Devon cried out in shock at her limp body, before glaring at undyne. His entire self was engulfed by orange magic.

He lunged at her, fist narrowly missing her face as she dodged. Out of the corner of his eye he saw that everyone except naruto and sans had ran. Undyne seemed to be stuck between fighting them or pursuing the others.

He scooped Abigail up in his arms and ran. Sans looked at naruto and froze when he saw the other's eye, but still grabbed his hand and they ran after the others.

As undyne chased them, naruto's phone rang. He pulled it out whilst running. Papyrus' voice rang through the air.

"HEY I WAS JUST THINKING THAT YOU, ME AND UNDYNE SHOULD HANG OUT SOMETIME! I think you would make great pals!"

Naruto snorted at the irony.

"Let's meet up later!"

The call ended and naruto pocketed the phone.

The atmosphere grew warmer. The paths thinned and below them were pits of lava. They ran across a bridge. The heat was unbearable.

Then.... Undyne collapsed. Panting. Muttering about it being too hot. The group sighed in relief.

"Well that was.... An experience?" Clarence offered. James clung onto his hand, never taking his eyes off of undyne.

They noticed a water cooler. As everybody rushed to get a cup, mia got two. As the rest watched in confusion, she drank one then dumped the other over undyne.

Undyne shivered, then slowly stood up. She stared down at a nervous mia for a few seconds, before taking a deep breath.... And walking away.

Mia sighed out shakily and gave the others a thumbs up. They stared incredulously at her, aside from naruto who smiled at her.

"Let's keep going, shall we?"
