Danny took Jessica out for lunch after her doctors appointment.

"I can't believe you're pregnant!  I'm so happy!"

"Me too!  When I heard that little heartbeat, I didn't know what to think!"

"I know.  Your face was priceless!" Danny chuckles.

"So was yours! *Laughs* We were definitely surprised!"

"Yes!  When can we tell this kids?"

"Not for a little while.  Just in case.. you know.."

"Yeah.. Well we can wait till Mike and Zach are here for Thanksgiving break.  Can we wait that long?" He chuckles.

"Well I'll be like thirteen weeks pregnant by then.. I do start showing pretty soon, but I'm sure I can hide it. I'll tell Sarah and maybe my parents though."

"I just want to shout it to the whole world that we have a little love bug on the way!"

"Awe! You're so cute!"

Danny smiles and Jessica says, "I'm kinda surprised I haven't gotten sick. My morning sickness is always so horrible!"

"Well maybe it won't be as bad this time."

"I don't know, I'm sure it'll hit me sooner or later." Jessica chuckles.

A few days later Jessica went over to Sarah's.

"How's my little godson doing?" She says taking him from Sarah.

"Good! He just ate, so he's a happy boy." Sarah smiles.

"Awe! Look at the happy look in his eyes!" Jessica chuckles.

"So Sarah, I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you about the whole surrogate thing-"

"That's fine, it's not an easy decision to make."

"Yeah.. Well, first I just want to thank you for offering, that is literally the sweetest and most selfless thing anyone has ever done for me."

"Awe." Sarah smiles.

"But um.. Well I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to do that right now. It just.. It's not possible."

"What do you mean?"

"Don't say anything but.."

"Oh my God." Sarah realizes it before it's even said.

"I'm pregnant."

"Jessica!" Sarah screams loudly, scaring the baby.

"Awe!" Jessica looks down to Asher and tries calming him down.

"Oops, mommy's sorry! Oh my gosh, Jessica! How far along are you?"

"Nine weeks." She smiles.

"Awe! I'm so happy for you!"

"Thank you! I was completely shocked. I went in and they ran blood work, but that wasn't the reason I was there.. It's a long story, but Danny was talking to me when they doctor put the heart monitor on my stomach and the scanner for the ultrasound. We heard the little heart and and looked up and there it was just wiggling all over the place!" Jessica giggles.

"Oh wow! That's so exciting, congratulations!"

"Thank you so much!"

October 25th- 10 weeks pregnant.

Jessica woke up and ran quickly to the bathroom.

When she was finished Danny was just waking up.

"Okay.. Morning sickness is definitely here now."

"Oh we're you sick?  I didn't even hear you, I'm so sorry."

"It's fine.." Jessica lays back down.

Danny turns to his side and places one hand on her stomach.

"Is it just me, or do you have the slightest Slightest little belly?"

"Heh!  Yeah, I noticed that too."

"It's so cute!" He kisses her stomach.

"Thanks. *Giggles* I don't feel like going to work today!" She whines.

"Don't."

"I have to.  I have a lot of work to do."

"Oh.  Well call me if you need me to drive you home.  Call me if you have a craving and I'll be right over.  Call me if you just need someone to talk to, and call me if your tummy is just too much to handle, and I'll bring you something to settle it."

"You are just this sweetest little baby daddy." Jessica smiles.

"Heh, thanks!"

"I should get up.." Jessica says not moving a muscle.

"Me too.. Or how about we just don't and we stay like this all day?" Danny wraps his arms around her and snuggles his head on her belly.

"Mmm, this is nice." Jessica closes her eyes and smiles softly.

"Mommy, I have school!  Daddy, get off of her!"

"What!  Did you just sass me, boy?" Danny plays.

"Yes I did."

"You little booger!" Danny jumps up and grabs him.

"Ahh!" He screams and laughs uncontrollably.

Danny tosses him on the bed and lays beside him.
Grayson climbs a on top of him and starts punching his little fists on his cheeks.

"Hey, stop that, Grayson." Jessica touches his arm.

"Mommy, this is how men play!"

"How men play?" She laughs.

