Y/N): Uh...guys?

Kokkoro: Huh? Did you found him?

(Y/N): No. But do you all remember he got turned into pudding, right?

Karyl: Yeah, then he should've turned back normal!

(Y/N): Exactly, but where would he go? I don't understand! Why would he-

That's when a realization hits you in the head.

(Y/N): Wait, that brat!

Pecorine: Huh?

(Y/N): Pecorine, you remember when you were busy making the kid's pudding, right?

Pecorine: Yeah, I did.

(Y/N): Then...then that could only mean one thing...!

Ghost Yuuki: I had just got eaten alive~!

You then start to burst out of the house and start screaming your lungs out from rage.

(Y/N): AHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Shinobu: Uh...what the heck was that...?

-At Targum Village-

Shiori: ....And then they lived happily ever afte-

(Y/N): AHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Hatsune: Shiori, who was that?!

Shiori: I don't know, but....it sounds like (Y/N)...screaming?

-At Ameth's Place-

Ameth: Okay, I think I should settle things for a bit until I-

(Y/N): AHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Ameth: Was that...(Y/N)? And how can I hear him screaming from here!?

-At Landosol Castle-

(Y/N): AHHHHHHH!!!!!!

???: So noisy...who on earth is screaming at this night?!

...

(Y/N): YOU BRAT!! GIVE YUUKI BACK!!
