Prologue

Sherlock Holmes was the type of man that looked to be sculpted by the type of angel who did not believe in a God from any book or other world.

Sherlock Holmes was the type of man to take a calculated risk and, if failed, did not believe in reality at the stumbling moment of the situation, because Sherlock Holmes never miscalculated and Sherlock Holmes never failed.

Sherlock Holmes was the type of man that, if you touched his face, you'd cut yourself.

And John Watson was everything but that.

He was a miscalculation, he was rough around the face, and he was far from perfection under the microscopic levels of scanning the circumstantial evidence on studying immaculacy in its highest order.

Sherlock Holmes pretended to dislike labels. John Watson avoided them.

Sherlock Holmes pretended to dislike labels because they knew they were crafted by society, and Sherlock Holmes was a disgusting, cynical man.

But deep down, he loved to fit in. A self diagnosed sociopath fit him perfectly, the label; Not only offending the truly mentally ill as well as those around him, but manipulating them into believing he was something different, something special, because the world was a game people played to get to the top, and the higher you were, the more unique you got and boy did Sherlock Holmes love being indirectly under the spotlight.

John Watson was not like this. He was a quiet, stern, stubborn man. He didnt like being above average or more than something normal. He was, however, fascinated with the concepts of extraodinary beings, and that is why he seemed to be captivated by Sherlock Holmes. That is why John Watson seemed to have fallen in love with being that looked to be sculpted by the type of angel who did not believe in a God from any book or other world.

That is why John Watson avoided labels. He feared them, just as much as he feared himself for feeling things, just as much as Sherlock Holmes feared feeling things, which is why these two were matching puzzle pieces for two different puzzles that were made from two different companies drawing you two different, opposing things.

But John Watson and Sherlock Holmes did not oppose one another. They amused one another.

Aroused one another.

And they were terrified of one another.
