(Short timeskip)

A spear landed in front of kara making her jump and shreik. Looking up, there undyne stood.

She screamed, grabbing sans hand and running, the others following.

The rain of spears never ceased, and the room was a maze. They kept going down the wrong paths.

A spear just missed her, nicking her cheek and drawing blood. Her arms and legs were cut and she knew the others weren't spotless either.

Finally, naruto stopped. The others looked at him in shock, but then saw he was staring in horror at a rain of arrows.

Mia tackled him to the floor, several of the projectiles impaling her on the back, making her scream
Naruto tore them out (much to her pain) and grabbed her hand to keep running, her normally pink shirt now dyed a shade of red.

Eventually, they came across another field of tall grass and dived in. Kara found her arm covered in blood and cuts and cried silently as the pain finally hit her. Rebecca clutches onto Lucy and James was frozen with fear. Clarence seemed to be trying to comfort him with a look.

Undyne approached their hiding spot. Mia swallowed thickly, a thin line of blood dribbling down her mouth.

Undyne summoned a spear. Sans and narutos eyes glowed in warning and kara sobbed into sans shoulder.

However, when she brought the spear down, she brought it apon that child monster they had seen earlier.

Undyne dropped the child and stalked off.

After 10 seconds the group dared breath.

"I-im sorry sans!" Kara apologised. "I got your jumper covered in blood, and now it's all torn!"

Sans hugged her. "Nah, don't worry. That old thing? It fine!!!"

This only made kara sob harder, muttering thank you.

They slowly crawled out of the bushes, and the kid ran up to them excitedly.

"Yo, did you see that? Undyne touched me! Im never washing again! Man, are you unlucky! If you were standing just a lil' bit to the left!-"

Kara shivered at the thought. She didn't get why the child was so infatuated with undyne. Undyne was terrifying!!

"Yo, don't worry! I'm sure we will see her again!" And then they ran off.

In the next room was a telescope. Kara cheered up and ran over. Sans chuckled and quickly stopped her. When she frowned at him, he ran his fingers over it, revealing a coat of paint.

Rolling her eyes at the prank, she waited until he had cleaned it until looking through.

It was breathtaking. The gems in the ceiling looked like real stars! They glimmered and shone and she breathed in awe.

Then they headed south. The path stretched out into a pathway that was only lit by a few glowing shrooms and crystals. It all felt romantic.

The path was thin, so they walked in twos behind each other. Kara and sans, mia and naruto, Abigail and Devon, Lucy and Rebecca, and Clarence and James.

As they chatted, kara felt sans hold her hand. She blushed but squeezed his hand. He smiled at her.

When they reached the end, kara let go of sans hand. She wouldn't show it, but she was slightly disappointed.

Walking further,a path branched into north and east. They headed east first.

As they walked they found an umbrella stand. Kara took a red one to share with sans, and Abigail took a yellow one. The rest took ones that coincidentally reflected the coloured of their souls.

"Yo, you got an umbrella? Awesome!"

Oh, the monster kid is back.

"Let's go!"

"Wait... Your tagging along?" Kara asked in surprised, and he grinned. She shrugged and continued on.

"Yoooooo, undyne is sooooo cooool! She beats up bad guys and never loses!

" never?" Kara asked curiously, and the kid nodded."yeah, she's captain of the royal guard because she's soooo big and stroooong!"

"Cool" kara muttered.

Then monster kid went on another big rant. But one bit made her listen. "Asgore, did you just say?"

"Yeah, he's like the king of all monsters!"

"What's he like?"

"Well, his real name is Mr.dreemurr, but we call him king fluffybuns because he's so kind!"

"But hasn't he killed 6 humans?" Kara couldn't help but ask. Monster kid froze. "Y-yeah but those kids were bad" he sounded upset and kara rushed to take it back, but he carried on. "One of them was a killer."

Kara wouldn't talk after that. Monster kid wouldn't either.
