Fighting Lovers

❄️ IMPORTANT NEWS IN AUTHOR'S NOTE MUST READ!! ❄️

I stood outside the walls. The ones that split Arendelle from the rest of the world. Watching quietly from the woods as my black hair blew in the wind. All I could remember...was my sister, how she looked, how she spoke. The memories coming back to me like a song that was long forgotten. The sense of deja vú feeling my mind as I could do nothing but recollect. But...I couldn't remember anything else, not my parents, my family or who I am. Who I...was.

"She's there, isn't she? In that town?" Jack questioned, his voice raising goosebumps as he stood behind me. I sighed, looking down on the white snow. How simple it's life must be, how...pure.

"Yes, but I don't know where she is in that village. I don't know where she belongs." I replied, my eyes continuing to peer into the snow.

"Are you...going to go see her?"

I shook my head, "no."

"Why not?"

I looked at him, my breath being taken away by his ice blue eyes. My heart fluttering as I watched his stance. One of his hands was stuffed into his blue hood while the other held his staff protectively. He wore a blank stare, trying to not show any emotion of trust or anything else. But it was his eyes that told a different story. I took a step forward, standing in front of him as he watched me with his intense gaze. He was fighting, struggling, restraining an urge that was unknown to my knowledge. I broke our eye contact, still feeling his intense glare upon my face. His presence so familiar it was almost toxic. My heart was pounding out of my chest and I wasn't even sure why.

"I'm scared," I muttered under my breath. Hearing him shift he leaned forward. His hot breath grazing my ear as he whispered...

"Of what?"

My eyes widened and a memory played. Not a memory about Anna, no...a memory of Jack. We...we had spoken these four words before...at a different time. I...was upon the bathroom floor as he knelt before me. His body hovering over mine as he inched closer. My own voice coming into play as I had replied with the words...

"You, I'm afraid of losing you."

This statement made me snap my head up. Making Jack jostle with my sudden movements. A questioning look invading his intense eyes. My breath was heavy as his fanned upon my face. I...I know you...I...felt...something for you Jack Frost. This is mad! I can't possibly fall for someone I just met...or maybe...I've met you before.

"Elsa..." He questioned. His voice dying out as I placed my hand upon his cheek. Biting my bottom lip as he hummed with satisfaction from my touch. Leaning into my hand as his eyes closed, evading my dark red ones. I don't know you and yet...it feels like I should. Jack opened his eyes, they were dark with want and hunger. Making me nervous as I placed my thumb on his lips. Shading his eyes a darker color as he exhaled. His hot breath tickling my thumb as he parted his lips. My thumb stroking them on their own accord.

"Who...who are you to me?" I whispered lowly, my throat dry from anticipation. Jack did not answer as his hand found my hip. His fingers slowly inching me forward until we were chest to chest. His arm wrapping around my waist as the chills invaded my body. Pressing my body more into him, I was not in control. My body had a mind of it's own as I grabbed his face within my hands. He growled once our skin came in contact. His eyes darted down at my lips and then back into my eyes quickly. The intensity in those eyes made me melt on the spot. Like a ghost taking over my body, I began to lean forward. Grazing my nose against his as he tilted his head slightly. His hand squeezing my hip, part of him begging me to hurry up. Slowly, I grazed my lips against his. A shot of electricity jumping threw me as I-

"I can't..." He muttered, ceasing me from all movement. Making me blink twice before I put some distance between our lips.

"I...I have a girlfriend," he replied. Showing me a face of regret as his hand reluctantly fell from my hip.

"Oh...I...um..." I stuttered, taking a few steps back so there was distance between us. "I...um...I..." I spoke nervously, running my hand through my bangs. Shit, I'm an idiot. What were you thinking!

"I-I'm sorry...I...um...I didn't know so...I..." I looked down, I couldn't look at him.

"Elsa-"

"I-I have to go now..." I quickly uttered. Feeling my heart gain a pound as it fell threw the floor. Shut up feelings! This ain't the time!

"Elsa-"

"It's okay, you'll never have to see me again. Good bye Jack Froster." I babbled quickly. I turned on my heel to elude his gaze, to walk out of his life forever. Quickly taking a few steps as I almost ran away. Wishing I could, but the hand that suddenly wrapped around my wrist...wouldn't let me. He didn't let me run.

"Please..." He begged, his own voice breaking. "...don't go."

I didn't dare look at him. His hand staying connected to my wrist in fear I would escape. Eluding him of his presence and everything about him all together. He was afraid...and so was I. I didn't want to walk away, but it felt like I had too, that I needed too. Why? Why did I feel this way?

"Why? You have a girlfriend and I can't let you help me get my memories back."

"Why? Why can't I help you?"

