The Wedding
❄️ One Year Later: Narrator ❄️
It was cold today, a temperature that the people of Arendelle were very acquainted with as they marched through the forest. Their feet making the familiar slosh sound as the mist from their breaths were apparent. Taking in the beautiful sight of snow and wood as ice statues of previous Kings and Queens defined the natural path. Orbs of light dancing in between the statues and above the guest as they could see a small archway made of ice and snow in the distance. The archway opened up to a small meadow that was filled with orbs of light illuminated the sky. From the arch way was a golden carpet that ended at the top of a small alter. A white arch hanging above the priest was filled with purple and blue hydrangeas and a gold ribbon that started at the back middle and veered off to tree to tree. Connected a boutique of hydrangeas that hanged from each tree trunk. In front of the alter were six rows of white chairs that were divided on each side of the carpet for a total of ten columns. A royal wedding for a royal hero.
People began to pour in as they wore their best clothes, taking their seats in a calm and orderly fashion. The small hum of conversation buzzing through the forest as the guardians were the last to come in. Taking people breaths away as they themselves were dressed as royalty. North wore a traditional red soldiers uniform as a cape of red with white fur draped from his shoulders and dragged on the ground. He wore his favorite Black Russian hat as Tooth hovered behind him. Her body was adorned with a multicolored dressed that started at her breast and ended in the shape of late blooming water lily. The dress smothered in glitter and chains of gold as it looked like it was fit for a fairy, dangling gold earrings hanging from her ears. Bunny strolled in with his hands behind his back, wearing an old English suit that was mostly white with hints of navy blue in them. His navy blue coat jacket ending in two tails that went around his fluffy white tail beautifully before they stopped just above the ground. Sandy came floating in on a golden cloud as he wore a simple golden tux as his usually wild hair was slicked back peacefully. Behind him came the lovely pair Celest and Kaname, both of them sporting animal furs as celest wore a white dressed with a hint of blue icicles adorning one side of the dress. Her hair was hanged loose while Kaname wore a black tux that looked like marble as golden cracks danced on the fabric like embers. Saraphine and Pitch were the next to follow as their arms were linked together. Waving to the crowd as Pitch was dressed in all black suit, his suit jacket trailing all the way down to the floor. Saraphine decided to wear a slim white dress that had black and gold accents trailing and contorting around her torso. Her long vibrant red hair was tied back into a messy bun with a golden hair piece. Black earrings pierced her ears as I golden necklace with a black jewel wrapped around her neck, a beautiful engagement ring on her wedding finger. Once the two came to the alter they kissed and separated to their positions.
The remaining members of the high council was next to arrive as Father Time led the way. Wearing a black and white tux with a jacket that ended in tails that represented the hands of a clock. His white gloved hands held a black cane with a diamond at the top of it as a golden monocle wrapped around his eye and connected to his top hat. A big golden ticking watch with spare gears and parts decorating his hat as he pulled a golden pocket watch out of his pocket. Looking at the time before he twirled it around his finger. Mother Nature came next as her jet black hair was tied back and behind her wooden crown as flowers and leaves were weaved in between each stand of hair. Golden flower earrings contrasting with her dark skin beautifully as the top part of her dress was made completely out of thin golden metal. The bottom half of her dress was pink with a slit starting just above her right knee before it flared out into a beautiful train that was adorned with flowers, ferns, and branches. She held a wooden staff that started with wood wrapped around a blue orb that held a small terrarium inside before tampering down to the ground. The orb gave off this blue and green light as bracelets that looked like golden vines wrapped around her forearms. A small flock of blue jays, chipmunks, squirrels, and butterflies following behind her as her favorite white deer walked by her side.
Manny and Solaria were the last of the council members to arrive. Walking arm and arm as they wave to the people they were sworn to the protect. Many wore a suit that vary in different shades of blue as stars twinkled and shot across the fabric. A little tiny galaxy hovering around his head as he wore a silver crown that depicted the phases of the moon. Solaria smiled right beside him as her dress was the descending colors of the sunset, purple being the color at the bottom of her dress while clouds moved slightly on the fabric as birds moved through them. Our solar system hovered around her head as she wore a vibrant red and gold crown that depicted the sun. However the guest went wild when Haya gave us a surprised visit, sporting her horns and black wings as she laughed. She decided to go with a little color today as she wore simple navy blue dress. A white ribbon was wrapped around her neck and torso in a criss cross fashion before it tied in a big bow at the small
Of her back. The ends of the bow dragging across the floor as the bottom of the dress ended in a mermaid cut. Her arms were adorned with navy blue gloves that ended halfway above her elbows. Her blonde curly hair tied up in a bun as a necklace filled with diamonds hugged her neck.
