Arcee decided to stay in Knock Out's hospital room that night not wanting to leave him unprotected in case Poison Fang decided to go after him again.

While Starscream and Blackarachnia decided to stay in the waiting room after Knock Out's close call no one wanted to leave him or be alone themselves so they were all staying at the hospital and everyone was currently in recharge.

Suddenly Knock Out woke up to a bot wearing a cloak strapping him to the berth with the built-in restraints that all the hospital berths had to restrain combative patients to prevent them from hurting themselves or others.

"Hey who are you and why are you strapping me down?" Knock Out asked feeling panicked.

"So you can't fight back." Said Poison Fang as he tossed the cloak off.

"Get away from him!" Demanded Arcee who had just woken up when she heard the exchange between the two mechs.

"No can do now you get to watch him die!" Poison Fang hissed as he was getting ready to use his acid to torture Knock Out again planning to force Arcee to watch him offline the red spots car.

But Knock Out managed to burn him with one of his finger torches when the spider had gotten too close to him and this distracted Poison Fang so Arcee was able to jump him from behind.

And now the two of them were struggling but Poison Fang was bigger and stronger then Arcee and was quickly gaining the upper hand much to Knock Out's horror.

"Come on, come on!" Knock Out groaned as he was trying desperately to use his torches to burn through the restraints wanting to help Arcee but couldn't free himself fast enough.

And Poison Fang bit Arcee on the shoulder then tossed her into the wall where she hit hard and fell to the floor, Then the spider stood over the downed femme and was about to finish her.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!!" Screamed Knock Out who had now managed to free himself as he attacked Poison Fang in a state of pure rage.

And the red medic actually managed to strike Poison Fang in the shoulder with his saw and caused a good amount of energon to bleed out.

But the spider quickly used his webs to pull down a heavy shelf next to where Arcee was laying causing Knock Out to throw himself over the two wheeler using his own body as a shield to protect her from the impact and this proved to be the perfect distraction for Poison Fang to escape.

Starscream, Blackarachnia and Ratchet who were all in the hallway heard the commotion and saw Poison Fang run out of the room and take off down the hallway and Starscream took off after the spider not wanting to let him escape.

While Ratchet rushed into Knock Out's room to make sure that him and Arcee were ok.

And found Knock Out positioned over Arcee with a heavy shelf against his back and currently his body was the only thing stopping it from falling on Arcee as Knock Out was using his arms and legs to hold up the self and his body to protect her from being crushed.

"Get..her out from under me I don't know how much longer I can hold it!" Knock Out grunted in pain and Ratchet could tell the wait of the shelf on his back was hurting him, especially since Knock Out hadn't had a chance to finish healing yet.

Ratchet quickly got Arcee out from under the Aston Martin and Optimus Prime who had just gotten there and saw what was going on gently lifted the shelf off Knock Out and saw the red medic now had a cut on his back from where the shelf hit him.

But Knock Out was more worried about Arcee and immediately grabbed the medkit that was there and started treating her injuries after giving her some of the antidote.

"Knock Out you need to rest your injured and still healing." Ratchet told him.

"You patch me up while I patch her." The red medic replied and Ratchet started working on Knock Out as the red spots car worked on Arcee.

Meanwhile Starscream had chased Poison Fang to the hospital's basement but lost sight of him, But didn't want to let him escape just wanting to end this so the spider mech wouldn't hurt anyone else.

The seeker started walking around the basement looking for Poison Fang wanting to bring him to justice after all the pain he had caused him and his brother.

While Poison Fang used his webs to bandage the wound Knock Out had given him with his saw, Starscream continued to look for the spider with his claws and missiles ready for a fight.

But the seeker didn't expect Poison Fang to jump him from behind.

Before the seeker knew what happened Poison Fang had tackled him and the two of them were locked in a struggle.

Starscream managed to slash Poison Fang on the shoulder where Knock Out's saw had gotten him a few minutes earlier but this only made the spider bot mad.

And he grabbed Starscream by the midsection and twisted the seeker until they heard a loud snap and Starscream cried out in pain having felt something inside him break, Right before the spider slammed him hard onto his back.

Starscream was now dazed but still tried to get up only to realize to his horror that he couldn't move and his entire body felt numb, He could only lay there as Poison Fang prepared to finish him and the seeker could see the spider getting ready to deliver the killing blow.

But suddenly webs shot Poison Fang in the face and he started trying to rip them off.

"Don't touch him!" Hissed Blackarachnia who rushed to Starscream's side just as Poison Fang pulled the webs off his face.

Blackarachnia stood ready to defend the seeker, while poor Starscream who couldn't move or speak was terrified but not for himself he was afraid of what Poison Fang might do to the spider femme and silently pleading for her to run not wanting the other spider to harm her.

When all of a sudden the three of them heard pedsteps and Megatron emerged from the stair case.

"Leave them alone!" Megatron bellowed as he raised his fusion cannon. "Or I'll shoot."

"Except I remember I blinded you, So you don't know where to aim!" Poison Fang mocked the former gladiator as he spread out his arms exposing his chest plates.

Only for Megatron to suddenly smirk and shoot Poison Fang right in the spark chamber killing him instantly.

"Wow when did you get your sight back?" Blackarachnia asked the old warlord realizing that he could see again.

"Right this minute." He replied. "It was nice of him to flex his spark chamber for me and make it an easy target."

Then they noticed Starscream was in really bad shape so called the paramedics down to the basement and they wasted no time rushing him to the ER as Megatron and Blackarachnia went with them as far as the waiting room and the seeker thanked Megatron with his optics before going unconscious grateful to him for saving him and Blackarachnia and stopping Poison Fang once and for all.

Megatron and Blackarachnia stayed in the waiting room and we're later joined by Arcee and Knock Out who were both still recovering and had to be helped to the waiting room but both wanted to be there worried about Starscream and wanting to know if he was ok.

Then Ratchet who had gone back to help work on Starscream came out, And everyone listened to what he had to say.

"His spine was broken we think we've fixed the damage but we don't know if he will be paralyzed or in a coma for the rest of his life or not." Ratchet explained sadly.

And everyone agreed to stay there until morning to be there for Starscream hoping their friend would be ok.
