The baby stayed on Jessica's bare chest for a little while after birth. Jessica just rubbed her back and spoke to her in a soft voice.

"Oh baby girl, I'm so happy you're here! Thank you for finally coming out of me, Nova... Mommy loves you, pretty girl. You have no idea just how spoiled you'll be!"

"She's beautiful, baby." Danny looks down and smiles.

"She is.. I can't believe she's ours."

Danny bends forward and kisses Jessica's forehead.

"Daddy, would you like to cut the cord?" The nurse asks Danny.

"Yes!" He smiles and grabs the scissors.

"All free!" Jessica smiles down to the baby as Danny finally separates them.

"I can't believe how perfect she is.. I knew she'd be cute, but wow!"

"She looks just like her mommy, babe."

"You're such a sweetie!"

"Jessica, Danny.. She's so beautiful.  Congratulations, you two."

"Thank you, Dorothy!"

"Thank you, and thank you for coming in!  I've had a lot of births, but not quite like hers.  It was so hard!  Maybe it's my age, I don't know, but that was tough!  I knew I needed my two biggest supporters by my side." Jessica smiles.

"Awe baby!  I was so happy you wanted me in here!" Dorothy kisses her daughter's temple.

The nurses take the baby to get cleaned of, and to check her weight and height while Jessica delivers the after birth.

"Good, just give me a small push." A nurse says rubbing and pressing down on Jessica's stomach.

Jessica pushes and the nurse says, "Okay. You're done!" She chuckles.

"Heh! Thank God.  Nothing else is ever gonna come out of there! That section is Closed!" Jessica says making everyone laugh.

"Look at him just staring at her, mom." Jessica smiles at Danny who looked like he was just hypnotized by his daughter.

"I know!  He's such a good man, Jessie."

"Yes he is! He's one of the best."

Danny took pictures of Nova and just cried.

"That's my little girl. She's mine." He points.

"Aw baby, come here." Jessica holds her arms out.

Danny hugs her while their daughter was being weighed.

"Jessica Phyllis Lange Shepard Huston, you have my whole heart. I love you, baby."

"I love you too, Danny."

"You're so great, Jess. You're so so great. I hope you know how special you are to me."

Jessica rubs his back as he buries his face in the crook of her neck.

"Who would've known that you could make a thing like having your crotch sewn back together.. so special."

Danny laughs and kisses her

"Sorry to interrupt, but this baby girl is hungry." The nurse says smiling with their daughter in her arms.

"Awe, come to mama, baby girl!" Jessica baby talks.

Nova looks at her mother with wide eyes.

"Hi baby girl!  You're even more beautiful now that you're not all slimy!" Jessica giggles.

Jessica sticks her nipple in her mouth and Nova gives her a funny look.

"She's like, why did you just stick that in my mouth, mom?" Jessica says as she, Danny and Dorothy laugh.

"Come on, pretty girl!  Close your mouth and suck."

"Does she need me to show her?" Danny mumbles to Jessica.

"Danny!" Jessica turns to him.

"I heard that, Daniel."

"I'm sorry." He says to Dorothy making her laugh.

"Why isn't she eating?" Jessica's voice sounded upset.

"Maybe she's not hungry." Danny says.

"Nova, please eat, baby."

Nova suddenly starts crying loudly.

"See?  She is hungry!  Nova, it's right here, baby!" Jessica taps the corner of her lips with her nipple.

Nova latches on, but doesn't suck.

"There we go, pretty girl!  You've almost got it!"

"This looks so funny right now!" Danny chuckles at the baby who was just staring at them with a boob in her mouth.

Jessica rolls her eyes and looks down to the baby who suddenly started to cry.

"She doesn't know what to do." Jessica pouts.

The nurse come over and opens the baby's blanket.

"Lay her on your chest, and give her a little time.  What we can do right now, is massage the breasts to stimulate the flow."

"I'll give you two some time alone with baby girl.  I love you guys!" Dorothy says.

"We love you too!  Thank you so much, mom." Jessica smiles.

"You're welcome, baby.  Love you, sweet stuff!" She kisses her daughter's cheek.

Danny watches closely as the nurse massages his wife's breasts.

"Daniel!" Jessica chuckles.

"What?  I'm trying to learn!"