It was a beautiful sight to see as family and friends mingled with each other before the blast of a trumpet sounded that the celebration was about to begin. Everyone took their sits, not caring which side they were on as people from Arendelle and Guardians sat on either side of the row. Supporting the lovers as one instead of two families being divided by the golden path that was suppose to divide the bride and groom's families. As the slight murmur of strangers becoming friends died off, the priest clutched his bible while Pitch stood idly by as the best man to the groom. Locking eyes with his brother as he slowly walked through the frozen archway. Jack stood proud, his chin held high as he walked and looked like royalty. Wearing a traditional royal wedding suit that had a base color of white. He wore knee high black boots that look like the one's a wore general would war as they hid about half of his white pants. A red sash with accents of gold hanging around his waist as it covered the divide of his white button down shirt and his pants. His coat jacket consisted mostly of white as it was decorated with a few intricate swirls of pale blue. For some reason the coat had a blue collar that wrapped around Jack's neck before the guests' eyes were dragged to the red and gold epaulettes on each of his shoulders as they connected two red cords that went across his chest.
The fact is, Jack looked ravishing as he took his place on the alter. Standing up there with the elegancy and pride of a prince which he so desperately used to hide his nervousness. His nerves wasn't because he thought this was a bad idea, no. He was nervous because he has never been in front of so many people before and he did not want to fuck this up. The start of his and Elsa's life together begins today, at this wedding, and this was something he did not want to ruin. So he puffed out his chest, took a big breath, and relaxed as the young flower girl dusted rose pedals over the golden carpet as she hummed a little tune. All conversation ceased to exist as the flower girl took her seat and all eyes fell onto the two bridesmaids. Saraphine and Anna walked down the aisle in step with each other, each holding a small boutique of blue roses. They looked happy, smiling as they walked across the carpet while a small tear filling both of their eyes before they took their place. Anna waving at Kristoff as he held their new born baby girl in his arms. Rocking her back and forth as her little hand clung to his strong finger, her vibrant brown eyes taking in the scene as small fluff of ginger covered her head. Then the piano and cello began to play as all eyes turn towards the archway.

Beautiful...couldn't even begin to cover it. Her platinum blonde hair was tied in a loose braid as blue and purple hydrangeas weaves into her hair. A spare light gold family crown with a purple gem adorned her head before a white veil draped from the back of her head down to the floor. Her dress was white as it revealed her shoulders before going down into sleeves that came to a point. Her hands holding a massive bouquet of blue and purple hydrangeas as her dress contorted to her body beautifully. They dress stayed slim at her hips as it slightly bowed when it got to the floor, ending in a train that glided effortless along the golden carpet. At the end of her dress were small intricate accents of gold as the top of her dress had the same accents around the border of where the dress started. She was smiling as she walked down the aisle, taking her time as she allowed everyone to look at her and take the moment in. She wasn't just beautiful, she was powerful, proud as she walked down that aisle in all her glory. Taking it one step at a time as her eyes could never leave Jack's as a myriad of memories together flashed through her head. She was in love with them and every time she looked at him she would fall back in love with him all over again, falling deeper and deeper each time. She took her place in front of the priest as Jack turned his body to face her, the both of them smiling like fools. The priest bowed before the princess before he thumbed through his bible and began to read.
"Look Elsa," Kristoff whispered to his daughter, "that's your aunt. The women that we named you after. And guess what, she saved the world which in turn gave us the chance to have you." He kissed her forehead, tears brimming the rim of his eyes. "Your aunt is quite a badass isn't she."
The guest listened attentively as the priest read from his book. Memories of what the two had done for each person flashed through their mind like a movie screen. Remembering each memory perfectly as tears began to pull at their eyes before slowly falling down their cheeks. They were so enthralled in the atmosphere of joy that no one could explain the look that Jack and Elsa gave each other. They were lost in each other's eyes as they swam through the memories that they shared. Their hearts pounding for each other as the priest now allowed the two to exchange vows. Jack cleared his throat before he placed his hands out, open, in front of Elsa; wanting to take her hands. She quickly handing the boutique off to Anna to hold before she willing slipped her hands into his. His hands holding hers tight before he began to speak...
