Yusuke and I had just arrived at the house when a knock came on the door. I sigh and stand up since I had just sat down and made my way to the door, opening it, "oh hey Y/N, Keiko!"

"Hey! Is Yusuke here?" Keiko asks, twirling her hair.

"Yeah, do yall want to come in?" I ask, stepping aside.

"Yes please," Keiko nods, walking inside, Y/N following suit. Keiko walked over to Yusuke and grabbed his hand, pulling him outside, "we'll be right back!"

"I wonder what that was about." I mutter, looking at Y/N.

"It's nothing bad, it's just about something that happened earlier."

I nod, "well, do you want to watch T.V. while we wait on them?"

"Yeah sure," she nods, plopping herself down on the couch. I chuckled and sat beside her, turning on the T.V. I put on a show we both like and get comfortable on the couch, snuggling closer to Y/N, we're only friends, but we're really close friends, ever since we were little, that's why I'm trying to help her find love, hopefully with Hiei, they'd be good for each other. I know this doesn't sound like the normal me but I don't care, right now all I want is for her and Hiei to be happy.

It was probably around fifteen minutes later when Yusuke and Keiko came back inside, Keiko had this huge smile on her face and Yusuke had a small smile since he doesn't really smile much. The door opens and Y/N turns around and smiles, "I'm guessing it went well then?"

"Yeah, um we actually started dating," Keiko mumbels, blushing slightly.

"That's great! I'm so happy for you!" Y/N exclaims, jumping up.

"Took ya long enough," I chuckle, shaking my head.

"Shut up," Yusuke mumbels, "anyways, I need to talk to Kurama still, Keiko, I'll find you later."

Keiko nods, "Y/N and I are going to find Hiei," she says, grabbing Y/N's hand and pulling her out of the house.

Once they were gone, Yusuke turned to me, "ok, first, Kuwabara still seems off, he isn't himself, he's quiet, and isn't very outgoing, he also isn't boosting his ego like he normally would. You said he should be back to normal soon but he's still off. Don't tell anyone but...I'm worried about him."

"Don't forget, he did have half his soul sucked out of him, it might take him a bit to get fully better." I remind him.

"Maybe you're right, maybe I'm just over reacting." Yusuke says, nodding. "The second thing is that I wanted to warn you about something Botan told me. I wasn't given details, but she made it seem like something big was coming, but she also mentioned we'd have smaller missions in between the big one."

I nod, "well that sounds interesting, thanks for letting me know, I'll make sure to let Hiei know and once Kuwabra is feeling better, you should let him know as well."

Yusuke nods, standing up, "I will." He walks out, probably going to find Keiko who was off doing something with Y/N, this gives me time to find Hiei, I had something else to tell him other than the news Yusuke just gave me anyways.

I left my house, locking up behind me and made my way to Hiei's house, honestly going off on a whim since I didn't know if he was at his house or in a tree somewhere. As I walked, I stuck my hands in my pockets, thinking about random things. All the love blossoming in the air is great but also annoying because I don't have love for myself. I know that sounds selfish which isn't my personality I know, but for some reason, it just felt like it would help me, although it probably wouldn't be a good idea in case something with the demon world happened. I love how I tell myself it isn't a great idea because I'm a demon but yet I'm trying to set Y/N and Hiei up at the same time. I sound like a hypocrite to be honest. I got to Hiei's house and knocked on the door.

He opens the door with a blank face, staring at me, "Kurama, do you need something?"

"Yeah actually, I was wondering what you and Y/N were doing the night of the sleepover? I feel like she's hiding something."

"We went for a walk, what more do you want?"

"A walk, huh? Ok, that's all I was curious about, thanks." I nod, walking away as Hiei closes the door. Just a walk but at least they're hanging out? If you could call it hanging out, Y/N probably followed him when he went on a midnight walk, those always were his favorites. I wonder if I got to Hiei before Y/N or if she was already there, guess I'll ask her later when she found Hiei.
