READER'S POV

"And he then said to me 'Please baby don't be shy, just come over to your master' ugh! the nerve of that man!!"

Katsumi shouted angrily as she paced back and forth. We were all in the servants quarters taking a quick break from our duties. Cleo was in the corner of the room and the poor girl looked traumatised as well.

"Never mind your problems Katsumi, poor Cleo has it rough as it is."

Zoey said as she rubbed her back to try and snap her out of her shock.

"That guy....he's touching me in places he shouldn't have...please get us outta here...."

Cleo looked at me with those puppy dog eyes. We sweat dropped a little and then Sakura whispered to me.

"Looks like Cleo can't take any more from Ghirahim's pervy behaviour."

"So it would seem, unfortunately..."

I whispered back to her and then Amy spoke up.

"But it could have been worse right?"

"Shhh!!"

Katsumi hushed Amy and then Cleo groaned again and then Zoey said to her.

"Great job, you've made her feel even worse."

"Whoops, I shouldn't have said that now."

I chuckled nervously and then Zoey said to me.

"Have you girls heard about this gathering? Master Vaati told me about it."

"Yeah, I already heard the news from Dark Link and to make matters worse those people we saw at the market before we came here, are going to be there as well and we have to serve them as well that also includes, you know."

Sakura, Zoey, Katsumi and Amy got the message while Cleo didn't like that idea. Zoey looked at Cleo and she then said to us.

"I don't think Cleo can last much longer, sooner or later she's going to be traumatised for life."

"I'm so sorry that I'm not there for her, you know what Dark Link's like when he's keeping me busy."

"He knows what you're capable of, that's why he's keeping you on a tight leash and I mean that literally considering."

I frowned as I placed my hand on my collar and I said to Zoey.

"Jee thanks for comparing me to a dog."

"Hehe, sorry."

Zoey said with a sweat drop and she then said to me.

"By the way, I managed to have a word with Vaati about Serana, he hasn't told me much aside from that fact that she and her baby were murdered four years ago and she was like us before she fell in love and got married."

"How horrible, but who killed her?"

"I don't know, Vaati and the others haven't got a clue who wanted to kill her."

I thought for a moment and then Katsumi noticed my look and she asked me.

"What's on your mind?"

"Nothing except, Serana kinda reminds me of someone I knew from my childhood before the invasion happened but, I can't remember, it's been that long since I can remember my old friends from the tribe."

"Really? well, I hope your friend can do some digging, how did you pay for him anyway?"

I sweat dropped when she asked me this and I then said to her.

"Uh...well... "

"Oh no, what did you do?"

Sakura asked me as she looked at me suspiciously. I glanced at Katsumi and I said to her.

"Um, Katsumi, don't get mad when I'm about to tell you this, but, I kinda borrowed some of the rupees that you had leftover before we came here and I.. gave some of it to Hayate."

Katsumi looked at me for a moment before several tick marks appeared on her head.

"You mean to tell me that you of all people..."

Katsumi suddenly grabbed my top and she shouted at my face.

"STOLE SOME OF MY RUPEES THAT MY FATHER GAVE ME?!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU (Y/N)!! HOW COULD YOU DO SUCH A THING!!"

"I'm sorry!! the moment we eventually escape from this place I promise to pay it back!"

"I know a better way you can pay for it, WITH YOUR LIFE!!"

"Eek!!"

Sakura, Zoey and Amy grabbed Katsumi and then they managed to hold her back. I hid behind Cleo and I said to Katsumi.

"I'm so sorry Katsumi! besides, you weren't going to use that money since we're stuck here anyway!"

"I DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS IF WE'RE STUCK HERE OR NOT!! STEALING IS STEALING!! "

Sakura gripped onto Katsumi's waist tightly and she said to Katsumi

"Whoa! easy does it there Katsumi! don't take it personally!"

"Like what she said! calm down!"

Zoey shouted as she also struggled to hold back the angry Katsumi. Suddenly, someone shouted.

"What's going on here?!"

We froze on the spot and then we saw Vaati, who we didn't hear coming in. Zoey released Katsumi and she bowed to him.

"Master Vaati! I didn't hear you come in! I apologise for the noise, we were just having a little argument that had gone completely out of control."

Vaati stared at her for a few seconds and he then said to her.

"*Sighs* well try and keep it down, everybody in the castle could have heard you and your friends arguing, if you're done with your break, some of my potion bottles need cleaning up, my laundry needs to be done, the floor still has that stain when you spilled one of my potion bottles and my leech tank still needs cleaning out and you said you'd get to it once you've done with your daily chores."

Zoey sweat dropped and she then spoke up.

"Yes, sir! I'll get to it right away, sorry ladies!!"

Zoey said before she dashed out of the room. I also sweat dropped after she left and then Katsumi mumbled.

"Quite the bossy type."

"I can hear you I'm standing right here."

Katsumi sweat dropped nervously when Vaati said this and he then said to her and Cleo.

"By the way, Ghirahim is asking for you two to come back to his room, don't bother asking me what for but, you can already tell what he's like."

Cleo shivered nervously when Vaati said this and then Katsumi spoke up.

"I'll get going but, Cleo isn't feeling well I'll be sure to tell my 'master' about her."

"Fine but don't keep him waiting."

Katsumi nodded her head and she then left the room. Amy had her hand on Cleo's shoulder and she said to me.