The nurse gets called away so she says, "Mr. Huston, since you know what you're doing by now, would you like to take over."

"Of course!" He smiles.

"Oh gosh.." Jessica chuckles.

Danny massages her right breast and smiles.

"Having fun?"

"Oh yes!"

"You're a mess, Daniel!"

"Babe, there's yellow stuff coming out!  What is that?"

"Danny, did Camille not nurse?"

"No.  Jess? I told you I'm new to all of this!"

"Heh, you're such a cutie!"

"Thanks!  What is this yellow stuff?  I'm kinda scared."

"Don't be scared, that's colostrum.  Good job, baby!" Jessica smiles.

"I did good?"

"You did great!"

"Well I am a doctor!"

"Haha!  Yes you are!  Now.. Nova, let's try this again."

Jessica brings the baby to her breast and tries nursing again.
A few small drops fall into her mouth making her want more.

"Now she's getting the idea!" Jessica smiles.

Nova latches on and again just stares up to her mother.

"Eat, baby!"

It was like Nova knew what her mother was saying, because she slowly started to suck.

"Ah!  Good girl!  Danny, look!  She's doing it!  She's eating!"

"That's so beautiful!  Man, it's crazy how nursing works."

"I know.." Jessica smiles down to her baby and softly caresses her arm.

Danny kisses the top of Jessica's head and just watches his daughter eat.

Meanwhile in the waiting room while Jessica was giving birth.

"I feel sick.  I know what she's going through and I feel sick.  I just want Nova to be here so that mom doesn't have to do this ever again."

"Oh Sam, you're such a sweetheart!  You can be a real pain in the butt, but you're such a good boy." Dorothy smiles and pats his arm.

"Thanks grandma." He chuckles.

When Danny ran out calling Dorothy everyone panicked.

"What's wrong?  Is something wrong?" James stands up but Dorothy and Danny ran off.

"Oh God, I hate this!  Why is birth so scary?!" Michael says.

"Is mommy okay?"

"Mommy's fine, bud!" Zachary smiles and picks Grayson up.

"Is she hurting?"

"She's okay, Gray.  She just needs to get the baby out.  Then she'll feel all better!  Are you ready to meet our baby sister?"

"Yeah!  Her names Nova!" Grayson smiles.

"I know!  It's a pretty name, huh?"

"Yeah!  And my names Grayson!"

"I know that, silly!" Zachary laughs.

"It's been too long, somethings wrong." James says pacing back and forth.

"She's okay, James." George says.

"Yeah honey, your mom is so strong!" Ann smiles.

"You boys are so cute!  I love how worried you get for your mommy!  She's okay, you guys."

"I know she is, aunt Jane.  It's just scary."

"I know.  James, I can't imagine how it'll be when Caroline's in that situation!" She chuckles.

"Oh gosh, just call me when the kid is out!"

"Hey!" Caroline chuckles and hits his arm.

"Boys!" Dorothy smiles.

"Is she here?!" Sam asks as they all jump up.

"She's here!"

"Awe!  How is she?  How's mom?" Zachary asks.

"They are both doing well!  Nova is the sweetest and prettiest little girl I've ever seen!"

"Awe!"

"So everything went smooth?" Ann asks.

"Well the delivery was sort of rough.  The baby's head took a while to come out.  Jessie was yelling at Danny because the baby has his head. *Chuckles* She ripped a little-"

"Ripped?" Sam shivers.

"That just sounds.. Absolutely horrible."

"It wasn't bad a tear.  She's trying to feed her right now.  It might be a little while cause the baby wasn't wanting to eat, but little miss Nova will be accepting visitors soon!"

"Oh my gosh, this is so exciting!  There's finally a little girl in the family!" Caroline says.

"Samuel, you're gonna have a little friend to play with!  I have a feeling you, Nova and Grayson will all be very close!" Tiffany smiles at baby Samuel.

Jessica and Danny's POV.

"How much does she weigh?" Jessica asks a nurse.

"Six pounds, two ounces, and she's nineteen inches long."

"What?  Wow!  So I guess the whole Oh you're gonna have a big baby!  She'll be eight or nine pounds!  Was completely false.. She just had a.. Freaking huge house!"

Danny laughs and says, "I've heard you gain more weight with girls.. But Jess, you really didn't gain that much weight besides your belly."