"Yeah, get with it, mommy!" Danny plays along.

"Jess, I need you to-
Where is she?" George says to himself.

Jessica walks back with her hand on her stomach.

"Are you okay?  You've been in the bathroom all day, what did you eat!"

"Nothing, I'm fine.  What do you need me to do?"

"Don't worry about it.  Why don't you go home?  You look really terrible."

"Thanks, George."

"Do you need me to drive you?"

"No. *Nods* I don't need to leave, I'm okay."

"Jess, you really don't look good and I'd rather you go home and get some rest."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"Thank you."

"No problem.  Hope you feel better soon."

"Hello?"

"Mom, I just wanted to let you know that I'm home from work already, so I'm gonna pick up Grayson."

"Okay.  Why are you home so early?"

"I don't feel well so George sent me home."

"Well then let me pick Grayson up, and I'll take him out to eat before I drop him off."

"No, that's okay."

"Jess, it's not a problem."

"Okay.. Thank you so much, mom."

"Mommy!"

"Hi baby!  How was school?"

"Good!  Why you looking like that?"

"Heh, mommy doesn't feel well."

"Is it your head?"

"A little bit."

"Is it your tummy?"

"Mhm." She nods.

"Oh no!  I kiss it." Grayson kisses her stomach and Jessica's heart melts.
Even though he had no idea there was a baby in there, it was still an amazing feeling.

"You're so sweet!" Jessica smiles and rubs his back.

"Yeah.. FRED!"

Jessica laughs and nods her head.

"And he's done with me."

Dorothy chuckles and walks over to feel her forehead.

Jessica looks at her and Dorothy moves her hand down to her stomach.

She stands up straight and places her palms on her back.

"You're pregnant, aren't you?"

"What!" Jessica's eyes widen.

"You're pregnant."

"Mom, I was gonna tell you a different way, but yes I am, how did you know?" Jessica laughs.

"Are you serious!  Ahh!" Dorothy hugs her tight.

"Yes, but don't be too loud, no one knows.  Well except for Danny and Sarah."

"Oh honey, this is so exciting!  How far a long are you?"

"Ten weeks today."

"Oh wow!  Congratulations!"

"Thank you!" Jessica smiles.

"This is so exciting, I'm gonna have another little grand baby!" Dorothy says sitting beside Jessica and placing her hand on her belly.

The next day James went into Jessica's room to speak with her.

"Mom, can I ask you something?"

"Sure, baby."

"Would it be okay if Caroline moved in here with us?  I mean, just until we get enough to move into a house?"

"Well I'll have to discuss it with Danny, but I don't see why not."

"Really!" His eyes widen.

"Yeah, it'll be good to stay here and save your money, rather than paying for an apartment."

"Oh thank you so much, mom!!"

"You're welcome!"

"We will help out every month, I promise!"

"Awe, that's sweet!  I wish your brother thought that way." Jessica chuckles.

Halloween.

The twins were out, and Jessica and Danny were going to take Grayson trick or treating.

"Are you sure you're up to it, baby?"

"Yeah, I'm okay.  This is his last Halloween as.. Well not an only child, but you know." She laughs.

"Yeah.  Well we can just take him to a few houses then stop by Sarah and Evan's for a little while.

"Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good eat!"

"He such a cutie!" Jessica giggles at Grayson.

"I know!"

"Look mommy, I got a lot of candy!"

"Oh wow!  You sure do!  You ready to head to McKenna and Riley's?"

"And Asher!  You can't forget about him!" He points his finger.

"Oh no, silly mommy!"

"Yeah, silly mommy!" He laughs.

"Can I hold him?" Grayson asks Sarah.

"Of course!"

"Carful, Grayson." Jessica says. 

"It's okay mommy, I've got it."

"Yeah mom, he's got it!" Sarah chuckles.

"He's so cute!" Grayson kisses his forehead, then looks at Jessica.

"Mom, why can't you have a little baby like this?  I want a baby!"

Jessica looks at Danny, then smiles at Grayson.
"Sweetheart, what if I said one day you will have a little brother or sister?  Would that make you happy?"

"Yeah, So happy!"

