Nathaniel's P.O.V: 

"I-Is our relationship t-together r-really th-that d-disgusting...?" 

What? Where does Marc suddenly get these words from? Who actually is feeding him these negative feelings? Like seriously! We literally just became a couple! I place my hands onto his shoulders gently. Marc's gentle eyes staring up into mine as I shake my head to him. His Kwami shifting around under his hoodie as I listen to Marc's nose sniffle up. 

"O-Of course not! Please I'm sure! Don't... listen to Chloe. She's just jealous." I assure my boyfriend in front of me as Marc nods slowly. Though of course his face not showing any signs of feeling any better. 

Come on Nathaniel, think of ways to make your partner here feel any better. I mean, this is after all what everyone in a relationship needs to do for each other. Oh! Maybe I can take Marc to the Louvre! It should also be beneficial for our next upcoming comic anyways too. 

"W-Wanna go to the Louvre Marc? So you can refresh y-your mind!" 

"S-Sure... I-I need my m-mind off C-Chloe anyways." 

Okay, that sorta worked. I gently take Marc's hand in mine as I quickly pull him downstairs into the underground subway. Almost instantly a train passing by the station as a gush of wind passes by. Whipping up my red strands up into the air. 

"Come on Marc! You need a break from that Chloe!" 

Marc's P.O.V: 

"Ooo!~ looks like my wielder here is able to get all lovey dovey with his boyfriend!" Spades teases to me as he keeps hiding away in my hoodie. I groan just softly enough so Nathaniel can't hear me as I grunt to my Kwami. Why do you need to be so annoying?! 

"S-Shut up Spades..." I mumble to my Kwami as Spades only chuckles and rolls his golden snake eyes to me. 

"Come on Marc, you know it's true!" Spades states to me more firmly now as he crosses his nubby like arms at me. His golden like eyes narrowing too, "Stop denying it, you got the love of your life! What more can you lose at this point?" 

"D-Don't say stuff like that Spades, I-I've read so many books a-about people w-who say that. Then something always go wrong later!" I inform my Kwami as he groans stubbornly at me. 

"It's your call I guess." Spades informs me as he then stops talking to me and goes back into hiding. Nathaniel still dragging me behind him as he pulls me into a train. Of course I have absolutely no idea on what exactly is going on. 

I fiddle my fingertips to the finishing of my black notebook as I notice quickly a bunch of people huddling against the T.V. of our train. What's going on? I carefully shift myself away from my boyfriend as I waddle over to the train T.V. 

"Breaking news! A true disaster that has gotten Ladybug akumatized and leaving Chat Noir dead!" 

What? All of the sudden this is happening?! And I thought Chloe's words at me can hurt anymore. I quickly go back to Nathaniel as he turns up to me with a more hurt expression on his face. Holding his phone in hand with the same news report playing on it. 

"L-Ladybug and Chat Noir... a-are gone-?" 

"N-No wait! I'm sure the other superheros will be here to save us!" I quickly squeak to Nathaniel as his expression soon calms down softly. 

"Y-Your right Marc, I'm sure the others will come around," Nathaniel says more positively as he shifts a hand into my own. My face of course blushing up again as my boyfriend can only chuckle at my reaction, "Our stops just about here... so-." 

I turn to the door of the train, only to see a bunch of red akuma's flying around and targeting random people. My eyes widen in fear as I keep holding my boyfriends hand. These red akuma's flying into the train too as my feet force me to jolt out and dragging Nathaniel out with me. 

"W-What the-?!" Nathaniel says subconsciously and scared as I keep holding his hand in mine. Is all of this caused by the fact of the news earlier? Well, not the time to be pondering on stupid thoughts. I close my eyes for a minute as the whole world around me covers up in darkness. Come on Marc... you need a place to Transform NOW. 

I keep Nathaniel close to me as I hurry onto bringing him back up to ground level. Snapping my head back and forth for a place to transform as my best guess is to just do my transformation in a alleyway. Taking Nathaniel into the alleyway I lift a flap of my hoodie open as Spades flies out. 

"Spades, Fangs out!" 

