Ruby Pov. 

My team and I were in the cafeteria eating. I was thinking about (Y/n), something about him seems so attracting to me. For a kid, he's really good at fighting probably good as me. And he's really charming at times. Sometimes, I just want to hug him and cuddle with him because he's just so cute!

I felt my face heating up a bit, thinking about (Y/n). Yang notices my red face and bumps her elbow against mine to get my intention. "Huh?... Oh Yang, what do you need?" I asked tracing out my thoughts. She then giggles, "Your face, it's red. That means you have a crush~" She teased while leaning against me. My face was now red as my skirt, I tried to hide my red face by using my hands. "Stop Yang!" I shouted at her embarrassed.  She just giggles and stops, "Come on sis, you can tell me," She told me. "I-I rather not," I stutter. She just shrugs and wants back eating her food.  

I sighed and looked at Blake and Weiss. Weiss was just eating peacefully, while Blake was reading her book 'Ninjas Of Love'. I also notice that her face was also red, but was better at hiding it. I wonder what she was thinking about? 

Actually... what is (Y/n) and hid friends were doing?

Your Pov. 

I woke up early in the morning, so I can change in time before... you know, someone sees me with Eight and I naked. I also woke her up so she can change.  As we changed, she asked that we keep our relationship a secret for now, since she's shy of showing her affection with me. I never say no to an Innocent Octoling like her. I promise her that I won't tell anyone about it, she thanked me and hugs me. I giggled and gave her a light kiss on her forehead. 

Anyways, I was in the clinic with the agents waiting for the Octolings to wake up. Pretty much all of them were mind-controlled back at the docs, but we manage to break their hypnotize glasses taking out of Octavio controlled. 

I remember back when May told me back during where the squid sisters were together, she hated the Octoling race. She will always splatt them when she had a chance. But after meeting Eight, she couldn't splatt another Octoling. It's pretty heartwarming... 

Anyways, getting off-topic here. Gramps was talking with Ozpin about the Octarians and Octolings. May, Jess, and Bridgett were talking to each other about girl stuff. The Squid Sisters and Off the Hook where talking... damn I feel I hate being the only boy in the Squid Platoon. I was just watching the Octolings.

"*groan*... What happen?" I heard someone said confused. I looked and see a Female Octoling waking up from her slumber. I looked back and see that the others didn't notice this, so I guess I handle this. I walked up to her, "Good morning," I greeted her with my iconic smile. She turns to see me, I got a better look at her. 

To be honest, she looks adorable like Bridgett. She looks at me confused, "A-are you an Inkling?" She asked nervously. "Yes, I am," I told her while taking a seat beside her bed. I can that she's a little nervous and scared, so I'm going to take it slow. 

"So... what's your name?" I asked her. "I-I... don't know..." She told me. "Oh... then... what name would you like me to call you?" 

She thought for a moment. "Can you think of one?" She asked me. "Well, how about... Crystal," I told her. "Crystal?" She said confused. 

"Yeah, Crystal, Because your eyes sparkle like a crystal," I told her. Newly found name Crystal then blushes of what I said, "T-t-thanks..." she stuttered smiling shyly at me. "No problem," smiling back at her. 

"Who's your new friend?" I heard May asked. Crystal and I turn to May and see her with Bridgett and Jess behind her. "Oh, hey girls. This Octoling name is Crystal," I told them. 

"Crystal nice name," Jess complimented her. "T-thanks, it was him that gave me my name," Crystal pointed to me. "Yeah, I gave her that name," I said smiling proudly. 

We then heard May mumble something. We all looked at her and see her arms cross, looking away looking jealous. "Um... May something wrong?" I asked her. May looks at us and notices that we're staring at her. "O-oh... it's nothing..." She panicked said trying to look calm as possible. 

We all looked at her with silence, we don't see her like this, all flustered. "Just... keep talking..." She slowly said embarrassingly. 

"Well, Crystal do you remember anything about your past?" Jess asked Crystal. "Only a little... I remember where was I born and what I did as an Octoarian Trooper," She told her. 

"Don't worry, Eight lost some of her memories, she can help you with that," I told placing my hand over her shoulder. This made the other girls a little jealous eccept for Eight who was just being happy.

Ruby Pov. 

After our classes, I decided to visit the clinic we're I heard (Y/n)'s and his friends are at. Yang went out with her friends to a bar. Blake was in the library reading her book. And Weiss, well she wanted to come with me to see them. 

"So why did you want to come?" I asked Weiss while we walking in the hallways. "Well, I want to learn more about the Inklings and Octolings," She told me. I was a little confused, "What do you want to learn about them?" 

"I want to know where did they come from and how they know to fight so well for being children," She said while looking down with her index finger and thum is holding her chin. I thought of what she said, she was right, we don't know about where did they come from and how they know how to fight so well. 

"I guess your right Weiss, we don't know them well," I agreed with her. She looks at me and smiles a little of what I said. 

After a few minutes after our conversation, we made it in front of the clinic. I opened the door and saw many kids wandering around the place looking confused and curious. Weiss and I just watch what's happening, as the kids turn to look at us. It was an awkward silence, while we just stared at them. These children had hair similar to Bridgett's hair, so I'm guessing their Octolings. Some are boys with simple started of hair on their heads, while girls had lots more hair some with seaweed in their hair, which was weird.  

Some titles their heads like they never saw a human being. Some of them are talking in their language, while some walked up to us. I gave a little wave to them while giving a shy slime. They slowly waved back to me. 

"Uh... what should we do?" I whispered to Weiss. They slowly surround us, curiously looking at our clothing. Some tried to touch our weapons but we lift them up a bit where they can't touch them. 

"Hey! What's up, Weiss and Ruby!" (Y/n) shouted at us. We both look back up and see (Y/n). "Hey (Y/n)!" I waved at him. He then walked up to the Octolings and talk in the unknown language, and the Octolings started to leave us alone. 

"Thanks, they were really getting on my nerves," Weiss said little annoyed. I then bump her elbow making her ouch in pain. "What?" She asked me confused. (Y/n) just laughs, "It's okay, they're just curious about where they are," He told us. "And why is that?" Weiss asked him. 

"Well, they have been mind-controlled when they were old enough to join the Octarian army and mostly forget about their past and what they have done over the years," He explained. We both looked at him confused.

 "Mind Control?" 

"Octarian army?" 

"What's that?" We both said at the same time. 

"I can't tell you right now, I need to take care of the Octolings. They're like children," He said. "But, you're a child?" Weiss asked him. He then looks at her confused, "What do you mean? I'm 16 years old, so I'm a teen," He told us. We both looked at him surprised. 

"Y-your... your 16?" She asked surprised. 

 "Yeah, I am, why?" He asked us crossing his arms. 

"WHAT!!!!!!!!!"

Gun: *Pets my head* She's cute when she sleeps. 

Me: *Talks in sleep* N-no... I don't want to go... to School...

Gun: *Rubs my Inkling Hair* It's okay, you don't have too. 

Scott: *hiding in the curtains of the window trying to take a picture of me and gun*  

Gun: *Turns to Scott* What are you doing?

Scott: *Hides is phone* Nothing!

Gun: Are you sure? Why were you hiding in the curtains?

Scott: I was just doing my thing...

Gun: *shrugs* Okay 

Scott: *Take a quick picture before leaving to his bedroom* 

Gun: I saw that!!!

Me: *wakes up* Huh? W-what happen? 

Gun: It's nothing, go back to sleep

Me: *yawns* Okay... *slowly falls back to sleep* 

Gun: Hehe...
