After Y/n, Leif, Noi, and Ava left...

"Wait a moment, Asch!"

"What?" Asch replied.

"We should trust Noi and Leif to court Ava and Y/n," Rhys said a-matter-a-factly.

"Why are we trusting those two with such a task? This isn't something we can play around with here!" Asch argued.

"Asch is right, it should be two others." Pierce agreed.

"And the best people to do this would be two of us, not those buffoons! Noi is the lowest ranking and Leif has no control over his instincts. We can't trust them in getting this task done!" Asch exclaimed.

"Silence! I understand your argument, Prince Asch. But here on Earth, Noi seems to have an advantage and Y/n is obviously strong enough to keep Leif under-control." Rhys explained.

"It doesn't matter! We're going to ensure that Noi and Leif don't fail or if they do, we take their place." Asch announced.

"How?!" Rhys asked. Asch hid his horns and made himself invisible. Asch mocking asked if there were any more questions before making his way towards the exit to follow the "Happy Couples".

"Your Majesty, do not use magic so recklessly!" Rhys scolded, "Pierce, don't tell me you'll go along with this!" Pierce shrugged his shoulders, hid his horns, turned invisible, and followed Asch.

Rhys groans in aggression before hiding his horns, turning invisible and following after his companions, making sure they were to cause no disturbance.

With the "Happy Couples"...

It was a magnificent restaurant with dark crimson curtains. The tables were covered with a red cloth. One part of the restaurant was a proper view of the kitchen, granting customers a view of their meal being prepared. It was a perfect place. Well, a perfect place for a date - or a quadruple date.

Standing at the counter was Leon, Cleo, Andrew, and Devon, waiting to get seated. "Table for 8, please," Andrew requested.

"Table for 6? I've got the same place as usual for yo- wait 8?" The waiter asked.

"That's right!" Devon confirmed.

"I-Is this for business because you 4 only come here with Ava and Y/n-?" The waiter asked.

"No business. Haha," Leon chuckled, "Y/n and Ava have boyfriends."

"Oh, that's good- wait! Ava and Y/n have b-b-boyfriends? Wait, what? Since when?" The waiter asked again.

"We had the same reactions! They've been hiding them from us! This our first time meeting them and taking them out to get to know them!" Cleo gushed, absolutely thrilled.

"Where are they?" The waiter asked, trying to look out the restaurant. Outside the restaurant, Ava stood in front of Noi, making it look like they were kissing. The waiter looked through the left window and saw Leif kissing Y/n's hand while Y/n's face blew up in pink. The waiter gasped.

"Don't stare!" Cleo shrieked.

"We don't want to scare them off!" Devon said. The waiter's eyes were filled with stars of shock and excitement.

"They aren't wild animals, sweetheart," Andrew reassured Devon as Leon did the same for Cleo.

"No, but I understand what they mean. Don't worry! I'll make sure you have the finest everything tonight! Leave it to me!" The waiter announced.

"We just-" Andrew tried to form words but couldn't.

"We just need to keep our cool and everything will be fine," Leon said, putting a hand on Andrew's shoulder for comfort.

"Oh, look at them! I bet they're whispering sweet nothings to each other." Cleo exclaims.

Outside the restaurant...

"This is terrible! I have no idea how to be on a date! I've never been on one!" Ava exclaimed. Ava turned to Noi and noticed he was staring, "What?"

"Thanks for choosing me," Noi said, his face dusted with pink.

"Huh?"

"It's just- I didn't think I would be trusted with something this important."

"I mean, I didn't really choose you. You were just kind of there."

"Just tell me what to do."

"Just follow along with what I say and do! Now look, my pop, Devon, is very into-" Ava continued to explain, not knowing there was another 'couple' watching them.

"Aww! Aren't they just so cute?!" Y/n squealed in excitement. Leif inspected his 'partner' carefully and noticed many things about her. The way her (h/c) hair would sway to the rhythm of the winds' melodies and the way her (e/c) crystal eyes would shine with joy when she saw the wonderful things that Earth had to offer. Everything about her just made him feel like he belonged. That he belonged here. With her...

