The rules are:

Always open

Keep it PG-13, except for in Shhh Smexy Stuff or Ooooo Gore (I'm weird I know)

Swearing is fine

Don't kill another character without consent of the RPer 

If one of your characters dies, you're free to make a new one

You can have as many OCs as you want

You can have a maximum of three canon characters

You can ask someone for a canon character they have, but no fighting about it

If you have control of a Canon character and are inactive for more than a week, the character is up for grabs

Out of roleplay speech should be put in parentheses 

No shipping Violet and Klaus, it's weird