"Well good to know." Jessica smiles and kisses Grayson's cheek.

November 8th.

"Twelve weeks, baby!  We've made it past the scary stage." Danny holds Jessica's waist.

"Yep!  And only a little bit longer till we tell our boys!"

"I can't wait." Danny smiles.

Sam walks into the house and Jessica walks over to him.
"Samuel, are you just now getting in?  Where on earth have you been?"

"I.. I was thinking."
At this time James walks down.

"Sam thinks?"

"Leave him alone!
What's on your mind Sam?"

"Nothing. *Nods* It's fine." He says looking kinda out of it.

"Honey, you look like you've just seen a ghost, what's wrong?"

"Nothing, Mom!" Sam raises his voice.

"Sam." Danny gives him a stern look.

"I'm sorry.  I just.. I can't right now."
Sam walks upstairs and James says, "What was that about?"

"I don't know, but just give him his space." Jessica says.

"Alright.  Well I'm gonna head over to Caroline's and help her pack."

"Alright baby, be careful."

"Okay.  Mom, are you okay?  It sounded like you were sick again this morning."

"Hm?  Oh yeah!  Yeah, I'm fine, baby." Jessica smiles.

"Alright.  Well I'll see you later."

"Buh-bye, baby."

James closes the door and Jessica looks at Danny.

"Little love bug is making things hard on keeping this a secret." He chuckles and touches her stomach.

"Tell me about it! That's the third time he's heard me!"

November 18th.

Today is Grayson's birthday, Michael and Zachary are coming home, and Caroline is officially moving in. Jessica and Danny were also planning on telling the boys their exciting news.

"Happy Birthday, Grayson!"

"Thank you mommy, I'm five!" He holds hand up.

"I know!  How are you so big already?  You were just a little bitty baby!!"

"I know, I growed up!"

"You sure did!" Jessica laughs.

"It's my daddy's birthday too!"

"That's right!"

"How old is he?"

"Thirty seven."

"That's not old." He nods.

"Not at all.."

"How old are you?"

"Thirty six."

"So how old is daddy?  My daddy Danny?" He giggles.

"Thirty six."

"Oh!  Okay, enough talking, I'm hungry."

"Then let's go get some yummies!" Jessica laughs and picks him up.

"Jessica, put him down!" Danny says.

Sam and James give him a strange look and Danny smiles.

"I wanna hold him!  Happy Birthday, Grayson!  You're so old now!"

"So are you!" He smiles.

"Thanks!" Danny laughs.

"Mikey and Zach are coming home today!"

"Yep!  They should be landing pretty soon.  I need to go pick them up, but I'll be right back for your day of fun!"

"YEAH!!" Grayson kicks his legs.

"My little Happy Feet!" Jessica giggles.

"Michael!  Zachary!  Oh I've missed you!" Jessica runs over and hugs them.

"We missed you too!  Heh, you eating good, mom?" Michael asks looking down her body.

"Michael!" Jessica hits his arm.

"I'm sorry, I'm only kidding!"

"You're mean." She pouts.

"Mom, I was playing!"

"Ignore him, mom, you look great!"

"Thank you, Zachary!" Jessica kisses his cheek.

"It's been so weird having the twins home and you two off at school.  But now we're all here and it everything's good again." She smiles.

Later that day they threw Grayson a party at the house.

"Hey sis!  You're looking rather boobilicious today."

"Oh gosh, Jane!"

"You do!  Did you get them done?" She squeezes them.

"Ouch!  No I did not, now will you please stop manhandling me?"

"Sorry!" She laughs.

"Hey mom, I'm gonna head out, I have a party to be at." Sam walks over and touches her shoulder.

"What?  Samuel, no.  It's your brother's birthday party and you will stay until it's over!"

"Mom, he's not even paying attention to me, he's with his friends and his damn dog."

"Listen to me, I don't know what the hell has crawled up your butt lately, but cut it out!  He may not be paying attention to you, but he knows you're here.  You're not leaving because you mean the world to him and if you aren't here when he cuts his cake, or opens his presents, he'll be heartbroken."

"Okay... I'm sorry."

"Daddy."

