Chapter 1: The End
It was a dark and stormy noon. School's nearly over and the 13 year old female student wants to go.
When the bell ringed, mostly everybody rushed in packing and leaving. As for this young girl, she took her time with her own pace.
She arrived home by bus. When she did, she began knocking at the door. However; there's no response. She knocked again, yet, no one came. She then tried calling too and still, there's no reply for her cries.
Coming up of a new method, she went to the shaded back door. Doing the same thing earlier led to the same results. Wondering why she can't be heard, she peeked on a window near by. What she saw somehow surprised her.
Inside she found her family smiling and laughing as they watch a movie with drinks and snacks. Her parents and 2 little brothers. Symbolizing a perfect family.
This broke a piece of her. Seeing the perfect family made her feel left out. But it doesn't matter now that she already knew that they don't need her anymore.
Dropping her bag by the door, she walked away. Not knowing it would be her last stay there.
In the heart of the city, there she was. Hood on, hands on her pockets and letting herself get wet under the strong rain. The teenager doesn't know where her legs are taking her. All she know is that it's a destination of fate.
Allowing the legs to walk, she uses her hands to check on her phone on the screen, there are no messages. Looks like no one does care.
Entering the elevator of Sky Height, the tallest building in town, she go up the roof. Luckily, there's no body. Walking towards the very edge, she stood there.
Will she really do it? Or will she still continue? Would she finally have a peaceful rest? Or would she finish the hard work? What would be her decision?
Sighing, she turned around. Taking a step forward, she suddenly slip... backwards.
Falling from there, she thought of all the good memories she had back then. Tears started to form on her eyes as those memories slowly faded one by one. Her smile turning into a frown. Her strength weakening. And her heart shattering.
This shall be the end of the young girl.
"My name is Nightlight K. Greyfire. I'm a 13 year old female freshmen student of Sky Junior High School. My parents are Jordan M. Greyfire and Shelly K. Greyfire. My 9 year old little brother is Sky Andrew K. Greyfire and my 4 year old other little brother is AJ K. Greyfire. I've been a loner for 7 years since Kindergarten till 6th grade. I tried having friends again once I started Junior High but the same thing happened when I was in nursery. Therefore, I continued being a loner. My family is all I have but, you know about that already. Yet, I'm to blame. After all, I'm the one who made ways on making them hate me. So I guess today's the day."
Then, the whole screen has flashed into a black one.
