"Hello, everybody. Are you ready to see the splendid magic tricks of Magical Michael?" He exclaimed.

All the children applauded.

"Fine. So let's start from my favourite trick." He said.

I wondered what he was going to do.

"He's going to vanish into thin air." I whispered to Luke.

"No, he's going to fly" Luke shared his opinion.

We waited impatiently for his first trick.

The magician turned to the table and picked a white flower. He was holding a cloth in his other hand.

" You can see that this flower is white. Now I will set this cloth over the flower......." He paused to settle it on the flower.

"And now I will pull this cloth from the flower." He pulled it rapidly. Beneath it was a yellow flower.

"You see, the flower changed its colour."

"This is so vapid." I whispered to Luke.

"I thought he was going to do something unbelievable" Luke whispered.

"We wasted our money to watch this boring show." I said.

"Wait a moment, Andrew. Maybe his next trick would be wonderful." He said.

But his next trick was also childish. He showed an empty box and then muttered some magic words and pulled out a portrait from it.

That guy is a fraud, I thought, he tricked us into paying money for this boring show. This show was said to be marvellous and it turned out to be so dull. I couldn't control my anger. And then, I made the biggest mistake of my life.