"HELLO! LEIF!" Leif was pulled back to reality at the sudden mention of his name. Y/n was standing in front of him, her rosy lips in a pout.

"What is it, human?" Leif asked.

"I'm going to go through the ground rules," Y/n confirmed. "My mum, Cleo, loves movies and fiction like Uncle Devon and cares about people a lot. My dad, Leon, likes politics and also cares about people but cares about me a lot more. He loves me so much that, if he suspects something about our 'relationship', things would go downhill. And, as I said once before, both my parents are extremely skilled in offence and defence. But in short, let me do the talking and mind your manners. Also, you have to call me Y/n and not human. It would ruin everything, got it?" Y/n explained.

"Fine, hum-" Leif began but was given a glare from Y/n, "F-fine, Y/n." Y/n grinned, her hair framing her face perfectly. Leif's face blushed a pale pink as he felt his heart pounding against his ribcage.

"W-WHAT?!" A voice exclaimed, grabbing both Leif and Y/n's attention. Noi's face was bright pink and Ava's was a similar colour.

"Hold my hand, it'll convince my dads that we're together and in love and stuff..." Ava explained. Noi muttered something under his breath.

Standing behind a tree in the distance was the Daemos. "What are they doing?" Rhys questioned.

"Is sorcerer Ava offering her power to Noi?" Asch gasped.

"Nonsense! Noi is far from her approval but still I'm interested to see how this goes. Courting the Sorcerers was not an idea that had come to mind as an option." Rhys said.

"Y/n and Leif are there! Could Sorcerer Y/n be giving her magic to Leif?" Asch asked.

"That is very unlikely. You've seen how they act towards each other, Asch! They despise one another. Still, their advancements are interesting and I'm quite curious." Rhys explained.

"You aren't going to kill me, are you?" Noi asked Ava.

"Why would I do that just, trust me," Ava said as Noi held her hand. Noi's face blew up red.

"What are they doing?" Pierce asked.

"Noi's face turned completely red. Is she trying to kill him?" Rhys wondered.

"No, he's still alive." Asch denied.

"Why are you blushing?" Ava asked Noi though she too was blushing.

"Is that what this is? Because you're doing it too..." Noi said hazily.

"Just tone it down before my dads see us. They'll think that we've never done this before and we're hand-holding virgins-" Ava stopped herself as Y/n burst out laughing.

"R-really, Ava? H-hand-holding v-virgins? That's what you come up with?" Y/n tried to say through laughter.

"Shut up! Why don't you hold hands with Leif then?" Ava challenged.

Y/n's face blushed a barely visible and very faint pink. "F-fine." Y/n held her hand out to Leif. Leif was confused for a minute. "Leif, you saw Noi holding Ava's hand. You can hold mine the same way." Leif held your hand and felt his face warm up.

"W-what is this for, Y/n?" Leif asked.

"It's a form of showing affection towards someone else, be it platonically (friendship) or romantically." Y/n answered.

' Romantically?! ' Leif thought his face burning up.

"Gah! Leif, are you okay?" Y/n asked, getting especially close to Leif, enough for him to see the tiny freckles spread out across her cheeks. Leif gulped and breathed in and out.

"Never been better, Princess~" Leif responded seductively, gently grasping Y/n chin and tilting her head up to look at each other. Y/n's face grew pinker.

"Oh, did we interrupt something? We-" Devon started. Devon and Cleo looked at the situation.

"Should we ask for a picture?" Cleo whispered to Devon very poorly. The parents continued to bicker as Leif let go of Y/n's chin but continued to hold onto her hand.

"You know, it weird that you're standing in front of us and whispering loudly," Y/n said, making the parents yell and turn back to the 'couples'.

"Our apologies! We're just curious about a lot of things," Leon said as he ran his hand through his hair.

"Your table is ready. I've got only the best for my best and most beautiful family of customers." The waiter announced, leading the parents and 'couples' inside.

