Keiko had fallen asleep as soon as she sat down. I wish I had the ability to go to sleep that fast. I smiled and looked at the wall and sighed, until the door opened. I instantly looked over at the door and saw Hiei standing at the door but just moments after he opened the door, he fell on the ground and stopped moving. "Hiei!" I mutter, gently moving Keiko off my lap before rushing over to the door, "what happened to you? I don't see any wounds!" I picked him up and carried him over to the couch when I saw electricity spark all over his body, "this is my fault, he's unconscious because of me.

Botan and the rest of the group showed up just moments after Hiei did with Yukina tagging along. "Hiei, holy shit, what happened?" Yusuke asks, running over to him.

"I-I think when I accidentally hit him with my electricity, it had prolonged effects."

"That's probably why he was running slower on the way here," Botan says, walking over.

"What should we do? When I first hit him, he had an extreme fever and was unconscious for an entire day! This is all my fault!" I sigh, sitting down beside Hiei on the couch, placing my hand on his arm.

"Hey, this isn't your fault," Botan says, walking over to me, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"Keiko," Yusuke whispers, walking over to her. "I don't want to wake her, does Hiei have a guest room she can lay in?"

"Um, down the hallway, second door on the left." I answer, not looking away from Hiei.

"How do you know that?" Kurama asks, walking over with a smirk on his face.

"Hiei gave me a tour of his place before I accidentally hit him with my electricity."

"Well that was nice of him," Kurama says, still smirking.

"Can you stop smirking at me? It doesn't mean anything."

"Ok, whatever you say. Dinner is almost ready, if Hiei doesn't wake up in a few hours, then I'd worry, but the electricity could also be zapping his energy."

"Alright," I nod, tightening my grip on his arm. "Hiei..." I whisper, "please wake up."

"Guys, what about Yukina?" Kuwabara asks, giving her a small smile.

"Well I bet she's hungry and after she eats, I'm sure she'd like a place to rest. We can figure everything else once Hiei wakes up, she does mean a lot to him."

Yukina, who had been quiet this whole time, asked very softly, "why would he care for me so much? He doesn't even know who I am. None of y'all do."

"Yukina." I look up at her, "there's a lot you don't know, but...it's not our place to tell you, it's his." I say, pointing to Hiei, "but for now, just please trust us, we just want what's best for you."

"I just don't want to burden any of y'all." Yukina whispers, looking down.

"Don't worry, you aren't a burden to any of us, I promise."

"Especially not to me," Kuwabara smiles, walking over to her.

Yukina blinked, a small blush appearing on her face. "Ok, dinner is done, let the two sleep, there will be plenty for them when they wake up." Kurama says, setting the table.

"I kinda wanna sit with Keiko, I missed her during the mission."

"Yusuke, she'll be here after you eat, but you do need to eat." Botan says.

"I don't want to leave Hiei either, I'll eat later as well."

"Y/N," Botan sighs, "like I told Yusuke, he'll be here after you eat."

"I need to be here when he wakes up, especially since all of this is my fault!" I exclaim.

"Keiko is always worried about me when I go on missions, if I'm not here when she wakes up, she'll be even more worried." Yusuke says, making his way to the guest room.

"Don't worry, they'll get hungry and eat later...Well yusuke will, Y/N has forgotten to eat when she got worried before, but I'll make sure she eats later tonight." Kurama says, most likely forgetting I'm still in the room. I sigh and move my hand to hold Hiei's. He'll kill me if he wakes up but I don't care, this is my fault, and for some odd reason I can't fathom, I care for him, a lot.

Botan sighs, "well I for one am going to eat while we wait on Keiko and Hiei to wake up. I can't exactly do anything to help them if I don't have energy."

"I agree with Botan," Kurama says, making plates for the few that planned on eating. Yukina, why don't you join us? I'm sure you're probably hungry."

"Sure, thanks." She nods, sitting down at the table in front of a plate that was already made. Kuwabara sat down beside her as well as Kurama and Botan. I sighed and looked at Hiei. He wasn't showing any signs of waking up anytime soon, I can't focus on eating right now, not until he wakes up.

Sparks of electricity came off of my body while the mark on my forehead started to glow, "ow, why are my powers acting up now?"

"Your emotions are tied to your feelings. Until you gain complete control over your powers, you have to be careful with your emotions. The more you feel, the more your powers will act up, until you gain control of your powers." Kurama said, walking over to me.

"So, you're saying I can't be worried, upset, angry, or even happy until I learn how to control my powers?"

"No, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that you have to be careful how much you feel until you learn how to control it." Kurama says, trying to reassure me.

"This is bullshit. I can't just not feel anything unless I go numb, Kurama I don't want to go numb. If I go numb, there's no guarantee I'll be able to break out of it."

"Y/N, I would never ask you to do that. The last time you turned off your emotions, you went haywire and now that you have powers, it could be catastrophic!" Kurama exclaims.

"Kurama, if I don't then I could hurt everyone here just because I'm worrying about Hiei!" I shout, more electricity coming off my body as tears run down my face. Sparks flew off me and bounced off the wall, causing me to start crying harder. "This is all my fault," I sob as curl up into a ball, squeezing Hiei's hand tighter.

"Y/N, I need you to calm down, please your powers are going haywire."

"I just..." I stood up and ran into Hiei's room, shutting the door. I can't put my friends in danger, I have to do this. I have to turn off my emotions, I did it before when my parents died, I can do it again, just gotta stop feeling...
