Chapter 9: A Commotion

(A/N: This chapter is going to be shorter than normal but before anyone complains, their is a reason... you will see why)

Josie's Pov

(Recap) (5th Period) Damn I don't know what to do." I said slamming my head against the desk. "How about-" Tyler started but was interrupted. "Hey can I work with you, Tyler?" We turned to see Alex.

"Alex... What do you want?" I asked gritting my teeth. "I just want to be Tyler's partner." He said acting innocent. "No... He is my partner and I am not going to allow you to corrupt anyone else." I snapped at him. "What? Corrupt? No... I would never." He said, sarcasm evident in his voice.

A smirk started to form on his face as I started fuming. "Alex... Walk away... Or I will hurt you." I said, Tyler's eyes widening knowing I wasn't joking. "Oh I'm not afraid of you... After all I got Deaunte-"

Deaunte's pov

I was walking around the halls Lucius walking with me. We were both bored so we deiced to walk around and just, talk. "So is Shelby's class room around here?" I asked him as he looked at his phone. "Umm... Yeah it's room 843 so... It's a couple doors ahead." He said as me turned a corner. "What the?" He froze and looked ahead off us.

I looked in the direction he was looking and froze. There was a mob of people standing around Room 813 (This is the point were some people will go back to the chapters before and check the schedules.) We looked at each other and started running over to see what all the commotion was.

"What's going on?" Lucius asked a boy with short brown hair and bright hazel eyes. He looked at me and then back to Lucius. "He should see for himself." The boy muttered, getting out of the way so we could enter the classroom.... We froze...

The room was a mess... There was students o the outskirts of the room trying to not get in the way of what was happening. There was paper, pencils, supplies in general all over the floor. I finally looked in the middle of the classroom to see. 'What the!'

Josie and Alex fighting.

The were punching each other and kicking each other. Josie was throwing insults at him and he was making fun of her. The teacher was panicking, asking students for help to stop them but everyone was scared or just wanted to see what would happen next.

"You asshole! I don't care what you want to do but I care about him and I will not let you hurt him!" Josie shouted jumping on him. "I am not hurting anyone! Your the one hurting him!" He shouted back, kicking her off of him. "Stop it!" I turned to see Tyler with a cut on his face. "Not gonna happen! This bastard deserves it!" Josie shouted punching Alex in the gut. "Yeah! This isn't going to stop in till one of us drops!" He replied punching Josie in the face.

"And that will be you!" He shouted again at Josie, kicking her stomach, causing her to fall down on to her butt. "Bastard!" She shouted kicking at his ankles causing him to fall over. "Bitch!" He returned as she jumped on to his back causing him to let out scream of pain. "What do we do?" I asked looking at Lucius, his eyes were wide in fear, he was scared. "Lucius! Snap out of it!" I shouted catching his attention.

"I don't know how to stop them." He said starting to shake. "I have an idea!" Someone said over hearing are conversation. A football player, he was wearing his jersey... He had short blond hair and ocean blue eyes. "How about we knocker her over with a desk?" He asked and I looked up at him, like he was insane. "That will not work!" I shouted worried that, it could hurt one of them.

"What's going on?" We turned to see a teacher from a neighboring class, the Spanish teacher. "Two students are fighting!" A feminine voice shouted. "Why isn't anyone stopping them!" The teacher shouted angry. "They aren't stopping! They are going for the kill!" The same boy from earlier shouted. "Get out of the way!" The teacher shouted walking in.

At the moment Alex was punching Josie in the face repeatedly. The teacher looked at the football player and he nodded. The teacher grabbed Alex as the football player grabbed Josie. "Let me go so I can bet her up some more!" Alex shouted stepping on the teachers foot and kicking him but he didn't budge. "How started the fight?" The teacher asked the students.

"Alex started to talk som shit and Josie warned him if he didn't stop that she would hit him. He continued and Josie punched him and then they started to beat each other up." A girl with long black hair and almost pure black eyes said. "Okay." The teacher said dragging the struggling Alex out of the room. "You okay!?" Tyler shouted running over to the bleeding Josie in the football players arms. "Yeah I'm fine." She said before coughing up some blood. "I'm going to call an ambulance!" The teacher shouted running over to the classroom phone.

"Josie!" I shouted running over to her. She looked happy to see me but her face slowly turned to fear. "Why were you beating up Alex?" I asked a little pissed off. "He deserves it... I bet I am more broke then he is." Josie said laughing bitterly afterwards. "I don't care! Why?!" I asked my voice raising.

"Deaunte! Listen to me and not to your heart! It was for a good reason! I can't tell you why..." She said standing up straightly and than made eye contact with me. "But... Just trust me..." She muttered "No!"

Short chapter but the next chapter will be intense.... Hehehehe. This chapter consisted of 998 words... One word away from 999 it would of been better if it was 666.   XD   Like I said at the beginning Next chapter will be intense and longer! Aiming for more than 2000 words! I was going to update my new book= The Next Alpha     (Me: You should check it out!    Sister: Sellout!    Me: Shut up!)    but I wanted to update this book because I finished in less than 3 hours...
