He lies better than you do

Lying on top of his bed
A lullaby escapes my carved mouth
Dancing with the white spread sheets
That heard me, cry, gasp with pleasure

I look at his appeased face,
Sparkling like light underwater,
He's lost in his own broken eyes,
Spinning in its distance

I turn around to the other side
Facing him with a tenacious wall.
He soon reaches my spine and
Caresses it softly, gently
As if my skin was his

I remember your fingers,
Goosebumps running through my body,
The way my eyelids closed automatically

A wave of bitterness fills my throat,
He presses his lips on my shoulders
And you seem to go away

He murmurs things in my ears,
Sweet paroles I've been waiting,
I turn around and my mouth
Becomes an automated smile

He doesn't love me,

Like you didn't love me either

I put my hand on his face,
On top of his left cheek,
Feeling his warm textured skin
Under my skeleton-like fingers

He looks straight into my dark irises
And I see the layers peeling,
Rising at the surface of his smirk

I place my thumb on his wet lips,
Sticking it, inviting me in,
Blurring with the dying sky

Your breath betrayed you,
Shaken, completely disturbed,
Telling me that you were terrified
Of me.

And he is, too

Yet, his words are reaching me,
Intertwined
With my tripping voice,
With our arms grabbing each other

I close my eyes while he comes
Near my silent face, the moon
Shines through the blindness
And his lips seize mine.
