John's p.o.v

Four days till Christmas.
"C'mon John! We have to get good seats!" Sherlock pulled me towards the train. We meet up with Jim and Sebastian in the cabin at the very back of the train. The girls and Tom are right across from us. After the train starts moving Jim and Sebastian start snogging. Sherlock looks at me with pleading eyes. He wants a kiss. I sigh before pressing my lips against his cheek briefly. He pouts and faces forwards crossing his arms. I smile to myself. He's so cute. I climb into his lap before connecting his lips with mine I pry his mouth open, not even bothering to let him open it himself. I know he loves it when I'm assertive. I run my tongue across his teeth before finding his tongue. Our tongues danced passionately as my fingers entangled in Sherlock's dark curls. I gently tug at his hair, knowing it drives him crazy. He rested his hands on my thighs knowing that really puts me over the edge. I pull him even closer. We pull away for a second to catch our breath before continuing to kiss. We make out for most of the ride. Jim and Sebastian had fallen asleep early into the trip. I myself was about to fall asleep at any second. The only thing keeping me awake was Sherlock's soft voice whispering sweet nothings in my ear. Finally I laid my head in Sherlock's lap and quickly fell into unconsciousness.

Sherlock's p.o.v

"John. John! Wake up."
"Five more minutes John mumbled still half asleep.
"Not five more minutes we're at the train station." He slowly opened his eyes.
"We're home?"
"Yeah. It's a five minute walk back to your house. I figured we could stop next door at my place so I can say hi to my parents." We stood up and got off the train. We started walking through the cold to my house.
"Sherlock?"
"Mm?"
"Do you want to tell your parents about us?" I thought for a minute.
"Yes." We finally arrived at my house.
"I'm home!" I call walking through the door. My arm is slung over John's shoulders.
"Sherlock! Come here, I'm in the kitchen!" Mum called. I walk in my arm still around John. Mum has her back to me standing over the stove.
"Hey mum." She turns to us seeming a bit surprised that I had my arm around John. John's face turned bright red. Mum raised an eyebrow at me. I nod. I smile spreads across her face.
"Hello John."
"Hello Mrs.Holmes."
"Is Mycroft home mum?" I wanted to show my brother that he's not the only one that can get a boyfriend.
"He and Greg went out. He should be home later." Yeah right. He's probably sleeping over Lestrade's tonight. Those two are super close. They went to school together. Even though Mycroft was a Slytherin and Graham was a Gryffindor they're still together.
"You two should probably go see John's family." John nodded pulling me out the door.
"What was that all about? You've talked to my mom thousands of times." I asked when we got outside. John sighed before looking into my eyes.
"It's kinda like those chick flicks. The girl goes out with her boyfriend and when she comes back her father's waiting on the porch with a shotgun. I want your parents to like me." I looked at him.
"Are you calling me a girl?" John laughed wrapping his arms around my neck.
"No. I just meant I want to be accepted as part of your family." I wrapped my arms around his waist, pulling him closer.
"You'll always be part of my family." I reached down to give him a long slow kiss.
"OMG! JOHNLOCK IS CANNON! I HAVE TO TELL MOM!" John quickly pulled away to look at his older sister who was standing in the doorway.
"HARRIET WATSON!" John ran after her dragging me behind him. He chased her into the kitchen where John's mother was making some coffee. She turned to look at us when we came running in.
"Mom..." Harriet started in a singsong voice.
"HARRIET DON'T YOU DARE!"
"JOHN KISSED SHERLOCK!"
"WHAT?" Mrs.Watson seemed shocked.
"THAT'S BECAUSE HE'S MY BOYFRIEND YOU BLODDY IDIOT!" John screamed before covering his mouth. Harry and Mrs.Watson stared at him in silence. Finally John's mum pulled him into a bear hug.
"Finally! My little baby's in love." After hugging John Mrs.Watson gave me a squeeze.
"How long?" Harry asked.
"Two months." John and I spoke at once. We all started giggling. When we finally got serious again Harry and Mrs.Watson just looked at us.
"What?" John asked.
"Will you kiss for us?" Harry asked fearlessly.
"HARRIET WATSON!" Their mother's face went red.
"Please." Harry begged. John started to protest but I quickly cut him off by pulling him in for a long slow kiss. When we finally had to breathe, John was the one to break the kiss. Stupid oxygen. I stayed at John's home for most of the day. We chatted with his sister and mother about Hogwarts. Later John's father came home. We told him that we were dating and he congratulated us, after threatening that if I broke John's heart that he'd make my life miserable. We decided to have a sleepover at my house because Christmas Eve wasn't till tomorrow. John was in his room packing when his mother came up to me.
"Tomorrow we're having a little family gathering, and I'd appreciate if you came. You can invite your family as well if you'd like. I already think of you as family and I'm truly glad that John found someone he loves." There was sincerity in her eyes. She truly thinks that John deserves me. In all honesty he deserves much better than me but I'm grateful that he loves me like I love him.
"Thank you. I'll be here and I'll ask my parents and brother if they'd like to come as well." She gave me a big hug before John came downstairs and we set off to my house.
"What's got you all excited?" John asked as we walked through the door.
"Your mum invited me to your family party tomorrow." John smiled, obviously relived that his mother accepted me as family. When we got into the living room Mycroft was sitting there all alone reading a book. He looked up as we walked in.
"Mum and dad went out to dinner." He answered my unspoken question.
"Where's Lestrade?" I've barely seen them apart since they started dating.
"He'll be here any moment." Is sat down on the couch with John next to me. I quickly shifted him so he was in my lap. Mycroft eyed us suspiciously.
"You two are a thing now?"
"Yes. Problem?"
"Not at all." John smiled at me. We cuddled while we waited for Lastrade. I was just happy to have my baby in my arms.