The guests sat at the table. Below is the seating.

"So Noi and Leif, was it?" Leon asked.

"How did you know?" Noi gasped.

"Ava and Y/n mentioned your names in the apartment." Andrew said.

"Oh yeah, we did." Ava confirmed.

"Trust me, we listen to things closely." Cleo said.

"The only difference is that Devon and Cleo will bring it up three weeks later when you don't wash the dishes." Leon stated.

"HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT THEM IN THE DISHWASHER?!" Cleo and Devon argued.

"Back to the conversation, how did you meet our sweet babies?" Devon asked.

"Well, you see I met sorceress Ava in the back of her home where no one could see us-" But Noi was interrupted by Ava covering his mouth.

"WHOOPS! You got some pizza on you!" Ava laughed slightly. Y/n mentally facepalmed.

"But we haven't even gotten the pizza?" Leon asked, eyeing Ava.

"Oh God, I'm so hungry I didn't realise. So we met at the arcade dance." Ava attempted to cover up the situation.

Y/n started to get nervous but Leif put a hand on hers, rubbing it hesitantly. Y/n noticed the contact and looked at Leif. Leif smiled nervously, making Y/n smile. After realising she was smiling at Leif, Y/n looked away as her face bloomed pink. ' Of all the times, why do I now realise that he looks cute?! ' Y/n thought. Leif noticed her pink face and chuckled with a closed-eye smile. Unbeknownst to them, Cleo and Devon were fawning over the cute 'couple'.

"Here you go! One pepperoni pizza with your favourite, Ava and Y/n. A smiley face," The waiter announced, placing a pizza on the table.

"Thank you," Leon said.

From the window, three Daemos could be seen eyeing the gathering. "This is no use! I can't here a single thing going on!" Rhys complained.

"Then we're going in," Asch said, making his way towards the entrance of the restaurant, Pierce following in pursuit.

"What?! Wait!" Rhys exclaimed, following the Prince and General.

"What is that?" Noi asked in awe. Ava whispered something to Noi but Y/n couldn't quite make it out.

"What am I supposed to do? Is it poisoned?" Leif asked Y/n.

"It's not poisoned, Leif. It's called pizza. It's food that many humans, like Ava and I, like. But wait for them to take the first slice, it's more polite." Y/n whispered to Leif. Leif nodded his head as Noi took a slice of pizza and ate it. Noi's eyes lit up as he continued to stuff his face with pizza. Ava's face was full of concern.

"Wow, you have a large appetite, don't you?" Andrew said.

"And a large lack of manners..." Devon said, Cleo nodding in agreement.

"Um, Noi, let me show you where the bathroom is so you can clean up," Ava said, nervously chuckling at the end. Ava stood up.

"Bathroom?" Noi asked as he was grabbed and 'guided' to the bathroom. Y/n noticed Leif staring hungrily at the pizza. She smiled slightly as she shook her head. She reached over to the pizza and grabbed a slice, putting it on a plate in front of Leif. Leif looked at her questioningly.

"You can eat now. I understand you want to be polite but since Noi started to eat, you can too! So enjoy, I guess," Y/n said, smiling at Leif. Leif smiled back and carefully grabbed the slice. He took one bite and absolutely loved it. He continued to eat it. However, he got tomato sauce on his face. "Leif." Leif looked at Y/n confused.

Y/n grabbed a napkin and gently grasped Leif's face. "You have to eat slowly otherwise you might choke. Enjoy the pizza, it isn't going anywhere," Y/n said, wiping the sauce off of his face.

"Sorry," Leif said after pulling away from Y/n. They stared into each others' eyes as their faces blushed a deeper pink than last time. Squeals interrupted the moment as the 'couple' looked to the source of the noise. It was Cleo and Devon.

"You guys are just so cute!" Cleo gushed.

"So how did you two meet?" Leon asked through gritted teeth. Leif gulped, unable to form words. Fortunately, Y/n took the lead.

