Chapter 3

Jill POV

"hello nerd" Kara sneered. "have you looked in a mirror recently? Because you look like a clown" I retort. She sits down beside me and stares at me. "listen here looser you finish this project and put my name on it beside yours and give me a script on what to say." She hisses. "fine miss sasspant" I mutter. "Jill and Kara your project is to be on Rocks" Mr. Losluck tells us. I hear Kara huff. Well I have it worst. Something flashes through my mind. A image of me and Kara.... In elementary. Any project we had to do we always did together. I look over at my old best friend. She's texting not even caring. I look past her. Sitting there with fluffy looking brown hair is Brandon. I sigh shaking my head and open my textbook as Mr. Losluck starts the lesson in a monotone voice.

*le time skip*

I grab my bag from my locker and slide my books into my bag. Pretty much I run home before anyone else can chase me. I burst into my house and run up to my room. Time to record. I log onto a hunger Games and start my intro "Hello everybody! I'm Jill and today I'm playing another hunger games!" I start playing when I notice someone sent me a private message.

'you recording' I look at it then reply 'yeah' 'could you record later' 'sure I guess' I turn off my recording and reply. 'its off.' 'cool so my names Pete' 'yeah I kinda saw' 'hey could you message this number pls. I'm from school and I watch ur recordings (number that seems pretty cool)' 'okay pete'

I log off and send Pete a message.

J 'hey Pete'

p 'heyo'

j 'So what you wanted to talk to me bout :P'

p 'I wanted to say sorry'

j 'for what?'

p 'for not helping you'

j 'I doubt you could help me, Kara'

p 'right, but I still could.'

j 'I'm sorry Pete, I might see you tomorrow but I have homework right now'

p 'right bye'

j 'see ya Pete J'

p 'bye Jill :P'

I wonder who Pete really is. He seems really nice and I want to be friends'
