Halloween.

"Mommy that smells yucky!" Grayson backs away from Jessica as she tries applying his green face.

"Well I'm sorry but this is what you wanted.

"I taste it!" Grayson gags.

"Well don't lick your lips, Gray."

"I don't like it!  I don't like it!"

"You want me to take it off?"

"No then I'll look dumb without the green paint!"

"Don't say that word!" Jessica taps his mouth with the makeup sponge.

"Sorry." He groans.

"Once it dries it won't bother you as much.

"Hey Jess, I think Nova's hungry." Danny says walking into the bathroom.

"Okay hand her to me."

"You want me to finish up on Gray?"

"No that's fine, I can multitask." She says adjusting herself so that the baby could eat.

Grayson looks down and laughs as Jessica continues doing his makeup.

"You're so crazy, momma!" He nods.

"Hey!" Jessica laughs.

Jessica finished his face and sprayed his hair black.

"I look like you, daddy!" Grayson smiles.

"You do!" Danny chuckles.

Danny dressed Nova in her ladybug costume and she was all smiles a giggles.

"Look how happy she is, mommy!" Danny smiles.

"Ah! My beautiful girl!"

Nova giggles making Jessica giggle as well.

"I just wanna eat you up!"

"Don't eat her!" Grayson grabs Jessica's arm.

"I'll try to control myself, baby." She chuckles.

"And you! Daniel.. Hah! Khakis are not your look."

"Thanks!" Smirks.

"My gorgeous little ladybug and my handsome, Frankenstein!  Let mommy get some pictures of you two!"

"Smile, Nova!" Grayson says standing next to his sister who was propped up on the ground.

Nova looked up to her big brother with wide eyes.

"Novies honey, look at me!" Jessica snaps her fingers.

Nova looks to her mother then back at Grayson in confusion.

"She's so confused!" Danny laughs.

"I know!  Well I got some cute pictures anyway!  We should get going."

"Sam!  Tiff!  We're leaving!"

"Alright mom, we'll see you there!" He shouts.

This was the first time James and Caroline hosted a party with this many people, but all went really well.

"Jessie!"

"Mckenna!  Hi, pretty girl!  How are you?"

"I'm good!  Where's Nova?"

"She's with her daddy hanging out with the guys."

"Can I steal her away from him?"

"If she'll go to you then sure!"

"Oh she'll come to me!" Mckenna takes off.

Jessica laughs and picks up little Asher who was stumbling over to her.

"Hey buddy!  What are you up to?"

"No!"

"No?  Hey!  What are you telling me no for?"

"That's all he ever says." Sarah chuckles.

"They all do that.  No is the answer for everything, huh?"

"No!"

Jessica laughs and kisses his cheek.

As the night went on Danny got a little bit tipsy.  He walked over to where Jessica was standing and slapped her right on the butt.  She was talking to Caroline's mother so her face immediately turned red.

"Daniel!"

"Look at you lookin' so hot in that little blue dress."

Jessica gave him a look and pushed his hands away from her body.

"Why are you being so rough, babe?"

"Will you please go sit over there?  I'm trying to talk to our son's mother in law!" Jessica was clenching her jaw.  She was so embarrassed .

Danny walked away and Jessica turned back to Susan.

"I'm so sorry!"

"Heh!  It's okay!"

"Here you go, ma.  She doesn't want me anymore.. and here's her bottle."

"Thank you, James." Jessica takes the baby and her bottle.

"She's probably mad because he was trying to feed her a bottle."

"Oh does she not take one?"

"Well she usually does because when I'm at work my parents or Danny's mom will give her a bottle, but she knows I'm here, so.."

"Oh and she wants the real stuff, huh?" Susan laughs.

"Exactly!  Here baby, drink your baba."

Nova arches her back and cries.

"Oh goodness!  Please excuse me, Susan."

"No problem, dear.  You go ahead and feed this little beauty."

"We'll be back." Jessica smiles.

Jessica sat in James' office that used to be Sam's office when they lived there together.  It was so crazy to her that the house she and Sam worked so hard for and raised their children in, now belonged to her son. She was so proud of him.

"Knock knock!" Danny opens the door.

He sits beside her and gives her a smirk, "Can I be next?"

"Daniel." Jessica rolls her eyes.

"What's gotten into you?  I was talking to Caroline's mother!  Why in the world would you embarrass me like that?"

"What's embarrassing?! I have a hot wife!  Who can blame me?"

Jessica scoffs and looks down at the baby.

Danny stays quiet then pokes her boob.  "Poke!  Poke!" He says in an annoying voice.

"Daniel, cut it out!"

"I'm sorry!" He laughs and lifts his hands.

Jessica ignores him and keeps her eyes on the baby.

"This couch is comfortable!  We could do it on here." He says bouncing up and down making the baby cry.