"Well, a while back, I used to go to Sword Fighting classes and we met there. Um- but then I wanted to focus on my career as an Architect so I dropped out. A month or two ago, we met up again in the park, gave each other our phone numbers and continued to hang out. Through the time we spent together, we started to catch feelings and..." Y/n blushed as she tried to continue.

"One day, I confessed my feelings and we started to date," Leif said, both hesitantly and lovingly as he shared his gaze with Y/n. The pair smiled at each other as the parents saw how much they 'loved' each other.

"That is really sweet. Welcome to the family," Leon said, putting his hand out. Leif shook Leon's hand.

"On another topic, where is Noi and Ava? Aren't they taking too long?" Devon asked suspiciously.

Soon enough, Noi and Ava made their way towards the table. "Sorry about that. There was a long line at the bathroom." Ava announced.

"There they are!" Asch announced as he stood behind the parents, Rhys and Pierce by his side.

"Where did they go?" Rhys asked.

"So, Noi, Leif, tell us, what kind of job do you have?" Andrew asked.

"Job?" Noi and Leif asked.

"What's a job?" Pierce asked Rhys. Luckily, Ava distracted Leon and Andrew by talking about the campaign. ' Great idea, Ava! I can't believe that I am complimenting you and your ideas right now! ' Y/n thought.

"Haven't you been keeping up, Ava, Y/n?" Leon asked, slightly heartbroken.

"Uh, I mean, I've been busy looking for a job and Y/n's been busy with huge projects so-" Ava started but caught her dad's upset expression, "Okay, we haven't been keeping up."

"Ava, Y/n, you're gonna have to grow up someday. You should really care about-" Andrew started to rant but was interrupted by Noi and Leif.

"What's a campaign?" They asked. Panic flooded into Ava and Y/n's faces. Leon and Andrew looked like they were struggling to breathe as Cleo and Devon fanned their faces with their hands.

"Breathe, honey, breathe!" Cleo instructed.

"Um... Noi, Leif, Andrew and Leon are running for city council together. It's like picking two people to be leaders of a bunch of humans." Ava said.

"That's an odd way to describe it?" Devon said.

"Did you hear that?" Rhys asked.

"Ava and Y/n's fathers are the leaders of all the humans." Asch deduces.

"Which makes them..." Rhys continued.

"Princesses." Pierce finished.

"Oh, that's it! Noi and Leif cannot have this opportunity!" Asch announced angrily.

"You need to stop! I-" Rhys began but stopped himself when he noticed Pierce walking off. "I've had enough! If anyone gets to control the humans through Ava or Y/n, it's going to be me!" Rhys announced.

"Noi, Leif, if you were to be with our daughters, you must understand, in these families, we care about democrac-" But Leon was interrupted.

"Ava, Y/n, Noi and Leif are clearly lesser suitors for you," Asch announced as he stood behind the two females, causing the parents and 'couples' to gasp.

"You both need to stop." Pierce said in his usual deep tone of voice.

"Who are these guys?" Devon and Cleo exclaimed.

"Ava, Y/n, what in the world is going on here?!" Leon asked angrily. Ava and Y/n started to stutter uncontrollably. ' We're so screwed! What are the other Daemos doing here anyway?! ' Ava and Y/n thought.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Rhys and-" Rhys introduced.

"Why are you approaching them? You're all traitors!" Asch accused.

Leif stood up and put a protective arm in front of Y/n. "This is E-Urth! You know what that means!" He exclaimed.

"Oh my god... Are these guys fighting over our babies?" Cleo asked, some fantasy starting to cook up in her imagination.

"Ava, Y/n! Explain what's going on!" Andrew demanded. Ava and Y/n looked around and saw no way out of this.

"Well- um- you see- we- no she- wait-" Y/n tried to form sentences but couldn't under the intense gaze of her parents and godparents. She looked to Ava only to see her figure falling onto her. Ava and Y/n plummeted towards the ground and passed out from the fall.

"Ava! Y/n!"
