Chapter 25: Hooty's Moving Hassle ( Part 4 )

A/n: Hey, sorry for it taking so long to update this story, but I hope you like this chapter even though some events have changed cause....you really think that the abult Nightbitter is just going to let the Demon hunters anywhere near the kids, especially when they have a baby Nightbitter with them? Anyway, enjoy!

The trio were now having the Owl house walk through Bonesborough with the Large Nightbitter following close behind them, causing the people on the streets scream and run for cover, and Amora's eyes to widen when she saw a large manor coming up ahead a gate that read " Blight Manor " in front of it.

Amora: Oh, my... Is that...

Willow: Yep, Amity's house. Time to show Amity what a real conjuring looks like.

Amora: Wait, aren't we just going to check on Bos-

Amora then cut herself off with a startled squeak when the house was suddenly stopped by a giant rope over the roof, Knight growled protectively while he stood over Acorn, and the large Nightbitter quickly jumped up and snapped the rope off with her fangs before she stood protectively in front of the house as her size grew bigger by a few inches.

Amora: ( to the large Nightbitter, as she lets go of Willow and Gus' hands: ) What is it, girl? What's wrong?

The trio then heard the sound of something being fired at them, and just when they looked up and saw that it was a crossbow bolt, the large Nightbitter's size immediately grew three times the size of the Owl house and she caught the crossbow bolt in mid air and snapped it in half in her fangs with a growl.

Amora: What the... How...? Is that normal?

Willow: For female Nightbitters, yes.

The now massive Nightbitter then picked the house up with her fangs by the tower like a lion picking up a cub, causing the young ones both witch and beasts to fall back inside the house as the door swung open, before the adult Nightbitter began running away from the manor and away from the Demon hunters that were trying to capture them, as well as she had deliberately stepped on the Hunters' cart and crossbow during her retreat with a smug smile on her face.

Meanwhile inside the house, Amora was holding onto the couch's armrest to keep herself standing before she turned to Willow along with Gus, who had fallen into the chest and now has the skull on his head while Willow had landed onto the couch with Knight and Acorn.

Amora: ( soothing and comforting despite the situation: ) Willow, what's been going on? You've been acting strange ever since we had bumped into Boscha.

Willow: Amora, I'm so sorry. You wanted to turn back, but I just had to show off to Amity. The truth is...she and I used to be friends.

Amora looked at Willow with shock before she made her way onto the couch and sat beside Willow.

Amora: ( with a gentle smile: ) You wanna talk about it?

Willow looks at Amora with surprise before she slowly nods her head " yes " after Knight climbed onto her lap, giving her a comforting purr.

Willow: We played together as kids, but when she got her magical powers and I didn't, she stopped hanging out with me...

Amora: ( with a gentle smile and sympathy in her eyes: ) That must've been hard...

Willow: ( sighs ) I just wanted to prove to her that I was a powerful witch, too.

Amora: But you are powerful, in your own unique way. You had covered a school in vines with only using a seed, and you helped bring this house to life. Amity, at the moment, might've not seen how uniquely powerful you are, but not everything is black and white. Back then, she might've been going through something, and she might've unknowingly take it out on you. But what's important is that you, Willow Park, are the most powerful witch that I know besides Eda. Oh, ( with a nervous smile as she turns to Gus: ) no offense, Gus. Sorry.

Gus: No, not at all. I know what I'm about.

The trio then heard the sound of something getting crushed outside.

The camera then zoomed outside to reveal that the adult Nightbitter had stepped directly through Tibbles' stand while she continued running, and a bottle of elixir fell onto the ground, completely intact. Amora then is seen opening a window.

Amora: ( yells out: ) Sorry, mister!

The adult Nightbitter continued running down the street with the house in her grasp. Eda then sits up and laughs while King backs away from Tibbles, who was devastated and in disbelief.

Eda: Wait, what- Was that my house and wasn't that the Nightbitter we saw earlier this morning?

King: Eda, quick!

King tosses Eda the elixir, and she happily catches it in her mouth and downs it before she spat the bottle out and she traces a spell circle that makes the chains Tibbles had put around her explode, and the feathers poof off her arms.

Tibbles: No, no, no! My scam stand!

Eda: Sorry, Tibbles, old boy. It looks like you forgot about the wild card.

Eda then grabbed her staff and tossed her cards at Tibbles before she and King leave.

Back with the Adult Nightbitter and the kids, as soon as the adult Nightbitter made it to the house's original spot, she gently placed the house in the crater it had left behind before releasing it from her jaws and she slowly shrunk down to the average size of a lioness as the house settled back into place as the conjuring magic wears off.

Inside, the trio let out sighs of relief that the house had stopped shaking.

Amora: Is it over?

Hooty then opens the door to look at the kids as he is back to normal...in his version of normal anyway, and the adult Nightbitter just lets herself in as she walks up to Amora and Knight, sniffing them over to check if the both of them were okay.

Hooty: Is the room spinning or is it just me? ( Chuckles ) Ah. Just a little house humor. Ooh.

Amora: Sorry about all of that, Hooty. Are you okay?

Hooty: It's okay. I'm just glad I was included.

The door was then suddenly slammed closed to reveal Eda and King on the other side, causing the adult Nightbitter to protectively go in front of Amora and Knight.

Amora: Oh no...

Eda: You are so busted.

Amora went silent with her head low as Eda continued.

Eda: You held a moonlight conjuring and you animated my house. My house! And you snuck in another Nightbitter.

Amora instinctly rubbed her arm while she kept her head down with a frown, before she looked up in surprise when Willow and Gus stepped in front of her.

Willow: No. Don't punish Amora. We're the ones who pushed her to do the conjuring.

Gus: If you're gonna eat me, just do it now. Do it now!

Both Eda and the adult Nightbitter made looks of disgust at the idea.

Amora: ( whispers to Willow: ) You didn't have to do that...

Willow: Yes, Amora. I did.

Eda: Well, you're all guilty, so you'll all be punished by cleaning my house top to bottom.

Eda then summoned various cleaning supplies that landed into the trio's arms.

Eda: And another thing...that was totally amazing and it was about time Amora did something completely rebellious. And I'm so joining you for next year's conjuring. Now, get to work.

Eda then flopped onto the couch as the trio ran off with smiles of disbelief on their faces, and shortly after the adult Nightbitter climbed onto the couch and laid down with her head on Eda's lap.

Eda: ( sighs ) Okay, ( as she began petting the adult Nightbitter's head: ) you can stay, but you better earn your keep.

King: I can't believe they animated a whole house.

Eda: Yeah. You're right. That takes some powerful magic.

Amora glanced at Willow as she was dusting the shelves.

Amora: You know, I hope Amity and her friends are at least having fun despite everything, even though I have no clue if theirs would be as crazy as ours.

Willow: Yeah. Too bad no one will know of our daring adventures.

Meanwhile in Amity's bedroom, where a stuffed rabbit was sitting lifeless on the floor with Boscha, Cat, Skara, and Amelia are all glaring at it.

Boscha: Ugh. So what if we couldn't move a doll. Now we have time for what really matters. Penstagram.

Boscha then summons her scrolls, and the others summoned their scrolls soon after while Amity was seen brooding as she was looking out her window. Boscha then gasps, getting her attention before she walks over and looks at Boscha's scroll to see her penstagram feed has several people's posts showing off Willow, Amora, Gus, Knight, Acorn, and the adult Nightbitter, and the animated house, causing Amity and Boscha to share a look of pure shock.

Amity & Boscha: What?!
