BONUS CHAPTER: Please Remember
TWO BONUS CHAPTERS IN A ROW!? Okay then...
*Mitch's POV*
"Mitch, you need to get off the computer! This man, Jerome, he isn't real!" Sk- Adam yelled. I stood up and turned to Adam, filled with rage.
"WE AREN'T REAL." I said. Adam took a few steps back in freight.
"I'VE TOLD YOU BEFORE," He yelled back. "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!"
"You would know if your boyfriend was far... far away from you..." I mumbled. I sat back down, completely ignoring anything else Adam had to say.
"JEROME WAS NEVER REAL! HE IS JUST A FIGMENT OF YOUR IMAGINATION; SOMETHING WE NEVER SAW! YOU HAVE TO STOP BELIEVING IN HIM." Adam yelled, not giving up.
"No," I said. "You're wrong. You just don't remember. Please.... Please remember." I actually was expecting him to remember.
"Mitch," He said, sighing. "I shouldn't have told you this but... Ty and I... we.. we were thinking of putting you in a mental asylum. My eyes widened. They actually though I was crazy...
"Adam. Before I let you bastards take me away to an asylum, tell me this. Where did you get that amulet?" At first, he looked at me in shock. He tilted his head down, refusing to look at me.
"I... I don't kn-"
"You do know, Adam," I cut him off. "You know exactly where you got it from. Look me in the eyes, and tell me where you got that amulet." Reluctantly, he looked at me, straight in the eyes.
"I found it in a world... made of blocks. No... No. I was given it. By two... friends. One wasn't a human, though." He chuckled. "Silly dream, ain't it?"
"That wasn't a dream! That happened! I was the human!" I said, my hopes finally risen. Please remember. Suddenly, Ty came crashing into the room, crying. He ran over to Adam and squeezed him tight.
"Sk-Sky..." He choked out. I gasped. He remembers. He actually remembers.
"Ty, my name is Adam."
"N-No it's not. Its Sky." He replied.
"Look, whatever Mitch told you, don't believe him." Ada- Sky said.
"M-Mitch didn't say a-anything." Ty answered. Sky looked shocked. Ty suddenly dug his hand in his pocket, and pulled out a note. "I found this, yesterday, on our doorstep." I walked over to read the note with Sky.
You guys forgot home.
How could you? You forgot your birthplace, your life, and more importantly, your bestfriend, Jerome, who is trapped there!
You forgot that the world made of blocks, Minecraft, is where you belong.
But we know how to get you guys back.
But it must sacrifice a piece of you; something very precious.
Lay it on the ground, right where the portal opened and sucked Jerome in.
Then the portal will open, and you can go back home.
There was no signature, but I had an idea on who wrote it. "They just won't leave, will they?" Ty chuckled, as if he was reading my mind. Suddenly, Sky's head perked up. He had a smile on his face. He waved, and then so did Ty. At first, I was confused. Then, I turned around and saw Jerome on the screen, waving at us. I waved back at him, mouthing the words "I love you."
Suddenly, a dark figure appeared from behind him. It had a sword and slowly slit his throat... "JEROME!" I called out. I ran over to the computer, watching helplessly as I saw my husband die... He had tears in his eyes and yelled out, "Mitch, I love you!" What if that is the last time I hear his voice? Jerome's eyes slowly closed as the figure stabbed him multiple times. Then, the screen went black. And this time, it wasn't a dream.
