Another sleepless night. I hadn't even laid down. I was stuck at my desk, re-reading a book that Thomas had made so long ago. That book should've never seen the light of day. Now, at 7:16 in the morning, I feel exhausted. I can't think straight and my eyes are stuck half open. I get a weird feeling and jump up, getting ready for the day. Something is wrong. Something's always wrong.

I put my hoodie on and brush my hair. I apply my foundation and eye shadow and hope they hide the bags under my eyes. I teleport into the living room and see Logan and Patton looking at each other, confused and both looking horrified. Thomas is nowhere in sight. I knew something was wrong. "Hey guys, what's up?"

Patton looks over at me and clears his throat. Yeah because that wasn't under-exaggerated for Patton at all. "It appears me and Patton have somehow swapped bodies, yet we still hold our individual personalities."

Are they trying to tell me that Logan is Morality and Patton is Logic? I knew today was bad but this is weird. I look up and look at Logic. "Patton?" He nods and I quickly look at Morality. "Logan?" He nods and I feel a wave of fear wash over me.

In attempt to calm myself down, I try to convince myself it's just a prank. "Real funny guys, seriously you really overdid it this time. You're trying to make ME, the most suspicious out of all of us, believe that you two switched bodies. Come on. I'd expect it from Roman but-"

"Virgil we aren't lying!" Wait... Seriously? Patton never snaps like that. Well, he did once, but still. I look at Logic and see him nod.

"Ok OK OK... So. Somehow you two switched bodies, even though that shouldn't be possible, and you have no idea ? And what does this mean anyways?! Will you guys ever go back to normal? Will anybody else be switched? I don't think I'm ready to leave my body, even as much as I hate it."

"I think you should calm down, kiddo." How can I calm down when Patton just talked to me THROUGH LOGAN'S BODY? Whatever I need to distract myself. Thomas should know about this I'm going to go find him.

"I'm going to go find Thomas." I try to teleport to him, but nothing. The only way that could be a thing is if he's already in the room. Yet he isn't here. He could be in someone else's room but we'd know. Unless he's with Roman. 

"Virgil, what's going on?" I look at Logan and he seems to study me. I don't really want to freak him out more once he realizes we have no idea where Thomas is. 

"Hello, you three! Wait- where's Thomas? What's going on here?" I freeze at Roman's voice. That means Thomas isn't with Roman. So as far as I know he could be with a dark side. I am not prepared to deal with that. I glance at Roman for a minute before looking back at Patton and Logan, who both seem to be in a trance, watching each other intensely.

"I don't know how to explain it, but we need to get Thomas here. And soon."

"What do you mean?" I sigh and try to teleport to Thomas again. This time being open to the idea of him being with a dark side.

I open my eyes and look around. We're in.... Deceit's room? He doesn't start shedding until the end of the month thankfully but why is Thomas here? I hear a pained groan from upstairs and silently make my way up there. If Deceit is sick again I swear I will beat him. For being self preservation he really doesn't take care of himself.

I walk up the stairs and to the door of Deceit's bedroom. I haven't seen any snakes so it's likely they're all with him. I make one step purposely loud so Deceit knows I'm coming in. I open the door and see all of Deceit's snakes about to attack me at once, Thomas with Deceit's head in his lap, and a very sick looking Deceit.

edit 3. I changed a lot this time but next chapter will be changed more and I'm not looking forward to it.