"Elsa, I know I'm just a common boy. I had no titles, no wealth, nor some fancy family name that all you royals seem to have." A small chuckle came from her lips. "I had nothing that could interest a Queen like you. I'm still baffled that you chose me and were getting married at this exact moment!" A laugh erupted from the crowd before it died off quickly. "I never thought I was worthy of you, I still don't. You are so beautiful in everything little thing you do, even your sneezes are cute. You are so poised and elegant, but you are mostly strong. You take care of people, you care about strangers and you try so hard to forgive people who've wronged you. I can be jealous, I can be selfish, and I can be forgetful but I promise that I will always love you. I will cherish and protect you no matter the cost. I will give up my life for you so you can smile another day. I will do anything for you and hopefully one day I will be worthy of you. But for now, I was just a common boy who fell in love with a Queen and now I'm just a boy marrying his best friend."
"Awwwww," the crowd murmured as they got out a few sniffles. Rubbing their eyes as it could be seen that Elsa was also crying. Jack wiping away her tears with his thumb, showering her in more love as he could not believe the sight before him. She collected her composure and cleared her throat in order to speak.
"Jack, when I first met you I didn't know what to expect. At first you didn't like me very much, but then you allowed me into your world and it was beautiful. You allowed me to see so many things, to experience things that I could never imagined. I thought no one was going to love me, I thought I was too weird for that. But you did, you decided to love me and you have no idea how that makes me feel. When I'm with you, I feel like I've been woken up from a bad dream and when I'm not with you, my nightmare is losing you. I get so nervous when I'm around you because you make my heart beat a thousand times per second. I get so scared when I'm not around you because I'm afraid of something happening to you. Without knowing...I fell in love with you the moment my eyes met yours, I just didn't know it yet. I didn't know that I would want to hold you so badly as I do now, I didn't know that I would want to kiss you every second of the day, and I didn't know how badly I wanted you in my life. I didn't know, but I know now that no matter what you do, that no matter how much we fight or argue, I will always love you. Breathing is so much easier with you. Life is so much happier with you. I sacrificed myself once for you and I will do it all over again for you. You were always worthy of me and I hope that I will always be worthy of you. I love you Jack Frost and nothing is gonna change that."
It was Jack's turn to cry now, a small smile on Elsa's face as she wiped his tears. Everyone is balling at this point as they couldn't help but smile from ear to ear. Their hearts feeling light as they happily watched the communion of these two people. Even the priest was getting a little choked up as he said, "you may exchange the rings now," wiping away his own tears. Making Jack and Elsa chuckle with a small cry. Elsa decided to go first this time, turning to Saraphine as she presented a small golden box to Elsa. Elsa's careful hands opened the box and pulled out a golden wedding band that was engraved with intricate details that could only be seen by it's movement in light. She smiled as she slipped it with ease on Jack's ring finger on his left hand. Jack turned around to Pitch as he presented a small golden box as well, Jack being very careful as he opened it up. His steady hands being extra careful as he pulled out a diamond ring. The ring had a golden band as three diamonds were mounted on it. The middle diamond was the largest as the other two who framed it were smaller but equal to each other in size. The light catching it perfectly as Jack gently slid the ring on to Elsa's finger. Each of them admiring each other's rings for a second before they joined hands one last time. The priest clearing his throat as he himself tried to grasp his composure.
"Do you, Jack Frost, take Elsa Dellen to be your lawfully wedded wife?" The priest asking firmly, hiding any evidence that it was just crying two minutes ago.
"I do," Jack said confidently with the biggest smile. Feeling his heart pounding out of his chest.
"And do you, Elsa Dellen, take Jack Frost to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do," she replied with the same confidence as Jack. Looking deep in his eyes as the two of them seemingly got closer. Looking so much in love as the priest smiled and closed his book.
"Then by the power vested in me, I now pronounced you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."
Jack grabbed Elsa's face and placed his eager lips upon her's as she melted against him. Wrapping her arms around his neck as he allowed his hands to fall to her waist. Lost in a deep kiss as every guest stood and cheered with applause. Making the couple remember where they were as they broke the kiss naturally. They looked at the crowd and took in all their happy faces before the two burst into a laugh. The two looking so unbelievably happy as they thread their fingers together. Looking like a painting of true peace and happiness as they hoped that they could stay happy for the rest of time.
The End