Nathaniel's P.O.V: 

Is this real life? Marc is transforming right in front of me? I just stand dumbfounded in front of my boyfriend becoming one of the best heroines in Paris. Well, aside from others like Ladybug and Chat Noir and more. Marc adjusts his minty green like mask as he then turns around. Only for my hand to lunge at his wrist. Spade Cobra, or Marc in other words stopping to turn and stare at me. Sighing softly as he fully looks at me. 

His green eyes staring into my one revealing ocean blue one as he crosses his arms at me, looking more saddened. My hand still frozen on Marc's wrist. 

"Nathaniel... Please... I can't forgive myself if I let you try to help me. And me being the reason you get akumatized by one of these akumas." 

"O-Of course I know that! But it's far too many for you to face alone! Please... L-Let me help you!" 

"Nath, no. I'm not letting you help me in this case... it's far too dangerous. Besides... It's what couples do for each other... right? Make sure the one they love is safe and sound?" 

"Marc-?" 

"If I end up akumatized by this in the end. Promise me you'll run and get somewhere safe alright?" 

"Marc stop talking like that! Y-Your making it sound l-like your gonna die from this!" I exclaim to Marc as he flinches backwards a little. Sighing softly as he turns around and dashes out of the alleyway, "M-MARC NO-!"

....

Marc, why do you have to do this to yourself? Why couldn't you have stayed with me? I'm so scared... my mind can't even process everything correctly. I hit my back against the wall behind me as I start to cry softly to myself. Some soft fluttering drawing closer and closer to me. Honestly, I can't care more if I can become akumatized again with these stupid akumas. I keep crying softly as the fluttering just stops by my ears. Only to stop? 

'Wait what?' 

I wipe away my tears as my vision starts to clear up. Ladybug? What's she's doing here? Isn't she supposed to be akumatized? Isn't that what proof states on the news? Her blue bell eyes stare down to me as she then offers a hand to me. Smiling softly, "That was sure a close one." 

"Y-Yeah... thank you Ladybug."  I inform her as I take her hand into my own. Pulling me off the ground. 

"No problem... Nathaniel right?" She asks me, though. Why does it sound like she's faking to know my own name? I simply nod to her as blink a few times, trashing away my new upcoming tears in my eyes. 

"Y-Yes that's me Ladybug, is... something wrong?" I ask her as I tilt my head to her curiously.

"Actually there is a problem." Ladybug informs me as she places her hands on her hips, shaking her head slightly, "The group for all the heroes so far I'm afraid still isn't big enough. Even with Spade Cobra on the way. Hopefully, so we needed new members for this one." 

"W-What-?" 

"Nathaniel Kurtzberg, this is the Miraculous of the Dragon... Once this mission is done... I need you to return the Miraculous to me." Ladybug informs me as she hands me a small octagon shaped box. I carefully take it from my idol of a hero as I open the lid. A red yet basic necklace inside as I grab it out of the case and click it around me neck. 

A red flare of light erupts from my Miraculous specially given by the one and only Ladybug as I blink about to readjust my vision. Again. A red a black dragon like creature stretches and yawns softly, then blinking to spot me in front of them. 

"I am Pyro the Dragon Kwami! Nice to meet you!" The dragon informs me in a more peppy like tone. Ladybug clearing her throat to us as she adds herself into my Kwami's introductions. 

"So Nathaniel... think you can handle this job? If not, please tell me now." 

I stare at my Kwami and then the Miraculous around my neck. Nodding with a more confident like grin. 

"I'm ready, Ladybug!"

(OMFG, I am finally back and Janis_The_Bunny here! I wanna so sincerely apologize with my super insane hiatus on this book! But I swear! This thing isn't over and no it is not stopping here! But I wanna thank everyone for this books support and I can't stop saying thank you enough! Now I should be able to start updating this more frequently because I have my cheerleading season ending pretty soon which means more free time! But yes I wanna apologize and I will continue working on this till the very end of the Fanfiction! 

But yes... Nathaniel is getting the Dragon Miraculous... 

And Yes... this will have spoilers for the two episode special's 'Hero's day'