"Cause the things you need to do are not things a boy in a relationship should be doing." For some reason...I was beginning to get angry. I was getting frustrated.

"I want to help you."

"But you can't."

"Yes I can."

"No Jack, you can't. The only way to help me is to do things that you would normally do with your girlfriend. And besides...you don't even know me."

"So?"

"So why do you want to help me so much?!"

"Because I want you in my life!"

My heart skipped a beat as the air flew out of my lungs. My lips parting as the cold bit at them. My cheeks burning red as he came closer. Pressing his chest against my back, his warmth seeping through the layers of clothes that laid between us. I could feel his heart, it was beating fast and rapid.

"I...I see things too. Things that I want. Things that I need." He spoke in a hush whisper. His fingers moving from my wrist to my hand. His warm touch intertwining with my ice cold one.

"I see you." He paused, letting the words seep in as he grazed his nose against my ear. His hot breath wreaking havoc on that sensitive skin. "I see you in my dreams and I always wake up...regretting that you aren't here. Most of me, a big part of me wants to kiss you right here, right now. But something...is screaming for me not to. That...I would hurt you."

"Jack-"

"I don't want you to go. I feel like I already lost you once. I'm afraid of losing you again...now that I've found you once more." His hand tighten on mine, his grip locking me in place as he held onto me desperately.

"I'm not letting you run away again. Not again."

"I won't, I won't..." I spoke softly. My hand tightening around his.

❄️ Pitch's P.O.V ❄️

"They want to what?" I asked Saraphine.

"They want to see her. Pitch, they want to see Elsa."

"Why?" I questioned worried. What were they planning? What did they want from her?

"They just want to make sure if she is okay. That's all. They aren't planning anything and they don't want anything from her."

My eyes widened, "how did you-"

"You let your thoughts slip, so I was able to pick up on them. And besides..." She paused, crossing her arms as she rose her eyebrows. "It's all written on your face."

I went to say something, but my lips ended up short. Closing them in defeat as concern was painted upon my face. Saraphine sighed, her arms falling to her side in hopelessness. Her eyebrows knitted together as she rose her hands, placing them on either side of my face. The sparks going off once more as our skin came in contact.

"Pitch...they are doing nothing. They just want to know what's going on and how are we going to fix this. That's all."

I sighed, casting my eyes to the ground. I placed my hand on top of one of her's. Leaning into her warmth, into her small beautiful hand. "You'll make sure nothing happens to her correct?"

"I'll make sure nothing happens to the either of you."

My eyes snapped back up to her's. I was confused and unsure of what I heard.

Either of you.

"What?" I whispered softly. Pulling away from her as her hands fell to her sides. Her face contorted in an expression that showed that she made a mistake. She looked down, trying to quickly hide the words she just spoke.

"Nothing, it was nothing."

"No it was something Saraphine." I spoke in a hard tone that made her flinch. Making her wanting to sink into the floor or just fade away.

"What did you say?" I repeated, trying to calm myself.

"They..." She pause, sucking in a deep breath before she continued. "They want to see you too."

"What? Why me?"

"I don't know Pitch. They...they just do."

"No."

"What?" She questioned. Giving me a concerned look.

"No! I am not going!" I roared at her. Turning around as I began to walk away. Ready to drop this conversation, this obnoxious request all together.

"But Pitch," she chased after me. "If you don't go they'll think you are against them."

"I'm not against them or with them. I never was!" I screamed at her. Not wanting to look at her face as we walked into the kitchen.

"Why? You'll have so much to gain if you pick their side. They might actually let you back in."

I stopped. Feeling my rage boil as I turned to look at her. Stopping abruptly as my yellow eyes burned into her violets.

"Why? Why you ask?" I took a step forward making her step back. A unknown emotion lying deep within her eyes. "Don't you remember what they've done to me! Those monsters! Those heartless creatures, they are the reason why I'm like this! It's all their fault!"

"But-"

"Don't you but me! The council members are heartless beings who care for nothing but themselves! They don't give two shits about me! The council can go fade away from existence for all I care! I hate them!" I declared, turning my back on her as she remained silent. Allowing to take a few steps before she spoke...

"Does that include me too Pitch." Her voice was cold, silent, as if it was a twig I had just snapped in two. I ran my hand through my hair, shit, what the fuck was I thinking. I totally forgot that she is-

"Does that mean you hate me?" She whispered. My eyes widening as I quickly snapped my head towards her.

"No, Saraphine I-"

"Do you think I don't give two shits about you? Do you want me to fade from existence? To stay away from you? To disappear from life completely? Am I...heartless?" She was monotone, biting back the tears as her hands curled into fist.

"No, Saraphine that's not-"

"THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEANT!" She screamed at me. Her crying violet eyes finally connecting to mine.

