With the engagement ring in his pocket Ben walked on stage, he saw his father and Bazine with her family sitting there.

He did his opening monologue and was applauded , then Rey began with the silks .

He smiled and let her do her thing, he was looking out into the audience as Rey was doing an amazing trick.

He saw a gingered hair man watching with a smile, he had a huge grin on his face which made Ben rather uncomfortable.

He was at his bow , when he grabbed a mic and called Bazine to the stage .

She smiled and walked down, high heels , a long black tight dress and a dark navy blazer over it.

"Bazine Netal" he said and dropped onto one knee "would you please give me the honor of being your husband and will you marry me ?"

"Oh Ben ! Yes!" She said and then he slipped the diamond on her hand to pick her up and kiss her.

The audience clapped and cheered for the new couple and Rey slowly walked back stage .

She went to her dressing room and found a bouquet of purple roses tied in a vase with a note .

She blushed and gently smelled the roses, taking in their sweet scent .

Rey grabbed the bun at her head and began to unpin the braid and such that was almost sewn into her head.

She shakes her hair as it came down in loose waves , the grabbed a makeup wipe to wipe away the lipstick and heavy eye makeup that she wore.

Once she was cleaned face and hair down she threw her leggings and a Skywalker shirt on then a blue sweater over top, her bag and slipped her converse on .

She walked out and saw Hux standing there with a smile on his face "let me walk you to your car ?" He asked and she nodded.

"You did wonderful" he said.

"Oh please ... I was half a step -"

"You did wonderful, you always pick on yourself like this. Remember what your grandfather said 'I get the harshest reviews from -"

"My biggest critic whom is myself" she laughed .

"I think you did wonderful ... your ring leader ... he need work" Hux said with a slight chuckle.

"I agree with you a little on that" she smiled "Leia gave him the job because Luke was retiring and wanted to keep it a family business"

"So even though you're more qualified they gave it to him?" Hux asked as they walked in the parking lot.

"There's always been nepotism in circuses... I just didn't think Skywalker would the circus to do so" she admitted looking down at her blue shoes .

"Rey, why don't you come see our show tomorrow night? I saw your shows and you don't have one tomorrow ? Remember you said you would see me one day-"

"Back in circus camp when I was 13 and you were 17... back when I had a major crush on you and I was like your kid sister-"

"And how did that next summer turn out? Oh right, is making out in the supply closet when I was a camp consular" he chuckled .

"Oh stop it !" She giggled "you kissed me !"

"Only because you asked me to... you have to admit those years leading up to your 18th birthday were good for us" he said .

"They were ... you chose First Order and I chose Skywalker -"

"I know ... but at least see my show?" He asked .

"Okay" she smiled and he hugged her when they reached her car . "I'll see you Arm" she the kissed his cheek and got in the car .

He smiled as he walked back to find his own . "Hey !" And Hux turned to see Ben .

"Hello?" Hux said walking to him "wonderful show mate -"

"What the hell where you doing with her ?" Ben asked folding his hands over his chest.

"I was catching up with an old friend ... we went to circus camp together when we were kids" Hux explained "why ?!"

"She kissed you" Ben said disgusted.

"Yes she did ... she kissed my cheek oh lord ... she kissed my cheek go alert the church elders why don't you ?! Or how about your fiancé ? Hmm ... I bet she'd love to know you watched a woman kiss a man's cheek then yell at said man for getting a peck on the cheek" he said to Ben with a smirk .

"I don't like you" Ben said "stay away from her"

"Mind your own damned business" Hux said and walked to his own car .