"What's up, Gray?"

"Down here!" He whispers and motions for him to get down to his level.

Danny chuckles.
"What's up?"

"Why is mommy looking different?"

"What do you mean?"

"She looks different!"

"In what way, bud?"

"When I hug her, her belly seems bigger."

"Oh!  Haha, I don't know, Gray.  Why don't you ask her."

"Maybe later.  Can I open my presents now?"

"Sure!  Go get momma."

Later on once the party was over and everyone had left, Jessica told the boys to come to the living room and sit down.

"Boys, Danny and I have something to tell you guys.  You might be shocked, you might not be, I don't know.. But um.."

"What is it, mommy?!  Are we getting another dog!" Grayson's eyes widen.

"Haha, no!  But you are getting a new little brother or sister. *Smiles* I'm pregnant!"

"Surprise!" Danny says.

"What! Oh my gosh!  Congratulations!" Sam hugs her.  He knew how much his mother wanted a baby, and no matter what he was happy for her.

"Oh my gosh, we're gonna have a new little baby in the family!" Zachary says with excitement.

"That's awesome!  When are you due, mom?" Michael asks.

"May twenty third." Jessica smiles.

"Oh wow!  Mrs. Huston, that's so exciting!  Congratulations to you both." Caroline gives her a hug.

"Thank you, sweetie." 

"What's happening?" Grayson asks.

"You're gonna be a big brother, Grayson." Jessica gets down to his level.

"Mommy has a baby in her tummy!" Danny says.

"What!  Oh wow!  I'm gonna have a little baby like Asher?!"

"Yep!  Mommy's pregnant... That's why she's different, Gray." Danny says.

"What?" Jessica laughs.

"He asked me earlier about why you were different... Why your belly felt bigger."

"You little stinker!  Did you ask that?"

"Yeah!" He laughs.

"James, aren't you happy for your parents?" Caroline nudges him because he was so quiet.

Jessica smiles and turns to James.

"Yeah.. Yeah, congratulations." He gives her a hug.

"Thanks baby."

Jessica could tell James wasn't too happy to hear about the baby, so she pulled him aside to see what was bothering him."

"Honey, what's wrong?  Are you not happy about the baby?"

"No mom, I am!  I'm very happy for you.  I know you and Danny have been trying for a while, so I'm happy that you two are finally having a child together."

"James, I'm your mother, I can tell something's bothering you."

"Well mom, I'm getting married soon."

"Yeah, and?"

"Well now the attention is gonna be on the baby."

"Oh my gosh, James!"

"I know I sound like a baby, but-"

"No, a spoiled brat is what you sound like!"

"Well, I'm sorry."

"You know what, James.. I'm happy about this baby, and I'm happy about you getting married.  You know how I am and you know that I have never favored one child over the other.  You're twenty two years old, stop acting like a child!"

Jessica walks out of the room and Michael says, "Mom, I already order three onesies for the baby!"

"Awe!  Haha, you work fast!"

Caroline goes into the room James was in and asks what was wrong.

"Why are you acting like you're not even happy?  Your mom's having a baby!"

"Caroline, we're getting married, everything is supposed to be about us."

"Oh my gosh, no you do not sound this much like an asshole right now!  James, that's your mother!  You know how long she's wanted a baby, how can you be this way?"

"I know, I know, I sound like a jerk."

"Well at least you know."

"Dammit.. I feel bad."

"Well you should, James!" She says before she walks towards the door.

"Wait, come back." James stands up and walks over to her.

"I don't want our first night living together to be like this.  I'm an asshole and I can admit it.  I'm gonna talk to my mom again before I go to bed."

"Good."

"Can I have a kiss?"

"No." She smiles softly and walks out of the room.

**

"I'm gonna be a big brother!  I'm gonna have a baby!" Grayson shouted throughout the entire house.

Jessica watched him with a huge smile on his face, when suddenly she gets a pain in her lower abdomen followed by a leaking feeling in her underwear.

"Oh my gosh!" Jessica ran to the bathroom to see what it was.

Once she was finished, she ran out in tears and said, "Danny, you have to take me to the hospital!"