"I'm glad Katsumi said this, I don't think Cleo could have lasted another minute with that perv."

Vaati looked at Cleo and he could clearly see that Cleo was shaking like a leaf. Vaati walked over to her and he knelt down to her.

"Tell me something, does your friend have a history depression?"

"Well, last year she did, that was only because she was being bullied and that was when we noticed she started to hurt herself, even (Y/n) spotted that she had suicidal thoughts."

I see, well, if I were you, I'd keep a very sharp on her and make sure she gets something to eat as well, she's starting to lose weight."

Vaati stood up and then he left the room before he said to us.

"By the way, (Y/n), Sakura, you two better get back to work and Amy, you've got the day off so you can look after your friend."

"O-OK."

Amy said before Sakura and I left the room. Before headed back to Dark Link, I caught up with Vaati and I called out to him.

"Wait, Vaati."

Vaati stopped in his tracks and he then looked at me and I then asked him.

"I don't get it, why did you tell us to look out for Cleo? I thought you said that the only time you'd help was back at the slave market."

"I only did that because you screwed up the first time before you even came here besides, I can clearly tell that your friend means a lot to you just like how Serana meant to us."

Vaati said as he glanced at the picture of Serana. I was surprised when he said this and then Vaati said to me.

"Forget you heard me say that now get back to Dark Link before he gets mad."

"You seem to have a thing for helping others, I'm starting to wonder if those rumours I've heard about you were nothing but lies."

"Hmpf, you'll be surprised at what we're capable of, now get going."

I was about to say something until my throat started hurting suddenly again. I clutched my neck in pain and I fell to my knees in pain. Vaati was shocked when he saw this and then I heard footsteps behind me and I knew who they belonged to.

"Honestly, your break was over five minutes ago and I've already warned you about your rebellious behaviour."

I couldn't breathe properly with the choke collar heating up so suddenly and then Vaati placed a spell on the collar and then it suddenly disappeared. I gasped for air and I started coughing badly. Vaati looked at my neck while I was gasping for air and then he glared at Dark Link.

"You idiot, don't you realise what you're doing to her? she couldn't breathe properly with that thing on, how tight did you even put that choke collar on her?"

"Don't interfere with me Vaati! I can do whatever I want with my slaves and I don't need a lecture from you!"

"Then at least keep it loose when she's wearing it, that's all I'm saying especially when you're trying to punish her or hold her back with it, if Serana were still alive, would you have done the same to her if she were like (Y/n)?"

Dark Link frowned when Vaati said this and then he turned his back towards us.

"*Growls* fine, but don't tell me what I can or cannot do with my slaves especially with you."

Dark Link said before he clicked his fingers and then the collar was back on and this time, it was on my neck loosely so that it was easier for me to breathe and it was comfy around my neck. Dark Link walked away from us and I then looked at Vaati and I whispered to him.

"Thank you, Vaati, I owe you one."

I stood up and I caught up with Dark Link.

VAATI'S POV

After I helped (Y/n), I stood there with a small smile on my face and I thought to myself.

'In some ways, she really does remind me of you, Serana.'

I glanced at the picture of Serana and I then sighed before I headed back to my room.

TIME SKIP...

It was now night time and I stood outside of the entrance to the sewers and then Hayate showed up along with some documents in his arm.

"Do you have the information I asked for?"

"Right here but, there's something odd about this Serana person you told me about."

"What do you mean?"

"Take a look for yourself."

I opened the document folder and I was shocked when I saw the information and the identity of Serana and I was shocked at the information.

"What's going on? what is this?"

"I'm not sure myself but it looks like that woman's name isn't really Serana it's just a fake name, her real name is right here and get this, she was one of your tribe members."

I was shocked when Hayate said this and I then remembered who she is now.

"No way...Serana is Lily Takashi? it can't be..."

I mumbled as I looked at the information.

"That's her all right, we all thought she and her family were all killed during the invasion a few years ago, but somehow, she managed to survive and she ended up in the Slave market and she has changed her name as well, I think I know exactly why she did it, she was trying to protect her tribe and her family name."

"I know what you mean they were well-trained assassins back in the day, I wonder if someone had a bounty on Lily and then they killed her."

"No, I seriously doubt that, if they knew that the last of the Takashi family were still alive then they would have learnt about her being in the slave market, something tells me there's more going on."

"I know, the information I gathered didn't make sense either."

"It might be a little risky but, do you think you can find something in Ganon's office? any reports or any orders for his men especially my sister? I get the feeling those two might have had something to do with this."

Hayate nodded his head and he then said to me.

"I'll do what I can but make sure you don't get yourself killed or punished for that matter while I'm at it."

"Hehe, I'm a well-trained assassin, if I did get punished I can take it."

I said with a smirk before I left Hayate to go back into that stink hole where he lives. 

3RD PERSON POV

Once (Y/n) got back to her room, Dark Link couldn't sleep as he stared out of the window and he then gently side punched the window as he remembered his and Vaati's conversation earlier today after he helped (Y/n).

"If Serana were still alive, I wouldn't be acting like this...damnit...why do I feel sympathy towards her after hurting her?"

Dark Link mumbled as he remembered (Y/n)'s painful look on her face after using that choke collar on her neck. Dark Link frowned and he then mumbled again.

"Curse that Ex-sheikah...I won't fall in love again, I shut away my heart from the world four years ago after Serana died."
