That low state of mind lurks about, doesn't it? You can't do anything about it either. You feel like you don't matter like you aren't good enough for others.

All you can do at that moment is feel those emotions. Accept them as they are and find healthy ways of coping with such a mindset that lurks about sometimes. Maybe this isn't helpful, but it is realistic.

Those emotions don't have to be pushed down, and they need to be felt in healthy amounts. It can be overwhelming sometimes, and it isn't easy.

But everyone starts somewhere, and progress is progress, even if it is small.