"Will you stop it!"

"You don't wanna?"

"What?  I Am Not going to have sex with you in my son's home!  This was Sam's office, are you nuts!"

"Sorry.. Jess, you're no fun anymore!"

"Well I'm sorry that I'm an adult and you're acting like a horny little teenager."

"Oh God, here we go again!  Why are you so against intimacy?  It's like before the baby you wanted it all the time, now you never want to do anything at all!"

"Well for one I'm busy, Daniel.  I work, then I come home and watch two kids and cook dinner for you to have when you get home, and second I just had a baby!  I know you've never gone through birth, but things don't heal over night!  After I had the twins I was sore for an entire year!  If I'm not in the mood, I'm not in the mood!"

"But you NEVER ARE!" He shouts.

"Will you shut up!" Jessica stands up and lightly bounces the baby who was crying due to Danny's loud voice.

"You're being ridiculous right now, and if you don't want to dig yourself a bigger hole, then I'd suggest to get out of my sight as soon as possible."

Danny heavy breathes and walks out.

"Having trouble breathing, Daniel?!" Jessica shouts loud enough for him to hear.

The next morning Danny went downstairs and Sam was up making breakfast while Tiffany was feeding the baby.

"Good morning."

"Morning.."

"You okay?" Sam asks.

"Yeah." Danny says with a long sigh.

"You wanna talk?"

"No, it's fine.."

"You sure?  You seem like something's bothering you."

"Sam.. Your mother and I.. Well we.. We haven't really been intimate lately, and-"

"Woah Danny!  What the hell makes you think I care?!"

"Well you asked."

"I didn't ask for a sex schedule!"

"Sorry.." Danny looks down.

"Dan, I'm sorry.. It's just.. That's my mom!"

"I know, I'm sorry."

"Maybe uhm.. Just give her some space and.. Maybe she'll come to you.." Sam says with a look of discomfort.

"Maybe.."

"How bout some eggs?"

"Sure, thanks."

Everyone came down for breakfast and things were a bit awkward with Danny and Jessica.  Sam had had enough.

"Mom, will you just have sex with the man?!"

"Sam!  Daniel, what did you say?!"

"Show the man some love so he doesn't have to mope around and tell me about it!"

Jessica gave Danny a mean look.

"I'm sorry!  He asked!"

"What does sex do?" Grayson asks.

"I don't know, I've forgotten, Gray."

"Oh Christ, Daniel!" Jessica slams her fist down on the table.

"It's okay, I'll ask grandma!" Grayson says with wide eyes.

Grayson's Birthday.

Jessica and Danny have talked and put their differences aside to prepare for not only Grayson's birthday, but their boys coming home, and Thanksgiving as well.

"Happy Birthday, Grayson!  How does it feel to be six years old?!" Jessica asks him.

"So good!  Today my daddy is thirty eight!"

"You are so smart, Grayson!"

"Thank you!  When are my boys getting home?"

"Your boys?" Jessica giggles.

"They'll be home in a couple hours."

"Yay!!  I've missed them so much!!"

"So have I!  They should be home just in time for your birthday party!"

"AHHHHHH!!!!"

"Excited?" Jessica laughs.

"I'M SUPER EXCITED!"

Grayson had his party at jumping world.  Jessica wasn't a huge fan of the accident prone place, but Grayson wanted it so badly she eventually gave in.

"Grayson, go up there so I can take your picture coming down that big slide!"

"Okay, mommy!"

Danny signaled the boys to come in so that they could surprise Grayson when he came down.

"Weee!!  Haha!  This is Awesome!  Ahhh!  Mikey and Zach!  Mikey and Zach!" Grayson struggles to get out so Michael and Zachary jump in.

"Happy Birthday, buddy!"

"I missed you guys so much!"

"We missed you too!"

Jessica smiles at her boys with so much love in her heart.

"Oh no!" Grayson says as kids come sliding down to them making Jessica and Danny laugh.

"Hey mom!  How are you?"

"Oh Zachary, I'm doing well!  You're too skinny, you go get a plate of food, mister!" Jessica taps his cheek.

"I will, ma." He chuckles.

Michael hugs her and Jessica baby talks, "My little baby Michael!  How are you doing?"

"Great!"

"Happy I made you go back to school?"

"Yes, mom!" He says in a funny tone.

Jessica laughs, "Momma always knows best!"

Thanksgiving.

"Happy first Thanksgiving, Nova!  I am so so thankful for you, pretty baby!"

Nova kicks her legs and giggles.

"Hah!  Let's go see what Daddy's doing."

Jessica picks her up from the bed and walks to the kitchen.

All the boys were helping him out.

"Woah!  Look at this, Nova!  All these boys slaving away in the kitchen and us girls can just sit back and watch a movie!"

"Happy Thanksgiving my two beautiful ladies." Danny smiles and walks over to give them both a kiss.