"You! You....you said council members, I'm a council member too Pitch! I'm..." She began to shake violently, her teeth clench together in pain. Her hands wiping at her eyes violently.

"No, Saraphine, no. You're different, I forgot-"

"Well if that's what you want! I'll leave you alone! I'll never see you again!" She yelled before turning to run.

No! Not again, not when I've just got you back!

I faded, evaporating into air as I transported in front of the door. Catching her in my arms as she began to thrash in them. I wasn't leaving her, not again, not this time. She struggled, trying to push me away. My arms only getting tighter around her.

"Let me go! Let me go Pitch!" She protested. Her body continuing to thrash. I sighed heavily, burying my face within her shoulder. My nose being aquatinted with the sweet smell of her once more. God, how I missed you. God, I'm an idiot. A big lumbering idiot. I should of thought more, I should of chosen my words carefully. And now I've hurt you...again.

"Let me go Pitch...let me go..." She whimpered. Her body ceasing from movement as she relaxed in my hold. Her hands clawing the front of my shirt as we breathed at the same pace. Our chest rising and ascending at the same time, our hearts beating as one.

"Let me-"

"No." I growled in her ear. My voice becoming possessive on it's own accord. Feeling her shiver slightly from my words. "When I said those words...I was not thinking about you. I have completely forgotten that you were part of the council. I had completely forgotten that you were one of them."

"But you said-"

"Forget what I said..." I tighten my arms around her, pressing our bodies together. The electricity shooting through our bodies as they molded perfectly together. Control yourself Pitch, control. "...you are different. You're not like them. I need you Saraphine, I...I want you."

"Pitch-ah" her breath hitched. Her breathing now heavy as I kissed her neck slowly. My voice vibrating against her skin as I growled. Making her crane her neck back as she gave me more exposure. My lips wreaking havoc upon her soft skin. She was driving me crazy...a good kind of way crazy. She hummed, her lips parting as her senses went into overdrive. My hands gliding from her waist, to her ass, and finally under her thighs. Letting me pick her up as she wrapped her arms and legs around me.

"Pitch," she moaned my name as she pressed her body harder into mine. Another growl escaping my throat as I walked her over to the kitchen counter. Placing her down on it as I remained in between her legs. My heart was beating fast as I could only think of one thing...

I'm losing control.

I bit her ear elope, making her flinch as my hands went under her shirt. My thumbs stroking her soft addictive skin.  She shivered, moaning as my hands ran up and down her sides as she continued to keep contact with my body. My breathing became heavier as I nipped the crook of her neck. I knew I was going to leave a mark, but I didn't care...all I wanted is her. I couldn't take it anymore. Slowly, I grazed my nose against her's. My nails burying slightly into her skin as I stroke my lips against her's.

"Saraphine..." I spoke breathlessly against her lips. Lips that seemed so soft to the touch. Lips I wanted to devour.

"Yes?" She replied with the same raspiness.

"Saraphine I...I lov-"

"Master?" Kaname spoke, making me jump away from Saraphine before he came into the kitchen. Saraphine quickly jumping off the counter as she heard Kaname's voice. Her face bright red.

"What?" I snapped in annoyance.

"I just want..." Kaname's voice died out as he scanned mine and Saraphine's current states of mind. A small smirk forming upon his face as he had the idea that something was going on. Something naughty.

"What were you-" he began in a teasing tone before I cut him off.

"What is it Kaname?!"

He gave me an ungrateful look. I glared at him, making him bow his head in obedience. He should really learn how to obey his master. Especially if it's me.

"I just wanted to inform you that lady Elsa is back home. She's in her room at this moment."

I nodded, "thank you, anything else?"

"No, that was all."

"Farewell then, thank you."

"Your welcome..." he paused and his lips pricked up into a smirk. "...have fun you two naughty children!" He spoke before he ran out of the kitchen like a child.

"Gah, KANAME!" I yelled at him, hearing Saraphine giggle at my side. I rolled my eyes, glad she found amusement instead of embarrassment in his little joke of his.

"Silly Familiar." I mumbled shaking my head back and forth. Saraphine's giggling dying down as we locked eyes.

"I don't know, I found him to be kind of cute. Like a younger brother you can't get rid of."

"He's taller than me! And older!" I protested, making us both laugh as we held our stomachs. God I missed that laugh, I missed her smile, I missed...her. I grabbed her hand, making her cease all laughter as she looked at me with intrigued eyes.

"Will you...will you stay the night with me?"

"What?" She questioned. Not sure if she heard me correctly.

"Will you sleep next to me tonight? I won't be able to get a wink for I'll be worried sick until tomorrow."

"Why would you be worried sick?"

"Cause I'm afraid...I'm afraid to meet the council."

"Pitch-"

"Please Saraphine...spend the night with me. I need all the courage I have for tomorrow. I need you."

