Danny took Zachary home, leaving Jessica and Michael alone.

"I hope you're not upset or angry with me."

"No, I'm not.. I'm happy if you're happy.. I don't know how I didn't realize coach liked you. I mean, he bought you earrings from Tiffany's!"

"They were from you though!"

"Mom, he helped A LOT!"

Jessica chuckles and he finishes.

"He threw you that surprise party after the game in that party room, and bought you this huge cake.  I don't get how I didn't seen it."

"Just let me know if it's too weird.. You can talk to me, Mikey."

"No, no it's not. I mean it's a little strange right now, but I'll get used to it."

Jessica smiles and walks over and gives him a hug.

"I love you, mom.. I just want you to be happy."

"Thank you, baby.. Now get to school."

"Heh! Can't I just stay home?"

"No you cannot!" She says in a cute voice as she playfully pinches his nose.

"Mama!"

"Baby boy! Did you have fun with your friends last night?" Jessica picks him up and kisses his cheek.

"Yeah!"

"Jessie! Grayson needs to stay over all the time!" McKenna says.

"Awe, well he may be coming over more often now." Jessica smirks at Sarah.

"Oh my gosh, how did it go?!" Sarah jumps up and down.

"Sarah he's so amazing!" Jessica gets a smile on her face.

"Awe Jess! Look at that smile!"

Jessica giggles and hides her face.

"So I'm assuming it went well."

"Yes! Oh my gosh, he's so sweet, and he's hilarious! He called me beautiful like twenty times last night!"

"Aw Jess! He sounds great!"

"He is! We went back to my house, we had a glass of wine and talked for hours... We kissed." She smiles.

"Ah!"

"I know! Then I asked him to hold me.."

"Awe!" Sarah smiles.

"We cuddled underneath a blanket and fell asleep. We didn't mean to, but it just felt so comfortable."

"Oh that sounds so nice! I'm so happy for you!"

"Thanks you. This morning he jerked in his sleep waking me up. He was having a falling off a cliff dream and it was so cute!" Jessica laughs.

"Awe that's adorable!"

"I know! I played with his stubble.. I gave him a good morning kiss.. and then our kids walked in."

"Woah what?!" Sarah snaps out of it and her eyes widen and her jaw drops.

"Yeah!" Jessica nods.

"What happened?"

"His son was worried because he didn't come home, and Daniel wasn't answering his phone. Michael called me to see what they should do, but I didn't answer, so both boys walked over to the house and saw us together. I don't know how long they were there though.. It seemed like they had already been there for while."

"Wow.. How did they take it?"

"Daniel's son was okay.. He actually kept trying to convince Michael that this was all okay."

"So Michael didn't like it, did he?"

"He was just shocked and a little hurt by Daniel. We all talked for a while and once the shock of it was over and we talked about Sam, he finally came around."

"So he's okay now?"

"Yeah, he's good." Jessica nods.

"Well you've had an interesting morning!"

"Heh! Ya think?"

A few days later.

"Mama food!"

"Mommy's making dinner, baby boy."

"Mikey?" He lifts his hands and tilts his head.

"Mikey is at basketball practice."

"Want Mikey!" Grayson pouts.

"Aw you love your big brother! He'll be home soon."

"Hey baby, you're late today." Jessica says as Michael walks in half an hour late.

"Yeah, coach kicked our asses today!"

"Language!" She taps his head.

"Well that's good, he's pushing you!"

"Yeah, I guess.. I'm just so tired!"

"Heh, well go wash up and come down for some dinner."

"Okay."

"MIKEY!" Grayson screams and reaches for his brother.

"Oh! Your brother wants you." Jessica chuckles.

"Heh! Hey buddy!" He walks over to his highchair and Grayson hugs his arm.

"Yucky!" Grayson makes a face.

"Your brother's sticky, isn't he?" Jessica scrunches her nose.

"Alright, alright, let me go wash up." Michael says walking towards the stairs.

Jessica looks at Grayson and he makes a face.

"Mama, Mikey's yucky!" He says in a cute voice making Jessica laugh.

The next day Michael went to school and Jessica went to work.

Her phone started buzzing and Michael's coach popped up on the screen.

"Heh! I need to change that." She giggles to herself.

"Hello?"

"Hello beautiful! How are you doing?"

"I'm doing great, thanks for asking! How are you?"

"Taking a break from cleaning people's dirty ass teeth."

"Yuck!"

"Yeah.. But it's not bad I guess.. Hey, how would you and the boys like to come over for dinner tonight? I'm a great cook if you didn't know."