"Happy Thanksgiving, baby! Happy Thanksgiving, boys!"

"Thanks! You too, ma!"

She then joined Caroline and Tiffany in the living room.

"Novies!  Come to auntie!" Caroline holds her hands out.

Jessica hands her over and sits back on the couch.

"Are the boys' girlfriends coming over later?"

"Well Michael and Grace broke up."

"Oh really?  I didn't know that!"

"Yeah, she was the one he was going to drop out of school for." Jessica says making the girls laugh at the face she was making.

"But Zachary's girlfriend will be here."

"Oh okay!  Alyssa, right?"

"Yeah." Jessica nods.

"She seems nice.. Think she'll fit into our group?" Caroline asks Tiffany."

"Today will be the test!"

"Oh goodness!  That poor girl!" Jessica says making them laugh.

Dinner went well.  All of their family and Alyssa came over.  She's shy, but was very nice to everyone.

That night all of the kids stayed downstairs talking.

"I think we should all take a couples trip!" Caroline suggests.

"Yeah!" James agrees.

"To VEGAS!" Caroline says more than a little tipsy.

"All the couples in Vegas.. That sounds fun!" Zachary smiles.

"Well thanks!" Michael says sarcastically.

"Hah!  Awe, Mike!  You should invite Christi!" Alyssa says.

"Who's Christi?" James asks.

"No one!"

"Uhm!  OOO-Kay!" Alyssa says.

"Who is she?!" Sam asks sitting up in his chair with a smile on his face.

"She's the reason he and Grace aren't a thing anymore." Zachary says.

"What!  Michael, you cheated?"

"No!  We just.. No!"

"Oh my gosh!"

"Michael, that's horrible!  I'm so disappointed in you!" James says.

"Me too.. But what a stud!" Sam smiles.

"Samuel!" Tiffany hits him.

"Sorry!  It's very wrong, Mike!" He narrows his brows.

"I know it is.. She's just so hot!"

"Invite her!  This will be so much fun!  The gang all back together again.. with a few new members." Sam smiles.

"Sam, I don't think we should go.  We can't go to Vegas with a baby."

"We'll leave him with my mom and Danny."

"Sam, that's a lot to ask of them!  Your mom is so busy with the two and with work, and so is Danny.  We can't ask them to watch Samuel.  He's not even sleeping though the night yet!"

"Come on, babe.  Please!!  It'll be so much fun!"

"Sam.."

"You're no fun!  Why can't we go?"

"I just told you why, Samuel!"

"But I Have A Mom!"

"I understand that, but you can't expect her to drop everything to watch our child.  Yes she's his grandmother, but hes not her responsibility. He's ours."

"Can't I at least ask her?"

Tiffany sighs, "If you want to, Sam."

"Okay!" Sam jumps up and runs upstairs.

"Right now, Samuel?! It's late, don't go up there!"

Sam ignores her and goes up to Danny and Jessica's room anyway.

"HeyyyOH MY GOD!  OH MY GOD!" They hear Sam yell followed by the door slamming and think something's wrong.

"What!" Tiffany's eyes widen.

Sam moved his mouth but no words came out.

"Sam, What!" James asks panicked

"Remember I told you Danny came to me about mom not wanting to be intimate?"

"Ew."

"Looks like Danny got his way."

"That's disgusting." Michael nods his head and makes a face.

A while later Danny came down in his robe.

"Enjoy the show, Samuel?"

"Oh God, please don't" He says not looking Danny in the face.

"Did you need something?"

"No.. I don't need anything ever again."

"That's what you get, Samuel!" Tiffany says.

"No one deserves what I just saw, Tiff." He nods.

"Was I doing that bad?" Danny asks.

"Dad, stop!" Zachary says.

Danny laughs and says, "I'll be out of here shorty. You're mother wanted a beer."

"A beer?  Mom, be a classy lady." Sam nods.

Tiffany rolls her eyes and pushes his arm.

The next day.

"Good morning, peeper!"

"Mom.  Don't."

"What did you need coming into my room so late anyway?"

"I wanted to know if you'd watch the baby for Tiff and I."

"Of course!"

"Awesome!  We're going to Vegas."

"Wait, what!"

"Couples trip." He smiles.

"Samuel, for how long?"

"Not that long.. Like a week in December."

"A week?!"

"Yes and Tiffany doesn't think I should ask you, but I know how much you love your little grandson!" Sam smiles and holds the baby up.

"Honey, you know I do but.."

Sam holds him closer to her.

"I saw you having sex, you owe me this you old woman!"

"Alright, we can watch him!"

"Yes!!  Thank you!!"

"It'll be hard but-"

"But you're supermom!" He smiles and kisses her cheek.

"You bet your ass I am!"

He chuckles and hugs her tighter and kissing her cheek again.
