A few days had gone by and Jessica got used to wacking up to a cold bed and being alone for most of the day. Leo and Jessica sat at on the couch when he suddenly said, "What do you think about going back to where you used to live and you can see your kids again? I have the weekend no work to do and we could go."

Jessica suddenly tensed. Did she really want to do this? A few months back the answer would have been without a single doubt yes but things had changed and so had Jessica. The last meeting with her kids didn't go too well and she told herself she would never forgive them for what they had said about Leo and her.

But they were her kids right? She couldn't ignore them for the rest of their life. Even her best friend Sarah did say bad things about Leo and she didn't want to hear those things. If they had come back even just for two days everything would have been messed up.

Sarah and her kids would talk bad about them again and try to get her to stay but she didn't want to stay. She wanted to never leave this place with Leo. He was all she needed and all she had. "No," she said coldly and stood up to walk away. Leo looked at her confused. He thought she would say yes for sure so he was surprised as he got no as an answer.

He walked after her and said, "Jessica why not? If I had asked this question a few weeks ago you would have said yes within a heartbeat!" She kept walking and ignored him and his question. He grabbed her arm and made her turn around. "Jessica... talk to me," he said and looked her directly into the eyes.

"I don't want to see them okay! They talked bad about you and me and Walker hit you! I will never forgive him for doing this... he broke my heart this day. I am afraid that if we went back they would react the same way..." she said and tears made their way down her face.

"Baby please don't cry! I hate it when you cry! I totally understand you but they are a part of you. They need you. They are your children and I don't want you to lose contact with them because of me. I don't want to be the reason you don't see them anymore. Now we live after my rules. Nobody tells us what to do or what to not do and I want you to have a realationship with them. They need you as much as I need you. They were just worried to death and I feel so bad because I am the reason they were. I should have never taken you with me in the first place. I feel so bad for all the bad things I did to you and for everything that I can't change. Maybe it would have been better if you had never met me," he said and she cupped his cheek with her hand.

"Don't you dare say that again! I love you and I am so glad that you took me with you. Even though some of the things you did weren't right you didn't do them because you wanted to... you did them because you were forced to them. You had no other choice! You are not the monster my children think you are and I don't want you to feel bad for anything you did because the past is the past and you can't change that but the future lies ahead of us and we can decide what to with it... Don't sadden your future with such bad thoughts. You gave me a baby, a loving husband and a home I belong to. I would never want to change a thing on our situation... I love you and I will never regret loving you nor stop loving you for the best man I could ever ask for..." she said and kissed his lips.

"...But. I am not ready to see them yet. Let's just stay home for a few more weeks. I promise you we'll go and see them before our little one is born but I am not ready..." she said and he stroked her cheek softly.

"I understand you sweetheart. I don't want to force you into doing this. If you need time... I'll give you all the time you need. And besides that... I like the thought of spending the weekend with my lovely wife."

She laughed before she leaned in for a long and passionate kiss. "What were you thinking about exactly?" Her hands wandered up and down his arms and her eyes shot him a seductive look. "I think you know exactly what I mean..." he said and began kissing her neck. She leaned her head to the side instinctively, giving him more access to her neck. She moaned softly with her eyes closed.

Suddenly his lips left her skin and he said sarcastically, "I thought about going to disney world... What do you think?" She hit his chest playfully. "You are an ass, you know that?" she said and walked back into the living room.

He followed her and let his tired body fall into the couch next to her. "I have been told that many times, mostly by you, but yeah... I know that," he said and kisses her lips and pulled her close. "Is there anything you want to do instead? Maybe go and see Sarah or anybody else?"

"I don't know... I haven't talked to Ryan in like ages. I think he already forgot who I am so busy this man is..." she said sadly. Ryan always meant much to her and it saddened her that she didn't talk to him for months now.

"Darling don't say that! I bet he still thinks of you from time to time, wondering what that annoying actress is doing right now," he said, teasing her. He knew it was risky but she loved how he tried to make her laugh even though he knew he could get slapped for it instead.

"First... I am not annoying!" she said and hit his shoulder "and second... we fought before I disappeared. He probably still is angry at me. He doesn't want to see me. I think it's not a good idea to go and pay him a visit..."

"Well then we are going to visit the too busy man and make him forgive you," Leo said and Jessica looked at him surprised. "What of 'I think it's not a good idea to go and pay him a visit ' was so difficult to understand?"

"I understood everything but sometimes you need to give you a little push and like you said... you can't change the past but you gotta make the best out of the future..."

"Well that weren't my exact words but I got your point," she said and made him laugh. "So we are going to see Ryan..." Jessica wasn't sure how to feel about it. Would he be angry? Would he be sad? Would he be happy to see her? Would he send her away? So many questions over questions but she was sure that with Leo by her side everything would be alright.