"I..."

"Please Saraphine, I need you."

She smiled and nodded. "I will, I'll stay."

❄️ Saraphine's P.O.V ❄️

I was awoken by heat and the shine of the sun. The sun peeking through the window and the heat coming from the shirtless hottie behind me. Pitch's hands were under my shirt, his palm's against my stomach. His hot breath sent goosebumps up my spine as his lips brushed against my sensitive skin. One of his legs were in between my legs, tangling us together as I leaned more into his strong firm chest. I sighed, a smile lightening my lips as I closing my eyes once more. It's true, I did stay the night and I did sleep in Pitch's bed. But NOTHING happened, children these days so dirty minded. We just climbed into bed and talked and felt...my heart beats so much for him.

But does it beat for me?

"Mmm," Pitch hummed as he tightened his arms around my stomach. A smile upon his lips as he kissed the back of my neck.

"Good morning my Angel," he murmured in a hoarse, raspy voice that was the definition of sexy. A voice that send chills down the spine just by hearing it.

"Morning sleepy head," I whispered in response. Squirming in his arms as I laid to face him. Oh god,he even looked sexy in his sleep. His black hair was a hot mess as pieces of it defied gravity. Making him look cute as his eyes were closed. His skin with not one imperfection upon it. Sharp distinct lines defining all his muscles. Unconsciously my fingers began to trace his muscles, his breath hitching from my touch. Slowly he peeked one eye open, my fingers still tracing this masterwork known as a man.

He chuckled, "enjoy what you see?"

"Yes." I responded. Having trouble ripping my eyes from his muscles to his eyes. "It's a sight I could wake up to. It's a sight...that I want to wake up to every morning."

His lips parted, his eyes wide as if I just told him an old age secret. As if I was confirming a assumption that he had made a long time ago. An answer to a long forgotten riddle. He curled his hand around the back of my neck. Pulling me forward as his thumb stroked my jaw bone. Our eyes locking into an intense stare off as our foreheads connected.

"Saraphine...I...I lov-"

There was a banged on the door and we jumped. The sound of Kaname and his voice coming from behind the wood.

"Come on! It's time to get up! We have to leave soon!" He belted out. Earning a few cuss words from Pitch.

"KANAME WHY YOU!" He roared, listening as Kaname scurried off. I chuckled, definitely a little bother. I laughed, kissing Pitch's cheek as it made him look at me. Those golden eyes always took my breath away.

"Come on, he's right we gotta go."

"But-" he began to protest before I waved my finger in front of hm.

"Nuh uh..." I taunted, kissing the other cheek before I continued. "Time to get up Nightingale. The Council is Waiting."

Today was the day that Pitch finally face his Demons.

❄️ Elsa's P.O.V ❄️

We flew far above the clouds, to a world never seen by man. A golden city in an ocean of clouds. The Council's City.

My black boots clanged against the polish marble floor. My hair was down and wavy as I wore a black long sleeve shirt with black pants. A black sleeve less vest with fur on the collar on top of the shirt. Pitch stood next to me, wearing all black as a long black, leather trench coat draped his shoulders. Kaname taking his Phoenix form perched upon his shoulder. His green eyes peeking out of his dark feathers like a jewel. My eyes snapped back up to Saraphine who was in front of us. Her long red hair tied back into a bun as she was dressed like a model. Black pumps with straps that formed and "X" on her foot with black pants. A white blouse that had a cut like a circle in the back. The sleeves transparent and lacy as they fanned out when they got to her elbows. She looked like she had just jumped out of a model magazine from one of the top brands.

"Were almost there, it's just behind those doors up ahead." She spoke solemnly, flashing Pitch a concerned glance. He took a deep breath, giving her a nod in reassurance. She nodded back, knowing what he was saying. She wasn't lying when she said we were almost there. We soon came upon two white, large, marbled doors. Each door symmetrical to the other for they both had intricate designs carved within them. Letters written in gold hanged above the door, they read...

"The Council of The Guardians, The Protectors."

Before she opened the doors, she took a deep breath. Our hearts pounding at their own rapid pace.

Here we go.

With a deep breath she pushed the doors open. A golden light appearing from her hands to the design upon the doors. They were unlocked and they now opened on their own. Revealing a white room that was almost blinding to the eye. Far ahead of us, against the back wall...was the council as they sat high upon their pedestals. A seat empty from it's owner, Saraphine's pedestal. Saraphine waited near the doors, waiting for us to catch up as we now stood beside her. Her eyes sharp and threatening upon the council members. Daring them to have the gol to try anything that could hurt me or Pitch. She only broke eye contact with them when she felt Pitch's hand grab her's. Intertwining their fingers in a tight hold that couldn't be broken.

Our stone faces set in as we faced the council once more.
