"Hiei's going to kill me for this so he can't know that you know but I feel you deserve to know..." Kurama pauses and looks at me with a very serious arua surrounding him, "Hiei and Yukina are brother and sister.

"Wait, seriously? Damnit, he's never going to let me try and date her now! He hates me!"

"Honestly, I think Y/N is softening Hiei up a bit so if you manage to win Yukina over, I'm sure you could convince him but even if he isn't ok with it, he can't exactly stop the two of y'all from getting together."

"Yeah, you're right...wait, Yukina said she's been looking for her brother, did he not tell her?"

"No, he doesn't want her to know. He doesn't think she'll want a murderous fire demon as her brother."

"She deserves to know!" I exclaim.

"Unfortunately, that's not for you to decide. It's up to him. I only told you so that you'd be aware. Don't tell Yukina though," he says before getting up and walking off. I sighed and looked over at Yukina who was watching TV. she sure is beautiful, I doubt I'll ever convince Hiei to be ok with it though. I mean, even if Y/N is softening him up, he despises me since I'm not the brightest in the bunch. I looked over at the room Hiei and Y/N had gone into. I don't know the extent of their relationship, but I'm pretty sure they're together and if they aren't, they will be soon. Who knew Hiei was even capable of liking someone? He always has this aura saying to fuck off.

Kurama might not be happy about this but I need to tell Hiei how I feel about Yukina. I don't care if we only just saved her today, this needs to be addressed. Walking over to the room, I knock on the door since no one knows what they could be doing in there. It only takes a few seconds for Hiei to open the door but only enough so that it was cracked, "what do you want?"

"I was wondering if I could talk to you about Yukina."

His aura darkened as soon as I mentioned her name, "what about her?"

"Um well," I pause, starting to get really nervous, his aura is actually really scary but I'm tough, I can handle this! "I found out who her brother is and I thought it would be a good idea to help her search for him."

"No, she can handle that on her own. She isn't as weak as you think."

"I never called her weak, I just think everyone needs help every now and then."

"We already helped her, she can figure out the rest on her own. If you want to help her then by all means go for it. I don't know how the hell you figured out who her brother is but I doubt you're right or else you wouldn't suggest helping her look."

"No, I know who he is, I just don't want him to kill me for saying it out loud since he doesn't want her knowing which by the way, the reasoning behind it is so stupid! She isn't going to care what you've done in your past! She deserves to know, damnit! It isn't right to keep that information away from her!"

"Shut up!" He shouts at me, "Yukina is my sister, I have to the right to not tell her! I don't know who the fuck told you but they need to learn to keep their mouths shut! Why don't you go do whatever it is you idiots do in their spare time and leave me and my sister alone!"

"Tell me it isn't true..." a voice says from behind me.

Hiei's eyes widened as he froze where he was. "Tell you what isn't true?" I ask, turning around to face Yukina.

"You," she says pointing at Hiei, "the one who saved me." Tears began to fall down her face, "are my brother and you kept it from me?"

"Yukina..." Hiei says, "I'm sorry, will you let me explain?"

"Very well, explain then," she says, looking at him seriously.

"I'm not just a fire demon...I'm a murdering fire demon. I kill others and I don't feel bad about it either and I didn't think you'd want a brother like that." Hiei says, looking down.

"I left my home to find you, I don't care about your past!" She exclaims.

"That's just it. You all claim that it's my past but I never said I would stop!"

"You haven't killed anyone since you met Y/N though," I point out.

"Shut up, this isn't any of your business!" Hiei growls then turns to Yukina, "are you mad?"

"There's no reason to talk to Kazuma like that," she says, walking closer to me, "and no, 'm not mad. You were scared, I get it. I just wished you would have told me sooner." Digging something out of her pocket, she hands Hiei something. "This is our mother's other tear, please take it."

Hiei took it from her and thanked her before shutting the door, probably wanting to process all of this. Turning to Yukina, I look at her, "are you ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Why don't we go sit down?" She suggests and I nod, following her to the couch. Sitting down beside her, she lays her head on my shoulder, "Kazuma, can we go out and do something tomorrow?"

"Sure, we can do whatever you want," I smile softly. I knew what I was feeling for her was love, as soon as I saw that video, I fell in love with her. Most people will say love at first sight is a myth but I disagree.

"I'm going to let you choose, you know this world better than I do," she says,cuddling up closer to me. I'm not fully sure if she was flirting or not but either way I was going to take it, it felt really nice, I never want this moment to end. However, it was getting late and I knew she'd need a place to sleep. "Yukina, do you want to stay here tonight or would you like to stay at my place?"

"I think I want to stay here, get a chance to get to know my brother, we can always meet up tomorrow though."

"Sounds good," I smile, not moving from my spot.

About ten minutes later, she raises her head and looks at me, "Kazuma, it's getting late, don't you need to head home?"

"Yeah you're right, if I don't get home soon, my sister will kill me," I chuckled standing up, Shizuru sure can be scary sometimes. "I'll come back tomorrow," I say, before heading out the door and making my way to my house. I don't understand how Hiei was so cold to Yukina before she found out, I mean she is his sister for crying out loud!

I groan as I walk into my house to see Shizuru sitting on the couch, "Welcome back, there's dinner in the fridge if you're hungry."

"Thanks, but I ate at my friend's house. I'm tired though, so I'm just going to crash."

"Good night," Shizuru says, as I enter my bedroom, shutting the door. Flopping down onto my bed, I instantly fall asleep, entering dream land.
