This is the last cover for @dolfijntje15 covercontest.

It was an interesting assignment, because I had to chose a genre that wasn't my favourite. Since almost all the genres have something interesting I said: I like everything except History. 

Well, that meant that I had to make a cover in the genre History, but thank God, dolfijntje15 had mercy. She gave me some extra genres to choose from and so I did. 

I chose science fiction, since I had an idea for a book for it. And I had an idea what I wanted to make it.

This is what I made.

Ill explain later why I did this, first I'll explain how I did this.

I wanted a girl with two differnt colored eyes, but I couldn't find anything fitting, so I made it myself. I chose this girl to be the lucky one.

And colored not only her right eye, but her left eye as well. I wanted it to look beautiful, but alienlike as well. She isn't human.

Since she isn't human I wanted her to be on earth, so I added the earth with her.

Last but not least I wanted to have that extra sci-fi look and added an lensflare. It took me a while to find one that fit, and didn't look completely out of place.

I layered this flare over the letters and tried to let it seem like it always was there.

The story behind the cover:

This is a story about a girl Lgiedhwbla, but we call her Leila, just because we can pronounce that. She is 18472 years old, but she is seventeen in earth years.

She is an ordinary girl just like you and me. She has a mouth, a nose, two ears, ten fingers, and ten toes. She has two eyes, except one is green and the other one is blue.

Her planet was destroyed, and her parent could safe her and just a few others. Now they live on the earth and they have to do everything just to blend in. It is not that easy when your eyes are that notable.
