Time skip back to after the explosion

Lances pov

"Lance are you okay?!"Matt asks me.

"Yeah I'm fine."I say and glance over at Keith who stands in the room a blank face, eyes staring into the distance. I feel a warmth on my lips and look to the face that is in front of mine now, I kiss back.

A sensation of warmth runs down my spine and spreads through my body.

Finally he pulls away a smile on his and my own face.

"I was so worried."he says now breathing heavily.

"Haha, takes a lot more to get rid of lance McKien"I say with a smile, and give a wink to the boy. He looks over me before shaking his head.

"You should probably go to the nurse office"he says, worry pouring into this voice.

"I'm fine, I'm fine." I say pushing myself up feeling an ache in every single bone in my body and a ringing in my head.

"You don't look fine..."he says, his words getting lighter at the end of his sentence. I get to my feet, my back aching sending waves of pain down to my legs, I try my hardest to stand straight but all I wanted to do was lay down.

"See fine."I say putting a smile on my face. Matt cautiously nods.

"You want me to take you to your dorm?"Matt asks I shake my head dismissing the idea.

"I can walk myself"I say.

"Besides you need to fix your broken machine."I continue and look at all the broken bits all scattered around the floor.

"Oh...okay then, just...be careful"Matt says, I nod and walk out leaving the awkward boy in the room.

I walk through the halls each step sending pins through my legs up to my spine, any noise made was drowned out by the ringing that lingered in my ears and only irritated my head ache. I should probably go to a nurse, but I can't afford it.

As I walk through the halls I finally make it to a place where more people were, all their annoying voices were like daggers being slammed into my head over and over again, I let out a groan as I feel the nudges of others against my bruised and aching body.

One nudge in particular stands out, it's tougher then the others. I turn to look at the person my first thought was hunk was in a mood again but instead I'm met with a brown haired boy, that wore a cocky grin.

"Watch where you fucking going!"I shout at the kid who only smirks at my anger.

"What's got on your bad side, to many drugs?"the kid asks, his words being sharp and like all the other voices stabbed into my skull.

"Nows not a great time asshole, so why don't you just back the fuck up and leave."I respond and turn to leave, but this kid is persistent and keeps a steady pace by my side.

"You look bad, who'd you fight now?"the boy asks, I feel like I'm on the verge of killing him.

"I'm about to fight you if you don't leave."I respond in hopes of scarring this kid off.

"Oh look at you trying to pick fights with everyone, didn't your mother teach you any better?"the boy asks in a taunting tone, I feel my veins turn to fire and set my whole body aflame. And without thinking or hesitance my hand smashes against his face sending him to the floor holding his nose.

"Don't talk about my mother."I say in a low menacing voice, the boy gives me a grimace, before his own hand is flying at my face and I easily doge it. Soon we are full on fighting im winning with the kid pinned underneath me. I feel a few arms pull me up and another pare pull the kid away, a teacher who was called came by and took us to go to the principals office.

Keith's pov

With shiro following me I meet Matt back in the hallway where he tolled me about lances fist fight.

"So what happened?"shiro asks.

"Well I was walking down the hallway to get materials when I passed lance who was being escorted with another student to the principals office, he said 'the rumours are true now' "Matt explains as we all walk to the office that lance was taken too.

"This is not good, what if they revoke his scholarship, he's not allowed to fail classes or cause a commotion." Shiro says and realization hits me as well, he won't be able to come to school any more.

We get to the office ready to barge in but lance walks out head down in shame while allura walks out of the room behind him.

"Don't worry I'll keep on eye on him"allura says with a reassuring smile. When the principal closes the room to his door alluras smile falls of and she glares at the boy.

"What the hell is wrong with you!"she shouts at lance.

"Hey you didn't have to stand up for me!"lance raises his voice at her before he storms off with Matt trailing behind him.

"You'd think in one of these lives he'd have some conmen sense"I mutter. Allura turns to me eyes wide.

"Keith!"she shouts, I smile at the happy princess and give her a hug.

"It's good to see you allura"I say and pull away from the hug she smiles and responds with 'like wise'.

"You've really softened up in this life time"allure says giving me a nudge I shrug my shoulders.

"I had a better life this round"I say with a fond smile of my family, my big family for that matter.

"So what do you think happened to lance then"shiro says. I never once questioned lances past, he had always been my friend and that was enough for me, but now...now I wanna know what happened to the happy go lucky sharp shooter.

"I don't know..."I mutter and look at the spot where lance had exited the room.
