Third p.o.v.

Max opens his eyes to reveal a still unconscious (Y/N).

While he felt weak he tried to move but found he couldn't, looking down he saw that he was tied up with fairly strong rope.

"Damnit.." Max said quietly to himself before getting slapped across the face by a male taller than him, then once again.

"Why do you keep hitting me, and why is it always cloudy on your side of the lake!?" Max yelled waking up a confused (Y/N).

"That's enough Petrol, don't want to over tenderize the new meat.." said an ominous male voice coming out of the shadows.

"Who the hell are you?" Asked Max cocking his head to the side.

Suddenly a red headed teen stepped out"Edward pikemen, Senior patrol leader of Wood scouts troop 818, and it looks like you two are our newest recruits." He answered, shooting (Y/N) a wink.

"God your face is gross.." Max said turning his head a small bit.

Edward looked hurt and stared at Max with an upset face. "What?.."

"Oh, sorry that just slipped out.."
"Dude..."
"Sorry, I know... That was mean."
"It really was..."
"It's just that... You were so close an-"

"Enough!" Demanded Edward. "Enrollment to our organization has reached an all time low, so we have no choice but to force a new recruit member into our program."

Max looked at Edward with a blank expression, "I mean.. have you considered enrollment low because you guys do things like kidnap other campers?"

Edward gave a small chuckle and turned to Max. "Oh,we don't kidnap campers, that'd be emoral."

"That guy literally stabbed me in the back!" Max yelled furiously.

"No, he rescued you after you ran away from Camp Campbell, Remember?" Edward said with a grin.

"And now we're going to make you a wood scout, out of you Max, I have plans for the other one, prepare the ropes course!"

"NO!!" Max yelled dramatically.

(Y/N) p.o.v.

I was frightened by the fact that I wasn't going to the ropes course with Max and don't something else sounds dangerous and sceptical..

I watched as they cut Max free and dragged him to the ropes course.

"Now, I have some things we can do as your friend goes through recruitment." He says picking up my chin and forcing me to look at him.

"What are you going to do with me!?" I demanded.

He scoffed and let go of my face. "If you cooperate with me it won't be as hard for you as it is me."

He took out a pocket knife and cut the ropes around me, once free I swung at him but he grabbed my wrist and held it hard in his hand.

I winced in pain as he made his grip harder. "I told you to cooperate with me."

He let go of my wrist and I looked at giant red mark around it, he took me by my shirt and dragged me towards where Max was.

"You'll watch nothing the less." I wanted to do something but at the same time I don't want to get my wrist crushed.

Max turned to me and winked as if he had a plan, I was confused about what he was thinking suddenly one of the wood scouts start yelling a count down.

"ON YOUR MARK, GET SET, GO!" Once go was said Max started to run towards the course but when he got near it he turned making Edward's eye widen with surprise.

Max ran towards me and picked me up bridal style when he got near me.

I blushed at the sudden action and looked at Max who was staring straight ahead towards the docks where the boats were.

"GET THEM!!" Yelled Edward as we got on the boat.

Max turned on the engine and started to drive the boat across the water.

The Wood scouts did the same and were right on our tail, I looked around for something and found an oar that was used for emergency purposes only and this was an emergency so I took it threw it at them.

It hit right on target and made them slow down for a few seconds.

We stopped the boat and jumped off and pushed it into the water once we hit Camp.

We ran towards the activity area and took a few deep breaths.

After we caught our breath I pulled Max into a bear hug and started to cry because of how shaky I was.

Max hugged back but only to push me off after three seconds.

"Well gee Max, I wonder how long it's been since you last hugged someone." David says suddenly making Max blush with embarrassment.

"Fuck off David!!" Max yelled and stormed off to his tent.

I gave a small giggle to his reaction and thought. "He's so cute when he's embarrassed.~"

After realizing what I said my face went to a shocking expression.

Did I just think what I thought I thought?

I couldn't believe it...

... I was in love with Max...