"And my ass, and my face, and my arms, and my thighs, and pretty much every other part of my body, Daniel." Jessica chuckles.

"It's okay!  You made a baby, Jessica!"

"I did!" She smiles and looks down to her baby girl.

"Are you all fished, baby?  Are you ready for some visitors?  Hm?  Are you ready to meet your big brothers?  They're gonna be so happy to see you! How about you go with daddy first? You want her, Danny?"

"Of course!" Danny smiles.

Jessica tears up watching Danny with their daughter. It warned her heart seeing them together.

"Hi baby girl! It's daddy! You're so beautiful.
I promise to always protect you, and to always make you feel like the princess you are, Nova. Daddy loves you sweet girl.. I love you so so much." Tears slowly roll down Danny's cheeks as he bends down and kisses her.

"Oh my gosh." James smiles walking in and seeing his mother holding the new baby.

"Say hi, Nova!  These are your brother's!"

"Oh she's so tiny!" Zachary smiles.

"She's only six pounds!"

"So.. I guess you were just really big." Sam says.

"Thanks, Samuel." Jessica says with a blank expression.

"Sam!" Michael elbows him.

"You didn't gain that much weight, mom."

"Thanks baby." Jessica smiles.

"Oh she's so adorable!" James says as Jessica hands him the baby.

"Mommy!"

"Grayson!  Hi baby boy!"

Danny picks him up and sits him beside Jessica.

"Carful with mommy, bud.  Don't climb on her, okay?"

"I'll be careful!  Can I kiss you?" He looks up to Jessica.

"Of course you can!  I love kisses!" She smiles and puckers her lips.

"Muah!  You got her out of your vagina!  Good job, mommy!" He gives Jessica a thumbs up.

"Thank you, baby!" Jessica laughs.

"Sorry I said that, I won't say it again." He covers his mouth and looks at her with his big innocent eyes.

"It's okay, baby.  My goodness, you look so big, Grayson!"

"That's cause I'm a big brother now, momma!"

"Oh that's right, I'm sorry!" She laughs.

"Jessica, Danny!  She's precious!"

"Thank you, Caroline!"

"Let me see the babe." Sam walks over and takes her from Sam.

"Well it's nice of you to finally join us, Nova. I'm Sam, your most handsome and smartest brother."

Nova yawns and Sam smiles, "Oh you're so cute!"

"You're boring her, Sam!" Michael chuckles.

"Don't listen to him. Just so you know Nova, if you try to date.. If a boy even looks at you, I will beat him up he won't even be able to move! You're gonna be so protected, little girl."

Jessica tears up listening and watching her boys with their new baby sister.

"I wanna see her!  I wanna see her! Sam! Hand her to me!" Grayson lifts his arms and open and closes his hands.

"Heh!  Hand her to me, baby." Jessica holds her arms out.

"Just like we practiced, baby.  You remember?"

"Yes!" Grayson smiles and nods.

Jessica lays her down on Grayson and he smiles.
"Oh wow!  She's so beautiful!  She looks like you, mommy!"

"Awe, thank you, baby!"

Grayson pokes her little pouty lips and says, "She's sleepin?"

"Mhm!"

"Why she's tired?"

"She's had a long day." Jessica giggles.

"Me too! You took too long to get her out!"

"I'm sorry to inconvenience you, Grayson."

Danny laughs and Grayson kisses Nova.

"Oh that's sweet, baby!" Jessica smiles.

"Yeah.. She's too cute. She's cuter than I thought she'd be."

"Is she?" Jessica laughs.

"Yeah..."

Samuel starts crying and Jessica looks up.

"Oh my baby boy!  He must be so tired of this place!  Come to grandma, sweet stuff!" She holds her arms out.

Tiffany hands him over and Grayson says, "Nova, look!  That's baby Samuel!  He's out nephew!"

Everyone laughs and Jessica says, "Yeah Samuel, meet your aunt Nova!"

"This is so weird!" Sam laughs.

"His grandma just gave birth to his aunt.  What is our life?"

Jessica giggles and kisses the baby's forehead.

"Our life is perfect!  I wouldn't change a thing about it." Jessica looks at Danny and smiles.

"Me either.. It's pretty great." He smiles.