"Oh are you?! Well that's nice! We would love to come over."

"Great! I'll see you tonight."

"Can't wait!"

Jessica hangs up and bounces in her seat as she squeals.

"Are you okay?" George pokes his head out of his office.

"Hm? Oh yeah, haha! I'm fine."

"Why are you so happy?"

"Is it a sin to be happy, George?"

"No! No, I just wanted to know why you're acting like this." George walks over to her desk and pulls a chair close to her.

"What's going on?"

"Nothing!" She smiles.

"You look so happy, Jessie, what is going on?! Tell me!"

"Okay!

*Takes a deep breath*

So you know Daniel? Michael's coach?"

"Yeah."

"Well we're kinda almost a thing!"

"Kinda almost?"

"Well it's not official, but we went out on a date.. A very very good date, and he just called me to invite the boys and I over to his house for dinner with him and his son."

"Oh wow, that's great!"

Jessica smiles and George says, "It's been a long time since I've seen that smile.. You haven't smiled like that in.. It's been a while.. this guy must be pretty great."

"He is.. He really is, George."

"Well I'm happy for you, sis." He touches her arm and kisses her head.

"Thank you." She smiles softly.

"What do you want to wear, Grayson?

This is cute! Your little jeans and your shirt that says, I love my daddy!"

"Dada!" Grayson claps his hands.

"Yeah your dada! You love him, don't you sweet boy?"

"I luh dada"

"Awe my boy!" Jessica grabs his face and kisses him.

"Dada hold me?"

"Awe baby.. Daddy's in Heaven."

"He hold me?"

"Grayson.. I know you don't understand right now, but your daddy is in your heart.. He's right here forever, okay?" Jessica points to his heart.

Grayson looks down and touches his chest.

"Dada?"

"Yes, baby." She smiles softy and runs her fingers through his hair.

Grayson starts crying and Jessica picks him up.

"Aw baby, why are you crying?!"

"My dada!"

Jessica's heart broke for her baby.

"Oh Grayson, it's okay!"

"Dada!"

"I know baby.. I know you want your daddy.. I'm so sorry." She bounces him up and down, while patting his back.

When they get to Daniel's house Grayson was still in a mood and was being very clingy with Jessica.

"Hey come on in!

Zachary come down here, please!" Daniel shouts.

He runs down, greets Jessica and he and Michael go upstairs to play video games until they are called down for dinner.

Daniel could tell something was bothering Jessica.

"Are you okay, Jessica? You seem like somethings wrong."

"No, I'm okay.." Jessica says as she looks down at Grayson and kisses the top of his head.

"Sit down.. Jessica, if something's bothering you, you can tell me. I'm always here to talk."

Jessica looks at him and tears start to fall down her cheeks.

"Oh sweetie, what is it?" He holds her hand.

"It's just.. When I found out I was pregnant with Grayson, I told myself that I will tell him about his father right from birth... I just never thought about the day when Grayson would wonder where he was.. When he would ask me if his daddy was gonna hold him.." Jessica cries harder.

"Oh Jessica, I'm so sorry!" Daniel wraps his arms around her.

"Maybe I shouldn't have shown him so many videos and pictures of Sam.. I thought I was doing something good."

"You are, sweetie! Grayson will appreciate you telling him all about Sam. Right now he just doesn't understand."

"He doesn't know that his daddy is gone!" She looks into Danny's eyes with tears pouring down her cheeks.

"I understand.. I know how hard that is. Zach cried every single night for a year just screaming Camille's name. It rips you apart"

Jessica let's out a sob and nods her head.

"No cwy, mama." Grayson faces her and softly touches her face.

"Oh you're a sweet boy." Daniel smiles and rubs his back.

"My mama!" He smiles at Daniel and points to his mother.

Jessica chuckles and sniffles.

"Is that your mama? She's very pretty, and you're very lucky to have her."

Grayson keeps his smile and nods his head.

Jessica chuckles and wipes her eyes.

"That's Danny, can you say hi Danny?"

"Daddy?"

"No not daddy, Danny!"

"Danny!" He smiles.

"That's it, bud!" Daniel high fives him.

"Yay!" Grayson claps his hands.

"Haha yay!" Jessica giggles with tears in her eyes.

Daniel rubs his thumb on her back and kisses her head.

She smiles softly and Grayson pouts.

"Danny No!" He points.

"Oh you don't like that?" Jessica laughs.

"Opps!  Sorry, Skeeter!"
