Naruto's eyes began to glow-both of them. The cobwebs around him unravelled. Muffet looked shocked as he slowly rose up into the air, glowing a bright blue. He could see his vision tinting purple from some of the kyuubi red chakra mixing in. He's sure his pupils must be slits.

The massive pet creature tried to attack him, but he just held his hand out. His hand glowed and the creature was surrounded by blue flames. Naruto swiped his hand and the creature was sent barrelling into the wall, turning into dust immediately.

Muffet lost her playful smile, standing up from her sitting position. Naruto glared at her. "LET US GO!" He screamed, and she froze up. Naruto glared at her, slowly raising his hand.

Until a spider dropped a letter down to muffet.

She read it, before sighing.

"Oops. The spiders in ruins just told me that you helped them. It must have been some other human who was killing us. Alright, you can go" she waved her hand and the webs dissolved.

She shoved them towards the door and closed it. Rebecca was holding onto lucy tight, tears in her eyes.

"G-guys" she whispered, and kara gasped, covering her mouth. Lucy's hp bar hovered above her head.

Rebecca was chocking and sobbing, desperately clutching at her best freinds corpse.

Clarence put a hand on her shoulder gently, bangs hiding the fact that he was crying as well. Naruto punched the wall.

"DAMN IT!"

Mia frowned at Naruto. "Calm down, now isn't the time!" She wrapped an arm around Rebecca.

Naruto glared back at her, noting the way she flinched but not finding within himself the will to care. All he could see is a corpse of someone he could have saved.

Then Lucy's soul began to rise out of her chest. Sans spoke up.

"That's about to shatter. It's all you have left of her. Do you.... want to take it?"

Rebecca sniffed and looked at him. "what?"

"If you absorb her soul, you'll absorb all of her memories and magic. She will never truly be gone"

Rebecca nodded, reaching out and touching the soul. It looked so fragile.

"H-how do i-?"

"Just hold it up to your soul"

She did.

A white light encased the room.
